Hi All,  We are using AEM cloud version for website development. The RTE component has both paste modes enabled (wordhtml and plain text). But when authors copy any list (ordered/unordered) from Word document, it doesn't paste it well and creates individual <p> tags instead of ul or ol.  Does anyone has any idea on this? Any help would be much appreciated. Attaching screenshot.  

I have multiple projects such as /content/A, content/B, content/C. I want my dispatcher default URL to point to C homepage. Currently its pointing to Bs homepage. I m not sure which file needs to be changed to achieve this. Any help is highly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi All, We are trying to include acs-commons latest version 6.0.14 but we are getting errors while building the package ( AEM cloud service)   Error: SNAPSHOT: com.adobe.acs:acs-aem-commons-content:zip:min:6.0.14 was not found in https://repo.adobe.com/nexus/content/groups/public during a previous attempt. This failure was cached in the local repository and resolution is not reattempted until the update interval of adobe-public-releases has elapsed or updates are forced.   Does anyone faced the same or any suggestions to resolve this issue.   Thanks Himanshu

In aem how to integrate sso to extend/transfer to the asset portal for a seamless transition, allowing anyone on the current organisation to access the assets. It means require a authentication through SSO integrate get url with extension of transfer(download) the assets at /content/dam can access XYZ organization only. I need help on this. 

Hi, we created a new reportsuite (for testing) for the mobile SDK implementation and all the implementation has been done and mapped new reportsuite to the Analytics service in Datastreams. Lifecycle metrics and visits data are captured in new reportsuite, but standard page data is unavailable in new reportsuite. I created a rule in Tags property by following this article's steps https://developer.adobe.com/client-sdks/documentation/user-guides/getting-started-with-platform/rules-and-xdm-events/ and tested in Assurance debugger as per mentioned article, and for reference, you can see AEP request in the attached snapshot. Note: we configured Adobe Analytics extension with the existing (development and prod) reportsuites in the same property

Hi, We've got a few 429 errors from https://analytics.adobe.io/discovery/me recently. I understand from https://developer.adobe.com/analytics-apis/docs/2.0/guides/faq/ that> The enforced rate limit for API calls is 12 requests every 6 seconds per userBut we only do about 100 requests per day, and on the times when we got the error we'd done no other requests for several minutes. We haven't got 429 from any other endpoint.So is there another rate limit being applied? Perhaps this endpoint is special somehow?Alternatively, we share the OAuth Server-to-Server credentials with other teams; are we sharing the quota with them? Or does it apply per access token (which we're not sharing)? I.e. what does "user" mean in the docs above?Thanks for any help.

Hi.   Can someone point me in the direction of some sort of training or introduction to the new Workfront home?  I have it turned off for my team because, while I see the call out for the number of tasks due/complete, I don't see where it tells me what my tasks are or provides me with any way to check them off as complete the way that the former home page did.  I'm also wondering if some of the widgets, such as "Mentions" and "Awaiting my approval" are not populating because they are in the sandbox environment. I feel very unprepared to roll something this big out to my team, so I must be missing the documentation, but nothing is coming up when I search... help?

We have a custom unsubscribe method where people get unsubscribed when they click on a link in the footer. This link takes them to a confirmation landing page ("You have been successfully unsubscribed"), but there is no form on it. I have a Smart Campaign that changes "Unsubscribe" to TRUE when they click on this link. However, i noticed that this unsubscribe method doesn't result in the "Unsubscribe from email" activity and those unsubscribes are not reflected in the Email Performance report.How can I make sure that these unsubscribes are being tracked in the report and result in "Unsubscribed from email" activity. Would adding ?mkt_unsubscribe=1&mkt_tok=##MKT_TOK## at the end of the link solve this issue?Thanks!

Hi there, I'm trying to use an email script token as a recipient for an email alert. I'm using this because the choice rules on the Flow are too way restricted for my necessity. The following is an example of what I'm doing.   The token itself works correctly: if I use it within the body email, it will be resolved correctly to the correct email address, but if I use it as a recipient, it is not working.  If I'm looking into the log, I can see the step executed correctly, but I'm not seeing the resolved token, just the name.     The main question is: can I use an email script token as an alert recipient? Second one: why it is not working?  

Hi, I have created a custom component using AEM's core component(Tabs). The use case that we have now is to modify the `id` attribute of each tab. The `id` attribute should have a value of the title of the tab transformed to lowercase and spaces separated with hyphens.  I assume this cannot be done in the Slightly HTL file and this needs to be modified in Sling Model. I tried to access the tabs using ComponentResource but was not able to get the data of the tabs to modify. How do we achieve this?  Any help is appreciated

Hi team, hope you're doing well.Wanted to know if I can get some guidance on how to debug and understand why a workflow is not doing what is supposedly do.Below you will find some screens with more details.  We are expecting that when this workflow runs it removes the asset from Brand Portal without requesting approval, but it does request it.Is it possible to debug or see some logs of the behavior? Hi everybody!I need to create a venn chart where I have the users from our app, the web, and the users that end up using both mediums.We have a universal report suite and an eVar (in that RS) that gets each report suite separately (app and web). So I created two separate segments with our app and web RS but once I create the venn chart, it did not show me the users that cross over between those channels. how can I be having this visualization properly?

I'm sure this is basic but what am I missing - what is the link between tasks from the project pulling into the workload balancer? I have 4 tasks assigned to a worker but only 3 of the tasks show up in the workload balancer. I created a new status (equated to "new") and I re-ordered it so it would appear 2nd on the list, under New in all the places in Setup. The status shows up, but it's at the bottom of the list. Hi, Is it recommended to use a PostgreSQL database with AEM? We are using AEM cloud.In one of the community posts, it is mentioned that PostgreSQL is provided only for demo purposes. Hello together, my company uses the DataFeed Export via SFTP to load the tracking data into our Data Warehouse. I recently adjusted the data feed (added one more eVar to export) and started an export of a historical timerange. When we loaded the data into a table and compared the amount of records from the historical export to the timerange we imported via daily export we had a difference about nearly 1.000.000 hits for a time range of nearly one month ( 89.651.013 hits loaded via daily export for that time range vs. 90.596.309 hits in the manual historical export).I would expect to receive the same amount of hits for the same time range. Do you have any idea, why the amount of hits differ? Best regards,Sebastian
