We are seeing a large amount of 404 requests on our AEM application putting undue load on our publish server. Found requests get cached on dispatcher, but 404s fall through to publish even if the same location was requested a minute ago.Is there a way to configure dispatcher to cache 404s? For example if user A requests http://domain.com/content/not-exist.html, dispatcher could cache the error page at the location /content/not-exist.html. Then if we do publish not-exist.html, it would get evicted at that time.Thanks!

When creating a fallout visual, I noticed a difference between the unique visitors in the table vs the fallout.  It turns out it was to do with how another segment was being applied.  When the segment is applied in the Drop Segment Here box, it yields different results to when it is dropped inside the fallout (pic 3).  When it is dropped inside the fallout, it gives the same results as I see in the freeform table (pic 1 and 2); same number of visitors.   What is the difference between using the segment at the top vs within the fallout chart itself?       Thanks

Hi,How do we figure out if a journey is in the read only mode through a query?

I am wanting to pull in some user data on custom forms for a new request that is then converted to a Project. I would like to pull in the Request Entered By name - All I can find is the {enteredByID} field however utilizing the .{name} after it results in an invalid custom expression.  Is there any other way to pull in this data? Additionally, I will be converting these request over to Projects and need this data to hold throughout the conversion process.

I'm sure this has been asked somewhere else, but I couldn't find any post(s) that mentioned it. Are we able to access data from the Portfolio Optimizer to include on a report? Specifically I'm trying to access the "priority order number". I'm not sure if that's the actual name of the field. I've outlined it in green in my example screenshot. Is there a way to get PDF's to display with an Overprint Preview? We've been using Proof for 6+ years and I'm sure that up until recently PDF's would display with Overprint on, but recently this is not the case?  Does anyone know if there is a setting within Proof to switch this on/off, or has there been a change to the way Proof displays PDF's?

Currently, we get a unique Visitor ID whenever they log in on our site, which we can later "translate" on our CRM. I was wondering if we could use Classifications in order to show the "translated" IDs straight into Adobe Analytics workspace, having in mind this would include personal data (although it would include, basically, company name only). Thanks a lot.

We have an issue with tracking an iFrame using AEP and changing MCIDsWe have AEP Installed across our primary domain (x.com) everything works fine, Analytics sends the correct beacon requests and the MCID remains constant.Recently the business has developed an ACS webform and hosted on completely different domain (.adobe-campaign.com) and added it into a webpage on our primary domain as a standard iFrame.We’ve added AEP to this webform (.adobe-campaign.com).When we navigate to the primary domain (x.com) with the iFrame (.adobe-campaign.com) we see two-Analytics page load requests (x.com) with the constant MCID and (.adobe-campaign.com) with a different MCID.I understand that the iFrame will generate a new MCID as it’s on a completely different domain however the issue I have is that every hit to (.adobe-campaign.com) generates a completely new MCID and not keep the first.I have two questions:- Is there a way the iFrame (.adobe-campaign.com) can use the primary MCID from (x.com)? – I’m

What are the option to clear the etc.clientlibs folder in dispatcher under "/var/www/html" directory. Some times we need to make a change in clientlibs in CRX or publish React SPA site page but etc.clientlibs folder doesn't get clear in dispatcher flush. Given we don't have access to Prod dispatcher server to clear it manually or use curl command. I already try "/libs/granite/ui/content/dumplibs.rebuild.html?invalidate=tru" but that doesn't clear it either.  We see the update clientlib in author but don't see it in publisher. How can etc.clientlibs we updated every time JS is updated in author?

I am trying to create custom index on jcr:content/cq:lastReplicationAction on AEM but for some reason it complained about "Not A Valid JCR Name"   Am I missing something here?

Hi, When we update any content and activate aem pages from author to publish, the changes can be seen in the dispatcher url only after hard refresh of the browser cache. What settings we can check to fix this issue. Note: AEM version is 6.5 and CDN is used in conjunction with the dispatcher.

Hello communities,After every deployment to dev/stage/production, when we try to publish a page the popup (screenshot below) always shows up and ask for republish those policies and experience fragments, even though we didn't make any updates to any policies or experience fragments. Hi I have a requirement that all the assets available inside this we.retail folder will be downloaded by only logged-in users in published site and shouldn't be downloaded by anonymous users. How can I achieve this. For log into website we are using some third party tool called forgerock so many users can be created in a life time how all these users can have access to this particular assets? 

Hello! I am looking to add a custom field data point to a calendar view. More specifically, in the program level, we have a custom form that includes a date. I would like to see if I can pull that date into a calendar view.  Is this possible? Any help would be much appreciated!!!
