Hi! We are looking for best practices/guidelines on assigning tasks to multiple users. We recently rolled out collaboration across our organization, meaning that anyone/everyone can participate in the steps needed to complete a request/project, and have found some challenges when a task is assigned to multiple people. For example, a task assigned to multiple people was flagged as completed by one of the users, instead of flagged as done with my part, and that closed the task and removed it from everyone's work list. What can of guardrails can be put in place to prevent this kind of occurrence?Thank you, Joan 

Good morning -I'm trying to get a report that shows Document Approvals for documents on a project filtered by the project's portfolio. I haven't quite mastered text mode filtering yet. 

I am bulk uploading content fragments to AEM as a CS.For this CF Model I have a property that is unique for all the content fragments, but to test when I tried uploading the same object twice, AEM did accept the POST request and created the CF and added '<cf-url>-1' with the same data and completely ignored the unique ID that I defined in the CF model. Normally, it should reject the request because the point of unique ID is that another CF with the same ID shouldn't exist. Is there a way I can implement this rule?

Hi Team, I do have a requirement in my current project which is based upon AEM 6.5.I have a page which generates some useful-info( uses clientlibs for style and layout ) after collecting inputs from end user.I want to add a button on that useful-info page for downloading that page content as a pdf file.Can I use any OOTB plugin or open-source 3rd party plugin etc which I can use inside my pdfgeneration servlet to generate the PDF version of that page. Note-: The components used here are still following classic ui approach. Thanks and regardsTapas

We're currently using the OOTB asset selector that comes with Next Gen Dynamic Media and the image component. We want to customize this so that it shows us our folder structure, lets us selector other file types, etc.  We are using Service Pack 6.5.19.0, so it looks like we would need to override or overlay the functionality in /libs/cq/gui/components/authoring/dialog/fileupload/clientlibs/fileupload/js/fileupload-polaris.js.  What's the best practice for this scenario? It looks like all we need to do is edit the asset selector props, so not sure what the best approach would be. Appreciate any help!

Hi WF Community, I thought the following would be a fairly simple task for me, but I'm struggling to get the result I desire. Goal: have a calculated column called "Actual Monthly Revenue" on an hours report that derives a value from the following calculation:     - valueexpression={hours}*{project}.{program}.{DE:WF Program Billing Rate} I'm simply multiplying individual hours by a currency value at the program level.Am I missing something?Thanks,Nick

Hi, we have a HTML Offer to replace the content of a large outer container.  Let's call it activity A.  It so happens that there is a button within the original page, and it is also present in the offer code. This button is the container ID for another test (Activity B) that uses an XF to replace the button with another one - different text and href.  Now, my question is whether the button in the HTML offer will be visible to Activity B?  The container ID of the button is the same in the HTML offer as in the control page.  Thanks!

We're setting up an activity that will display a pop-up after 30 seconds of browsing. The activity will also display only on selected pages, not site-wide. Will Target count unique visitors of the activity as the people who actually saw the pop-up, or will it count also visitors who have not spend 30 seconds of browsing?If it counts any visitor, would you recommend firing an impression event, or relying simply on a segment that filters visitors who have spent 30 seconds on the site? Or some other solution, like an Audience Manager audience?

Is it possible to generate a JSON offer in Target through the Target API? So I'm using this ACS commons feature (https://adobe-consulting-services.github.io/acs-aem-commons/features/marketo-form/index.html) to auto-configure the "embed" component for Marketo. This is working fine in author. I can see the marketo form in edit-mode and view-as-published.I cannot see the marketo form when:viewing the page/form via the dispatcherviewing the page/form in the publisher using edit-mode or view-as-publishedAny ideas on how to fix? ThanksEDIT:After more investigation, I found this code as part of ACS commons<sly data-sly-use.configMgr="com.adobe.acs.commons.marketo.MarketoClientConfigurationManager" data-sly-use.marketoForm="com.adobe.acs.commons.marketo.MarketoForm">configMgr is returning blank/null on the publisher BUT it's returning the correct values in author.In both author and publisher, Marketo has been configured via settings => Cloud services => Marketo. Any more ideas?

Hi all, I need help about a conditional content in transactional message template. I need to show different text when a field is empty or full. I tried different condition (IS EMPTY, IS NULL, == 0) but noone worked. If I write:didn't work. If I put a space between "" and in the field there is a space, it works.  How can I specified the condition "the field is empty"??Thanks

Hello, I did get this error yesterday in my Mid sourcing instance. It's now working properly, so I'd like to know why did this error appear and if I should worry about this. I did search and got no info about it. Any idea? 

We've a requirement to restrict the asset upload based on certain file name pattern on AEMaaCS. We tried using the fileupload.js illegal charset. It is not working. Custom clientlibs with the file upload validation that is also not working on cloud service. OOTB in Cloud we've validation for MIME type but there is not restriction on the file name validation. Can someone help if they've come across such issue and implementation any solution?

Hi,We are tracking our Projects expenses via the Expenses tab. On the Project level, I'm using the Actual Expense Cost and Planned Expense Cost field to get an overview of how much each Project has spent. It sums up all the expenses which is what I want.However, it looks like Workfront does not have the ability to sum up all the Project Expenses to the Campaign level and also up to the Portfolio level. I might be wrong. Is this possible?

Hi there, I was always under the impression that Read Audience is mainly for a one-time use, but then I came across the option and article that it can be scheduled (daily, weekly, monthly, doh!).  So just wanted to confirm a few things in case I might have misunderstood. I have a batch segment that updates daily, and if I start the journey with a "Read Audience" that is scheduled to run daily1) Will the journey execute daily?2) If I select "Incremental read", let's say if 100K customers went out yesterday, and there are 101K today (with 1K new). Only the 1K will go through the journey the next day?3) If Profile A was in segment day 1 (gets sent notification), and day 2,3 still in segment. I understand reading from documentation using "Incremental Read" the profile won't receive notification on day 2, but will they receive again in day 3? Thanks!

Hello, Problem : I am trying to get push notifications impressions data into adobe / more specifically how many users were targeted with push notification Question - I am not sure whats the best way to get my salesforce marketing cloud extact target data ( push notifications ) into adobe analytics ( common key here would be internal customer id ), I dont have AJO or Audience manager, I just have AEP. A solution I thought was created datasets in AEP and sending it as a SFTP destination to Adobe analytics , but I heard it rewrites the existing data as a classification. If anyone can please help me understand the detailed steps of a solution to the above problem that will be great. Thanks 

Hi there, I am trying to understand how Marketo and SFDC records are connected (field key). I see examples where the Marketo record will have a different email value than the associated SF record. I've also seen the Marketo record have a different Marketo ID than the associated SFDC record. How is the integration making sure that these two records (Marketo, SFDC) are connected despite having different Marketo IDs and Emails? Is it through the SFDC ID?
