Could you let me know if there is any way to export all Tags taxonomy (data) along with hierarchy, into an excel sheet / CSV format?  

I would request for some inputs on whether there are some dimensions in Adobe Analytics that are part of default implementation? Like there are dimensions captured in Google Analytics by default which don't have any implementation needed apart from adding scripts to my website, is there a list of dimensions in Adobe Analytics that should be available by default without the tech team needing to perform custom implementations? Refering to the dimensions mentioned here under the dimensions list:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/components/dimensions/overview.html?lang=en Thanks in advance

Hi Team, To play video in Safari browser, we understood that "Accept-Ranges" header in response is required. However, when we access our site and check response header, we dont find this specific header.  However, if we simply access site using publish instances IP, we can see this header in response and as a result, Video being played well in Safari. We tried to add this header in Clientheader.any file, but no luck. Do you have any idea/Have you ever faced similar issue?  

Hello all, Last week we tried to onboard our CRM on Audience Manager.To do so, we created specific segments in Campaign and used workflows with a shared audience box.The Adobe cron eventually passed after 48h and we can now see our segment populated.However, the onboarded trait linked with our segment remains at zero: how is it possible ? Also, the number of devices in the total segment population is lower than in our export from the CRM - by around 50% - and we can't understand why it is not the same number in total. Many thanks,Val

I was following the documention from the link vlt-tool-install-link I am facing the following issues. I downloaded the jar file https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/jackrabbit/vault/org.apache.jackrabbit.vault.rcp/3.7.2/org.apache.jackrabbit.vault.rcp-3.7.2.jarand tried to install it as a package using package manager's upload package feature. I am not sure whether this is the right file to upload, if you know what is the exact file to be uploaded, please let me know. 1) It asked to download the latest jar and as I tried to install it as a package using the package manager or through etc/asc-tools whose link is given in the documentation, I am getting errors. Hi All,I want to move objects ( Audiences, Content Templates, Fragments, Landing Pages, Journeys ) from one sandbox to another using APIs. I have referred to the documentation from Adobe ( https://developer.adobe.com/journey-optimizer-apis/references/sandbox/ ), but I am having difficulty understanding some of the parameters mentioned on the last page (such as visibility). Do we have any other detailed documentation? If not, could you please explain at a high level how I can copy objects from one sandbox to another?

It's a blank page.Check my code and components are therein AEM 'edit' mode for the page, none of the components load to be put onto the pageI'm working on a Mac Pro (intel). Hello Everyone, I am attempting to build a content fragment with a content/fragment reference multifield. Data saves to the JCR correctly, but after building the multifields are not populated. The data exists in the JCR but the multifields are blank. However, If after building I edit the content fragment model then the multifields will populate with the JCR data correctly. Hi allDoes anyone use Twilio for sending SMS messages from Marketo? I have an issue that's stumping me.We want to send SMS messages that have emojis in them eg 🌼 https://www.compart.com/en/unicode/U+1F33CWe send these messages from Marketo -> Twilio via a webhook. In this webhook are Marketo tokens which is where we configure the content of the message.This webhook passes the payload to Twilio in plain text, which strips out the emojis. If I try to add them in unicode or HTML formats ( U+1F33C or 🌼), Twilio still treats them as plain text and fails to send them as emojis. So eg an SMS saying "Here is a flower 🌼" turns into "Here is a flower U+1F33C". I can't tell if this is an issue with how Marketo sends the information or how Twilio is receiving it. I've lodged tickets with both platforms but hoping someone has come across this before?

We're in a bit of a time crunch so would appreciate a quick response.  We have a profile in AEP that has an ID (userID) and in that profile we have an array of all the accounts the user has. We've built a segment in AEP to qualify profiles based on certain conditions and we'd like to use this segment in AJO for journeys. However, we'd like to split the profiles that qualified for the segments for each them to have just one account value from the array. Is there a way to do this in AEP or AJO?  An example is: Current Scenarioprofile1 -> userID1, [accountID1, accountID2, accountID3]  Desired OutcomeEach of the profiles should qualify for the journey as shown below:profile1 -> userID1, accountID1profile2 -> userID1, accountID2profile3 -> userID1, accountID3  

I have an asset stored under this path in AEM /content/dam/myproject/images/2023/dec/4567.jpg While rendering this in UI I am using shortened name like "/2023/dec/4567.jpg"I am using rewrite rule in dispatcher to rewrite it.But when this url is cached in AEM its is cached for the this path "/content/dam/myproject/images/2023/dec/4567.jpg" under "/var/www/html".  Instead I wanted it to cache it  for the requested url structure which is "/2023/dec/4567.jpg".How this can be achieved ?

We are using ACC v7 (7.3.3 build 9359). I'm trying to add List-Unsubscribe option for the emails. I tried below options in SMTP header section of the delivery template and none of them works. When I generate the proofs with this on production environment I don't see any header option in outlook.
