Have any other users in Australia dealt with a high number of hard bounces from Bigpond addresses? We have a recurring issue where Bigpond throttles our sends at a certain volume, meaning a proportion will be delivered successfully but then the remaining will be held as suspected spam, eventually getting hard bounced. This doesn't happen on smaller sends but does when it gets into 40-50k+. We have workarounds of breaking them up into smaller volumes and spreading them out across different times, which seems to work ok, but wondering if there's a more sustainable solution out there?  We use the Everest deliverability tool to check our emails and it never flags anything, so it does not appear to be related to the content of the emails but purely about the volume.  Our SPF/DKIM is set up and working too. We don't have this issue with any other domains. The pattern is never consistent either as we can see the same address bounce one day then work the next. Som

Hello, I am attempting to send an SMS delivery with a personalized field included. The problem I'm encountering is that the control rule is including the characters in the personalization field as part of the overall character count, exceeding the 160-character limit.Upon my calculation, I've determined that the personalized field will consist of a number with a maximum of 4 characters. Therefore, if the personalization is correctly implemented, it should adhere to the character limit. Can someone assist me with this issue?

Hi Everyone, We have a requirement to send the delivery logs to my local computer.Note:We don't have access to SFTP access.I have a query activity to extract delivery logs, and then I connected it with a data extraction activity to upload it to the server. The debugger is showing variable names that were newly added to the event in the format of %eVar name% These two specific elements were newly created in the launch and added to rules and published. I am a little bit unsure why it is displaying in this format  Any insights, suggestions, or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Hi everyone,I am getting confused with date ranges for UV and visit and for seperate subsection segment.since , I need to create report for daily, monthly  and last 90 days.->So, Does daily means Today report or just days in dimension for over a month.->Monthly view should be this month (a custom date range filter) or month in dimension .->What should be The date range for the panel and will it affect if the custom date range are  different.Because, I have been doing comparision for visits and UV on the basis of  - this year this month and last year This month.->I have a doubt on this too can you tell me  should I compare last month and 2 months ago data or This month and last year same month. Which one makes more sense.Same goes to day.Can anyone please tell me how should I approach or  how normally you deal with date ranges. Any example would be helpful.. Thanks !

Hey Adobe Community,Long-time lurker, first-time poster to this community.  I've seen similar questions to this one but they didn't quite answer the issue so just sharing some nuances to pinpoint the issue.  We recently added 2 new marketing channels and processing rules to our global suite Marketing Channels, under our admin settings.  After that, unrelated, our "other campaign/unattributed" channel started collecting tracking codes that were not a part of the rule set for that channel.  We've been steadily adding to the ruleset for "other campaign/unattributed" to stop attribution to that channel but we're still  seeing a ton of "unspecified" traffic so that it's our most visited source, according to reporting and I don't think that's right yet.  Other campaigns/unattributed has never been our highest attributed channel.  According to our rule set, unattributed/other campaigns should be last in the processing order, so I'm not sure why there is

Hi Community, Our company is consolidating job roles and standardising role cost across all of our project templates. I'm having difficulty creating a report that helps me identify which Job Roles are contained in each template and what the associated Billing Rates are. The below screenshot shows what I'm trying to achieve. Hi, I am using image list component and fixed search and giving the path of my subpages to list those pages as a card on the home page like wknd project home page articles are showing there so when we click on those card then it will redirect  on those page but when giving the path of the wknd then it working fine but for my case it is not working when giving the path of my  parent page, it is empty
