Dear Developers/ Architects,        at present im using aemsdk 2023-12 version. In Previous AEM sdk version, I was able to remove  jcr:mixinTypes mix:lockable  property on page through service user which have access to remove permission on /content.Recent version of aem sdk version, the jcr:mixinTypes property were disabled, even admin account was not able to remove this property. any suggestion on this?? is there any option to remove lockable property through service user?

Hello, does anybody have some experiences concerning autoprovisioning of users in a Workfront instance, which is already migrated to the Adobe Admin Console? I am aware of the fact, that I can setup automatic creation of users in Workfront, but I need a solution to provide them with a specific licence and assigning an access level based on parameters coming from the identity provider. Thanks in advance. RegardsLars

Hi , Just updating the post again on what all outstanding issues we have apart from the below one1. Open SSO login is not working for us after SP19 upgrade.  - We are working with Adobe on this one2. Our delete functionality is custom to move it to a recycle bin folder, this too not working due to some JavaScript issues. Hi Community,Any idea why Workfront will be showing resources overallocations on the workload balancer when the resources is 100% allocated across two projects (i.e., 2977 is 25% and 2979 is 75%)?.  Jan 16.48hrs, Feb 16.05hrs, and March 16.05 hrs over allocations. please see screenshot below and your input is super appreciated.   

Hi there, does anybody have a sample project template/series of steps you go through when offboarding a system administrator and/or a user who owns a lot of objects within your instance? I'm thinking of situations such as reports owned by the offboarded user that may need to be set up with a "Run As" of an active user, recurring scheduled report sends which need to be set up again by another user, etc. Essentially, a list of object types that may cease functioning once that user is deactivated.

I have completed almost all the steps of installing , Now when I try to login as neolane user and start the nlserver process I am unable to proceed and getting the below error . Hi Everyone, I have an Angular application and I am running an XT activity on a page that has a section that is 3 cards in a row. Each of these cards is a link to another page. Each of the cards also has a click event binding to run a pre-defined function if/when a user clicks on any of the 3 cards. On the original page (before any personalization is applied) the click event binding works as expected, with the pre-defined function running as it should. However when I use the XT activity to change only the order of the cards and navigate to the page (while activity is live and personalization is applied) when I click one of the cards, the click event binding is no longer firing the pre-defined function.How can I ensure that, when I use this activity, the click event bindings still work as they should?

Hi,  I am trying to look at the functionality we have for Kanban in Workfront. We are planning to migrate JIRA Kanban into Workfront and we noticed that a few functionalities are missing. Does anyone have any recommendations on the alternatives we can use to replace the missing functionalities? Are we able to set card types for Kanban? I know we can use tags inside the boards. However, is there any other way to set Kanban card types? In JIRA, we have card types, for example, task, bug, and story. We would like to use card types in Workfront and use tags for other purposes.Are we able to customize our custom fields inside the board so that it will be based on the card types we choose for a card? We will need each card type to show different fields. For example, the Story card type will show descriptions and priority fields while we don’t need the other card types to show those fields.Are we able to set up dependencies between cards? One of the customer (Financial domain) is asking  Does Smart Tags and/or Dynamic Media features of AEM (or smart content service leveraging Adobe Sensei) access demographics or PII data?  It's an Assets implementation AEM-6.5 on AMS. If answer is "No", customer wants to know, why it is not possible to access demographic or PII data?

What is impact of migrating legacy AAM to WEBSDK with launch on existing Data? What changes we need to do in terms of traits and signals in AAM?

Hi Masters!  We’ve been struggling with an issue for the last days, and we still don’t know how to handle it.  The problem is related to publish instances. The problem is when a HTL component contained in a page (and the Sling model underneath) throws an exception, the http response does not return a 500 error code (and the 500 error page), but a 200. The page shows all the components, except the component that has thrown the exception, which is shown partially. The problem is, in publish instances, the page is cached, so next requests return the cached page, until the cache expires, no matter if the error is not occurring anymore in AEM.  This is related to components that make requests to external systems (Adobe Commerce, in our case), that sometimes return with errors. But we've also reproduced with the HelloWorld component provided by the Adobe archetype, just forcing an exception.  In this cases, we would like to prevent the page to be cached. How could we hand
