Hi, I have existing digital data layer object which I am planning to map to XDM schema and then send it to edge and then to Adobe Analytics through Web SDK. Is there documentation or resource to map  existing  data layer to edge.

We are trying to use the proofing functionality to get approval on large campaigns. Normally what happens is that the campaign content gets uploaded in a large powerpoint and gets approved and in that powerpoint, there are often videos and gifs but when you come to proof these, you only see the static images, the gifs and videos don't play. Any idea how this can work? 

Hi All, I have an image asset (part of hero component) which is rendered on published site as Scene 7 URL. The hero banner image when processed via smart crop is not visible to all users. For users with higher resolution and sizes (height-3000px beyond) the image is not rendering and displays 403 HTTP Code in console.     The original DAM asset is a JPEG image with width 2133 px and height 3200 px.     We have even created a new crop profile "Extra-Large" to accomodate 3000px+ height images.     The URL is of form https://s7d9.scene7.com/is/image/brandName/heroBanner-1?wid=2000&hei=3001&dpr=off If the hei parameter value <= 3000, we are getting 200 OK response, else the response is illegal image size.   Can you please help with the same ? @arunpatidar, @mohit_kbansal, @vikram1285, @markusbullaadobe, @kautuk_sahni    Thanks in advance, Rohan Garg

I hope you can help 🙂   In the Marketing Channel Processing Rules I use the following rule: If all of the following are true: evar123 starts with "sea_" Then do the following: Identify the channel as SEA Set the channel's value to evar123 (In my setting the marketing query parameter string is saved in evar123).   Let's say evar123 has a visitor expiry and first touch allocation.   Does this mean that the Marketing Channel AND Marketing Channel Detail dimensions take the expiry and allocation settings of evar123? Or do the Marketing Channel rules apply which are set to an expiry of 30 days (rolling) and last touch?

Hello, I'm managing Marketo with using a simple management way of adding behavior score now. For ex, adding 10 point when a user visits our web page, and other case adding 100 points when a user watch our webinar. And now, if possible, I want to manage the adding score more complex way depending on the products as below: ex1. Visit web page of Product A -> Adding 5 points Visit web page of Product B -> Adding 10 points, because we need to focus on product B more than Product A   ex2. Attend a webinar of Product A -> Adding 50 points Attend a webinar of Product B -> Adding 100 points, because we need to focus on product B more than Product A   But now, I am using a program status change's trigger of smart campaign to add a behavior score, so it is difficult to know the product of the customer's behavior.   Can I have a standard way to do this kind of scoring control depending on the kind of product?         Thank you

We're one SAAS provider, and we're considering to integrate Adobe Analytics to our SAAS product. However, after reading material re AA, I've some questions there.   Basically, AA provides one capability to allow customers to configure everything in its Experience Platform, then generate one JS lib, so that customers' application can embed such JS lib to perform collect data to send back to Adobe side. Seeming this is recommended approach. All stuffs controlled by customer.   However, our SAAS product is integrating Google Analytics, we just load one standard libs, then to use it to collect data inside our code, at this approach, everything is controlled by us, we declare customer account, event collecting, etc... So my question is, does AA also support such integration approach?   Thanks, Kent

There are 15 GB of assets in the development environment that I would like to move to the stage and production environments. Assets can be moved between environments using package manager. However, it is time consuming and requires a lot of package creation and deployment. Does AEMaaCS offer any other options?

The CSS and JS files are processed in both author and publisher environments. But the dispatcher is not processing the same css and js files. On checking the network tab, it shows a 404 error for both CSS and JS files. Hi I am trying to create a report in builder and being a heavy user of analytics workspace keep getting frustrated as  it does not seem as intuitive. For instance  I want do is add a second date range so I can compare performance against last year but cant fathom out how to do it. whenever I change something in the de.xml getting reflected in the page, this should not be done. only en.xml should be deployed. example. if sling: message for de.xml of specific i18n label is wrong/empty, the same sling:message in en.xml should be reflected in de.xml for we need to add some filters to ignore anyone have any idea on this ? thanks in advance.

When I use the trigger "visits web page" contains "pdf link," it doesn't track my views. I've tried contains "the Marketo URL," but that doesn't work either. When I do "clicked link in email" contains "pdf link," I populate on the list. Hi!For various marketing activities we are used to clone existing Program with a smart campaign and modify the clone.Currently it is manual process and I am working on automation. So everything has to be done via rest api.I have local token {{my.briefingID}} in my template program.The template has smart campaign where smart list contains Data value changes trigger set to {{my.briefingID}} and filter set to {{my.briefingID}}I can successfully clone my template program.Then I change value of my {{my.briefingID}} in the new program.I activate my campaign.I add users with proper briefingID to my list.Unfortunately it appears tokens are not working in smart lists triggers and filters.Can't find documented info that tokens are not supported as trigger and filter values, but my campaign is not firing.Please suggest how to deal with the situation.Are there any workarounds i can use?

Hi,   When we install AEM instance through terminal with the help of  java -jar aem-author-p4502.jar command, it asked for admin password as shown in below screenshot I am working on one automation and wanted to know is there any way to pass this password along with java -jar aem-author-p4502.jar command. So that we don't have to enter it later? It will directly take it from argument we passed with command.   Thanks      

Hello, I sometimes receive "unknown" values in my reports, especially when I have tables with more breakdowns or segments. The actual metric shows a result:It's hardly to reproduce, sometimes it helps to rebuild the table, or remove some components like breakdowns, metrics or segments. Sometimes closing the tool completely also helps. But I haven’t found a real reason or way to avoid this error. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Since AEP uses identity service and RTCDP for the ID sync, do we still need to set the user-ID using the following logic still to continue to use AAM as is for the ID sync? var visitor = Visitor.getInstance("abc@AdobeOrg");visitor.setCustomerIDs({"user_id": {"id":'abc1234',"authState":Visitor.AuthState.AUTHENTICATED}}); Also, since Experience Cloud ID service extension is no longer needed, how we need to set this up, using custom code?

To implement Adobe Analytics, there's one guide mentioned: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/implementation/js/overview.html This will use AppMeasurement.js   However, there also another link: https://developer.adobe.com/target/implement/client-side/ This will use at.js   So my question is: what's difference between AppMeasurement.js and at.js? which case should be depending on AppMeasurement? and at.js?   Or at.js is future, AppMeasurement.js is past?     Thanks, Kent  

Hi Team,   Currently we are working on Push Notification Integration with the Mobile App team ,   1. we have completed setting up external account and iOS and Android based on (Configure the Android mobile application in Adobe Campaign | Adobe Campaign) documentation 2. Created iOs and Android service with the help of certificate base authentication (p12 for iOs and Httpv1 along with firebase private key and client email) we are getting the connection test successful alert as well. 3. Created a mobile app property along with the integration keys based on Installing the mobile app channel | Adobe Campaign this documentation.    Since the Mobile App is being developed in React Native Platform not sure how do we share the Adobe Campaign Classic SDK's to the mobile team.    Could someone please help us on the next steps?
