Hi All,Since our migration from on-prem to cloud aem we've been finding missmatches in the publish status of several pages.In the author the page will show as unpublished but will be active in the published instance. I would like to somehow grab a report of all the pages in a particular path in the publisher and compare it to a report i've run in the author but so far I have not been able to find a way to grab a report of the pages sitting in the publisher.. Does anyone know a way I can generate such a report? I can of course view the publisher version of the pages in the developer console but have not been able to get a report that I can use to help bring our environment back into sync.Kindest Regards,

Hi, I wanted to share if you have any insights on this? I’m looking at the overview report of 1 of the email we already sent. Strangely, it’s reported 1906 sent, while there’re 2119 delivered. Basically, it means we were supposed to send this email to 1906 people only, but somehow it ended up having 2119 people receiving it.     Does anyone know how it can possibly happen? Many thanks!

Hi Team, We are trying to create a Language copy for a site that's in the English Language. When a Spanish copy is created it isn't translating Custom Components and I have seen documentation to configure translation rules for each of the custom components and choose the properties that we would like to get translated in the `Translation Configuration` module. Since we have bunch of custom components, I was thinking if there's a way that we could define at a single place once and it's all taken care of when authors create any number of pages. Looking for suggestions as to how it can be a one-time task on all custom components so authors don't have to worry about creating translation configuration while adding a new custom component each time. I'm setting up multiple Email Programs (A/B Testing) under one default program. I've created a Smart Campaign to perform a test for a seed list however I'm not able to add the emails I've created to the campaign flow - even though the emails are approved.      I am also unable to see the emails in another smart campaign Smart List trigger;     Thanks in advance for your help!

The Workfront generated reference number does not meet our needs to use as a job number, so we've created our own using calculated fields. Using our layout template, I'd like to show our custom field 'Job Number' as one of the 5 header fields on the 'Project' object. It looks like Workfront only allows you to add select fields to this project header, all of them auto-generated by Workfront. Has anyone has found a unique solution to achieve a similar result? Really just looking for any way to prominently display the job number when viewing a project.

Hi, Under urls mapping in resource resolver factory, I am trying to put a rule with complete domain name e.g. /content/abc/us/en\.html < https://abc.com/ but this rule is getting skipped and have no effect. On further analysis, it seems colon (:) after the https is the culprit. If I remove it from the rule then this rule works as expected. I tried to escape colon by putting single backslash (e.g. \:) as well as double backslash (\\:) but no luck. Does anyone know how to escape such characters in the resource resolver factory? thanksNeeraj

I'm working on an AEP implementation with both the Analytics & Target service connected. For a regular pageview event the pageview is send to Adobe Analytics & the response for the global-mbox and additional requested mboxes is returned to the browser. However for some use-cases I want to get personalizations for additional mboxes after the origal page-load has already happened. Currently this also triggers a new pageview measurement for Adobe Analytics, which is not what I want. So my questions are: - Is it possible to do a target call through AEP without triggering the Analytics service?- Or is it possible to add additional data to the xdm object which causes the Analytics hit to be dropped intentionally? Thank you advance!

We are trying to customize the email template that triggers on workflow notifications, there are few issues that we have observed:The default email template that triggers on workflow notification is at - /libs/settings/workflow/notification/email/default/en.txt. When we try to overlay it in apps - /apps/settings/workflow/notification/email/default/en.txt - it only triggers the overlay'd email template when we restart the com.day.cq.cq-mailer bundle. Hi Workfront Community!We have a user who is on the correct license, where sometimes the "Add More Tasks" link is no longer visible and the only way to add a new task is by clicking the button at the top. I have created a dialog box wherein I've this image field with ability for drag and drop. Now can someone help me what exactly to write in HTL to render it in page. In Adobe Developer Console I have a couple of projects I want to delete. However, there seems to be something wrong with this functionality. Before removing the project, you should remove any connected API's and Credentials. Whenever I try to remove one of those, it shows the message the API or Credential is succesfully removed. However, the API or Credential is still there. Also when I refresh or come back a couple of days later. I am developing something with a platform that requires me to setup the same project again a couple of times. So I want to remove those I am not using anymore.Am I doing something wrong or is this is (known) bug?Please help

Hi Everyone, We have created a Content Fragment Component from core by overlay and created a new model and a Content Fragment in DAM. But when I select Type as Content Fragment in "Assests" content tree, the content fragments in DAM are not visible for drag and drop in pages. Hello Community, We have a requirement to implement session handling in pure AEM adaptive forms 6.5. We were new to the session handling in AEM adaptive forms. We need to know what are the ways/procedures to implement this requirement. Note: We are not using any AEM site pages, it completely needs to be implemented in adaptive forms. Please suggest your thoughts or solutions.

I am trying to get data from Hubspot to AEP. We have source connector in AEP to establish connection with Hubspot. Here is reference : https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-platform/sources/connectors/marketing-automation/hubspot.html?lang=en   In this they mentioned about IP allow list. But not sure, where to add that IP allow list. Please of this IP allow list, the connection is not getting established I think so. Hi Adobe Team,   In this video https://youtu.be/s5RVWPeD0AA?t=201 its mentioned that any visitor returning after 7 days will be identified as a new visitor since the cookies will be deleted. I wanted to understand the rationale behind "7 days." Is this just a hypothetical number, or its some governing policy? Can you please share more info on this?   Ideally, we can set cookies (ECID specific) for 12 months, so in that case, how will this impact the return visitors issue? I have 7-8 components on a page, and all these are the same component with different content( authored differently). Now I want to hide the 4th component for a particular user and the 7th one for another particular user group. Any idea on how to achieve this? The only thing that is making it hard for me is that these 7 are the same component.  I can allow the author to choose which user can access the component through a dropdown, then check which users are allowed and compare with the current user in the sling model. Return a boolean value from the model deciding whether the component should be rendered on that page or not. But I am wondering if there is an easy and more effective way to do this.Thanks,Ankan Ghosh

Hi Community, My company started as a call center and still generates a lot of revenue from calls. The problem is, how do we track clicks on specific offers on our "Call To" links which use tokens? For example, below we're offering a 7-Night river trip and below that a Hawaiian islands trip. Both CTA use my tokens which are set up like this: tel:+1-800-822-4368 Is it possible to add a utm param to the token to track or would that break the token/link and/or Marketo tracking?     Thanks, LK  

Hi everyone, We've encountered an issue where a form cannot be submitted on Safari mobile. Any help please? We've tested the form submission on Chrome desktop and Chrome mobile, and it was successful. By "successful", we mean that the page redirected to a thank you page, and a PDF was downloaded. However, on Safari mobile, the following occurred: Instead of redirecting to a thank you page, the downloaded PDF opened Upon returning from the PDF, a message appeared below the Download button stating "Submission failed, please try again later." Hi there, We are trying to creating a segment that are capturing customers choosing to a higher priceTotal plan. As you can see in the screenshot, the before price ($105) is captured and the after price ($125) is also captured. They are all in the same hit, and are experience events. Wondering if there's a way to capture customers that are upgrading? Thanks!
