Since Mai 2023 a new value has appeared in our "Operating System Type" reports for desktop visits that outperforms the combined desktop visits from Windows and Apple (see screenshot). The OS type has the value of "Chrome OS", and a breakdown reveals it to be the version "Chrome OS 88.0.4324". Simultanously, the dimension "Mobile Device Type" reports an increase of "Other", meaning desktop devices.I guess there is a connection to the changes regarding client-hints and device look-up. We have activated "High entropy user-agent client hints" in the Analytics extension. Even if there were a Chrome OS for Desktops it could not possibly rise to the top as quickly as this. So thanks in advance for any insights by the community.

In most cases, when a designer (worker) is assigned a task, they have a 'view' permission' instead of a 'contributor'. The admin or project manager always has to go into 'share' and change to contributor. Can WF fix this?

Hi everyone,   I'm trying to conduct a subject line a/b test including a first name token, but was wondering if I should build the subject line with the token in email editor page where I can use the "insert token" button, or will the first name token pull through correctly if I just include it with the other text in the subject line box in the a/b test edit window?   Thanks!

Hi! I'm using an Union activity after Email delivery to join all profiles who received an email, continuing with an update activity to update a resource.   The issue here is that, if Union activity doesn't receive records from all inbound transitions it won't execute (it's like it keeps waiting for records from the empty inbound transition). And in my case, there're many times where I don't send specific emails (SMA_TEST3) and I want to use the Union for the others which sent emails (SMA_TEST1 and SMA_TEST2) Is there any configuration to handle that? I want to use Union even if there're inbound transitions with no records. Thanks.

This is my first time asking a question in the community. 😊Im trying to find a solution for inputting marketing plan/campaign data from our marketing team (channel, campaign type, campaign name, description, start date, end date, etc), then attaching it to a campaign/journey. When the audience is executed in that journey/send file (EM, DM, SMS) contact history is recorded for that profile utilizing the marketing info input earlier. I want to be able to see this info within RT CDP AND extract this campaign info and associated profiles out to another system for our agents.  I can’t figure out if there is any Adobe product that can do this. We just got started on Real-time CDP and AJO, but this is a missing link in our process. thank you in advance! 

Hi, we are trying to build a freeform table showing tagged pages. By default, when we did the segment, it shows pages that don't have the tags. When we change the attribution model to “instance” and “non-repeating instance”, it removes pages that didn't match. However, now, we don't know which models to use. Indeed, they are giving us two different numbers. All we would like to know is which pages were tagged and how many visits those pages get. We have the feeling that we should use “instance”. Indeed, we suppose that the “non-repeating instance” is only counting a unique person visiting that particular page once but not counting any other pages that they visited. Indeed, if someone is visiting 2 pages that are tagged, we would like to see that. Thanks in advance! 

Hi,    We are organizing our engagement stream items as individual nested Email programs. Currently those nested programs sit outside of the engagement program that references them. I dont see an option to move those email programs into the engagement program. Is this a limitation of Marketo or am I missing something ?   BR

Hi All,  Trying to figure out how to code in text view so that when users see the dashboard the request description can only be up to 20 or so words and then show a "...". For example: The original request: It is important that someone walks the dog today.  I want code to make it so the users only see 2 of the words in this request so that it shows: It is...  and then can click into the request to see more details Hope this makes sense and thank you in advance if you have a solution!

Hi all - need a little help. I've been asked to create a report that shows the number of days requests lived on the backlog prior to project conversion. Trying to send a POST request to the Campaign API, I'm getting the following error,"No match in backends for the given tenant id."The campaign instance I'm using is a sandbox instance whose URL is https://acsXXXus.campaign-sandbox.adobe.com/ and the URL I'm trying to send the POST is https://mc.adobe.io/acsXXXus/campaign/mcAdobe/EVTcartAbandonment. I also tried changing the organization to acsXXXus.campaign-sandbox and acsXXXus.campaign-sandbox.adobeBut still I'm getting the same error. Any insights into this would be helpful. Thank you

Hi All, I am trying to setup Adobe Target on my local AEM Cloud SDK. I followed all the steps to integrate Target with AEM but when trying to export Experience Fragment to Adobe Target, I am getting the following error. "message":"Access denied. To perform this operation, all of the following privileges are required \"[editor]\"." On further analysis, it seems that I need to give Editor role to the project. But in the admin console I am unable to see any role tab in the admin console.   Thanks,Ayush

How to use multiple form container in AEM sites pageI'm using Adaptive Forms - Embed(v2) , whenever i use single form in page it works fine, But if i add second form in same page, 2nd form's clientlibs itself is not calling.I tried 2 ways, I have combined the both clientlibs to single clientlibs and calling the method accordingly. I have tried different clientlibs for each form. But both the ways 2nd form's clientlib is not accessible i tried with debugger also. Thanks in advance

Still need assistance.  I would like to know how I can change the first letter in a floating field to a capital letter.  The floating field is tied to a text field and how ever the entry is made in the text field, I would like the result in the floating field to start with a capital letter.  Example:  If the user enter the word "apple" in a text field, I would like it to appear in the floating field as "Apple".  Any help would be appreciated.  My form is a livecycle designer form.

Hi, Can someone please advise, where exactly where to add this X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGON for AEM application. We want an external application to access an Adaptive Form or AEM sites page that adaptive form. The external application will be accessing the content url via IFrame. So we want to provide thisX-Frame-options. But not sure how to add the line in the "publish-farm.any " or in any other file.  Please advise what is the syntax and which file to add this X-Frame-Options for AEM applications. Thank youEshwari
