Hi Team,We have a third party hosted Landing page with which we want to configure unsubscribe.To implement this we have implemented Subscription API call through Developer Console to update the preference of indivdual profile. To achieve this we have used the following document:Email opt-out management | Adobe Journey Optimizer There is a requirement to pass two encrypted parameters in the URL1. params( which will contain encrypted payload data) and2. Pid (Profile ID) The challenge here is how to encrypt these values in runtime in AJO/AEP and pass it to individual user while sending email.

Hi Team,  Need your help and suggestion as I am a beginner on this topic: I want to create a POC for AEM integration with ElasticSearch (Search scope is AEM and out box seach content is GIT or separate website) so can anyone suggest any blog/GIT or any tutorial link. I am using AEM as a cloud service and initially I will adopt the unpaid version of Elasticsearch (free subscription) for POC and later I'll finalize for paid. Need your suggestion where can I start and what kind of challenges to expect in the beginning, how I can use ElasticSearch connector for external search ? I went through other tool as well apart for Elasticsearch like algolia (https://www.algolia.com/blog/product/ingesting-data-from-adobe-experience-manager-aem-for-search-discovery/ ) etc but first I am looking for Elasticsearch. so if you have any good suggestion for some tool as well then please suggest.   Thanks Abhishek

Hi All, I have one author and two publisher instances for my AEM setup. On publisher 1, error.log was increasing abruptly. When I checked logs, I found a lot of logs in error.log related to segment store - *ERROR* [async-index-update-async] org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.segment.SegmentNotFoundExceptionListener Segment not found: d977b6a3-8045-4d95-af34-89f80c1a1cb5. SegmentId age=19590979ms I suspected that there is an issue with datastore, below URL  is something that I referred to fix the issue on publisher 1 -https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-cloud-kcs/kbarticles/KA-16542.html?lang=en When I checked to revert a corrupt segment store to its latest good state, I got that there is no latest segment store available. What should be the next step? Is there a possibility to map the existing datastore of publisher 2 to publisher 1? Thanks in advance.

Can you tell me what is the reson of "INTERNAL" and "messageExecutionFailed" in Journey Report and wer are facing the issue 7 profile entered in the journey and it is showing that 9 Exited from Journey and 9 get failed 

I have a matrix report that I run on a monthly basis that gives me time entry by hour type by resource and then totals it at the far right.  My question is, I do not want to push this into Excel.  Is there any way that I can add a column and have Workfront know the available working hours for the month and divide that by the user's total and then show that in % format?  I am new to calculated fields but was hoping there was already something like this out there.  Thanks!

Hi, I was going through this article https://sling.apache.org/documentation/bundles/models.html#field-injection to understand models in aem.How does the injection of values really work?  The documentation says that : In this case, a property named propertyName will be looked up from the Resource (after first adapting it to a ValueMap) and it is injected. Fields can use any visibility modifier: So does the resource first adapted to ValueMap and then injected?if anyone has any detailed explanation or understanding of what happens behind the scene, could you please explain?

Hi Team,We are using AEM as cloud service In a experience fragment (XF1) with 2 different component in layout container.now from this another Live copy variation (XF2) has been created as one of the component needs to inheritance  now in XF2 variation 1st component inheritance has been cancelled but enabled for 2nd component and same content is required there  still rolling out as page rollout still pushing to cancelled inheritance also . we are using OOB standard rollout config. while investigation further seems inheritance hasn't been cancelled for multi-field of the component i.e at component node is showing as cq:LiveSyncCancelled hence property like id or other property is not getting overridden but multi-field property of the sample component cq:LiveSyncCancelled not getting applied how we can apply the cq:LiveSyncCancelled to this multifield ?  

Hi, I am not able to login to my AEM Publisher instance in browser as it was showing the below error,So, I checked the error log and found the below response, GET /libs/granite/core/content/login.html HTTP/1.1] org.apache.sling.engine.impl.SlingRequestProcessorImpl service: Resource /libs/granite/core/content/login.html not found Because of this issue I am not able to access /system/console and it's features. Please advise how to proceed and rectify this.

Is it possible to download the metadata of all the journeys existing in the AJO as a csv file. Something like the journey overview database ? Not like what we can get from the reports accessible from the individual journeys which has detailed overview of each individual journey, but like a consolidated table containing all journeys and their related KPIs

Hello All, I have a journey which will send SMS to users based on some conditions. As part of my audience evaluation, I need to know whether the user has received SMS from this same journey within last 2 months. If yes, we need to exclude such users from the audience segment,  else the SMS should be triggered to the users. SMS is implemented using custom action. Is there any possible way to implement this ?
