Adobe is removing the Marketo Events App and Marketo Moments App from the App Stores on October 2, 2023. After this date, existing customers can continue using these apps if they’re already installed on their mobile device. Hello Community!   I have a situation where leads fill an external form (not a Marketo form), and an API integration creates the leads in our Salesforce, which then is integrated to Marketo. There's a hidden field in this form with the Acquisition Program Name we want for these leads, and a campaign in Marketo with the same name.   This Marketo campaign contains a smart campaign triggered by "Lead is created / acq program is XXXX". But, testing it, we noticed that the leads don't come through. Actually, the leads arrive without an acquisition program.   Is this because the leads are created first in Salesforce? Is there something we can do to make these leads already arrive with the correct acq program?

Hi,I am working with our data warehouse IT team to model Marketo data. They are trying to create a table for Company but are noticing that the same ContactCompany id field has more than one Company Name. Some are clearly duplicate companies where INC or LTD is missing. However, some are very different company names. I don't believe ContactCompany is a field in the Marketo UI. Does anyone know where this value is coming from and why there would be a different Company Name associated to the same ContactCompany field?  They are asking me to define which Company Name should be the primary but I'm thinking they need to stay separate records.

Hello,    I wondered whether anyone had used dynamic chat to run a very short user experience style survey? Thinking something like two questions, like -  1) How easy do you find using the website? With a rating of one to five.  Followed by: 2) What were you trying to do today? (list with open options)   Has anyone used Dynamic Chat or something else within Marketo to do this?

We haven't yet used our Interactive webinar functionality and I'm just trying to work out the best way of doing this.  We will be having a webinar that will have two time zone options.  Is my only option to create this as two separate webinars, or is there a way of having two time options in one programme? Normally we would have a landing page with both options and then emails would go out depending on smart lists based on which option they chose.

I'm trying to push the numeric hardcoded value to the adobe server using the events, but the values sent is not received. I could see some random values in the dashboard(adobe). Also I'm using omnibug to check the data that is sent and I could see the proper value is transferred, but still in the adobe dashboard I'm seeing some random values. Please suggest me a proper way to send the numeric values so that the same is received in the adobe aswell. Hi Actually there is requierment like week based need to send Email to recipient and i have a Date field which has date datatype Need to calcluate the week difference in number If the order date is 11/23//2023So currently they are in 4 th week difference like wise i need to fetch the week based data to current date value up to 13 weeks So, can anyone provide a step-by-step procedure for achieve this?I tried this but its getting week differencevice versa 

I'm starting to play with my Cloud Service sandbox, starting with Assets as a Cloud Service. I uploaded a few folders of local images in JPG format to Assets, and when I look at the details in Assets, I see the Creation and Modified dates are the date & time I uploaded to Assets, not the information from the files. When I open the local files in Preview on a Mac, I see the creation date in the EXIF info (Date Time Original, Date Time Digitized), in the IPTC info (Date Created, Time Created, Digital Date Created, Digital Time Created) and in the TIFF info (Date Time). All of this is metadata in the file, not filesystem information, so it should be visible to AEM on import. I expected the default importer to pick up this metadata by default. Am I missing something, or do I need to customize some profile or workflow to specify the metadata I want to import?EDIT:Hm, I see the metadata from the file in Assets on the Advanced tab; the info from the file is displayed as "File created

Currently trying to use exported experience fragments in Target activities, the experience fragments are working, however they include references to the clientlib files that have already been loaded in the page previously. My experience has been that the experience fragment functions basically as an uneditable piece of HTML that can be used in activities as is, but I might be missing something related to the configuration piece. Is there a setting or configuration on the Target side that I can use to exclude the clientlibs or is this something that would need to be handled by or configured in AEM? Any assistance is much appreciated, thank you in advance.

Hi, I'm looking for a way to add the breakdown rows in a freeform table. For Context: I have created a segment which gives me the total visits on the landing of a screen and on the same screen another variable is configured which captures the keyword. I want the unique combination of the visit and the keyword.Example: If there are total 3 visits (V1, V2 and V3) and K1, K2 and K3 are 3 different keyword captured in the other variable (v9)V1 - K1 & K2V2 - K1V3 - K3 & K1 & K1 Count of Visits in which a Keyword was captured:K1 - 3K2 - 1K3 - 1Total - 5 (I'm trying to get this total from the segment)

We've had a request from our Accounts Payable team to set up a Request Queue for users to submit their monthly Travel and Expense Reports through Workfront so the AP team has all submissions in a single area. The current form is an Excel based form where users can fill out travel information (mileage, dates of trip, hotel, meals, transportation costs, etc) or they can fill out 'generic' expense requests (cell phone, internet, office supplies, etc). The form then totals up all of the numbers and assigns a General Ledger account based on the type of expense specified.  I'm wondering if anyone has had any success building out a similar form in Workfront to track expense requests? My other option is to have them keep their current Excel sheet and have users attach that document to a Request that way the AP team is still able to track incoming requests and mark them complete once they've been input into our ERP system.  

Hi, I am looking for a way to add a column rule to a task report based on a question in the task details of the prior task. I am pulling a report for "Add photos to the Hub" task, but the prior task is "Fill out details for Hub Request" where there is a custom form on the task details. On that custom form, they have the option to request a rush. I would like my task report for "Add photos to the Hub" to have a column rule if the prior task had rush=yes in the task details. is this possible? 

Experiencing an error loading Adobe Analytics on Microsoft Edge. Adobe Analytics works on Chrome, however.  I already deleted cookies for adobe.com in Edge but I'm experiencing the error.  Any tips on how to get Adobe Analytics back working on Microsoft Edge?   

Good day, I'm having an issue with placing an Animated GIF in the background of an XHTML element on my client's page. Hey all, i use a report that provides a new row for each day that i extract and use to build a report. As the end of the year is coming up, i'm not sure how the report will behave with the time filter i have applied which is the pre-set adobe This Year (excluding today) - On January 1st 2024 will this filter identify its 2024 and exclude today hence providing no data or is the 'excluding today' clause actually a priority and it'll still give me a full 2023 dataset (31-12-2023)  Hope this makes sense and hope someone understands! 

I'm trying to create a segment that I could then use as a filter to only show pages that contain a specific custom link value, for example a segment applied to a freeform which would then display pages with a specific button or link. Open to other ways to go about this as well

Our creative team uses a Request Queue to receive their work. The Requests are then moved to their appropriate Projects in order to keep the Requests alongside other aspects of a Projects work. I am looking to pull a report which counts the Projects closed this year which feature one of these Requests.Logic tells me I need a Project Report but this does not seem to allow me to isolate the relevant Issues. An Issue Report, however, does not allow me to have a count of the Projects. Is there a way to do this with text mode or otherwise? Thanks in advance for any advice! 

We're having a problem with packages not installing on our AEM publisher. (we deploy via TeamCIty) The only recent change we've made is adding the following change to some of the pom.xml to set up our project for Adobe Cloud Manager. Hi there,I have a lookup field in the SFDC Lead object that does a lookup on the Campaign object. When I select a campaign in the field in SFDC, the respective Campaign ID is syncing over to the corresponding Marketo field correctly. But if/when I change the campaign ID value in the Marketo field, it does not seem to sync to the SFDC field. Ideally when I change the campaign ID in the Marketo field, the lookup value (i.e. the name of the campaign) would update in the SFDC field. Is the sync on SFDC lookup fields not bi-directional?  Thx in advanceColin EDIT: Problem solved - there was a related flow in SFDC that was causing the Marketo > SFDC sync to fail in some circumstances..

Hi All,   While removing some outdated email programs, I encountered an unexpected problem. Although I managed to delete certain programs by removing their dependencies, I received a 'Background Delete Failed' message for several others. I've attached a screenshot for reference. Do you think this could be related to Marketo, or might there be something I've overlooked? Any insights?   TIA
