Hello Experts, We have created an A/B activity to show checkout steps to users in a website page.For experience A it should be total 5 steps (default).For Experience B only 4 steps should be reflected in website page.However, for experience B, we noticed that it responds very slow. Customers in the variant see the step 5 when the page is loaded, and only after sometime it's removed. Since this is a very bad user experience, is there any way we can improve this experience. Thank you,Shivani

Hello, I have a bit of an urgent ask. We're ingesting data into AEP using a csv file, and some values in the csv files are in foreign languages that have special characters (e.g. é or ô). When this data is ingested in AEP the special character is replaced with � How can I ingest data in AEP, such that the special characters don't get replaced. The data type for all these fields is string.  Thanks!

In the past I have used segments set to "visit" to see the impact a URL has to form complete or other events.  From what I understand, this is participation within a "session/visit" (meaning that for "x" page visits where someone in a session visited page "x", and then also had a form complete in the same session).   I see that Attribution IQ can help me take a more simple approach than creating a segment for every URL I view in this way.  Instead, I can create a table, and then select the type of attribution to use.   However, I'm seeing that when I use Attribution IQ in this way, the data I see for visit base participation attribution is not providing the same number as a visit based segment for the same time period.   Can someone explain how I can arrive to the same number? Or help me understand why I'm not arriving to the same number?

So essentially I created a valueexpression that calculates the difference between the entry date and the actual completion date and returns a "## days" copy. I'm hoping to add custom formatting (cell color and text color) for any returns greater than both 30 and 90 days. I can't figure out how to align the comparison left and right text to return that outcome. I have a user who was once able to see all the tasks and menu icons for a particular project. He is the manager of the project and his access is Planner level. Whenever I log in as Admin, I can see all of these things, and it's only recently that this happened to him. I am trying to add a new user however when I submit I get an error stating that the username is already taken. When I try to search the user it does not exist and when I try to assign a task to this user it cannot find them. How can I fix this?

Hello everyone, One of our scenarios is updating task assignments depending on the user role. Everything is working fine if it's a Primary Role, but if the user has needed role as Other Role, the scenario does not see it. It sees only the Primary Role.For example, the user has Primary Role as Manager - 75% and Other Role as Programmer - 25%, and I need to assign task to the Programmer, but the scenario does not see this other role. How can I get the Other Role value to be able to use it and assign the task?Any thoughts or workarounds? 

Hello,I am very new to the Adaptive form technology. And I am wondering if there is a version control for the adaptive forms if I ever need to revert back. Also, how can I set up automatic backup of my forms? Seems like I can export it out, but I want to set an auto back up and be able to retrieve it if I need to.

Hi everyone,I have a project owner who can't see all of the expenses they entered in. Currently they can see about a 1/4th of the expenses they entered in the project. Is there anything I should check for? They all have the same custom form applied and I can't think of anything else that would be substantially different between the entries.

I have a parent task with a filled out custom form, I want the subtasks to inherit the information of the parent task's custom form. How can I make this work? Can simply adding the custom form to each subtask (in the template tasks) enable the values to inherit to each subtask from the parent task?
