I had setup a MVT test for a client and observed that the experience report is getting populated and even A4T confirmed that data was loaded in to Adobe analytics as well. However, the report data value is not present in the location contribution report for that MVT test in Adobe Target Report. Any idea on why this is hapeening? Any help on this is much appreciated! Thanks.

Let’s say I have a segment defined as visitors who used X feature in the app then I segment a panel using this segment, i.e. only filtering out users used X feature. Then if I do a daily breakdown on unique visitors count. Does the daily number equal to visitors used X feature on that day (segmentation happens on daily level) or visitors did anything on that day but have ever used X feature (segmentation happens on panel level)?   Similarly, if I define a segment in a metric definition and do a daily breakdown of that metric. Will the segment I defined be applied on daily level or the entire data in the panel.   Thanks

We are using a view, sent when a user adds an item to basket, which triggers a recommendation modificaiton in an A/B test. However, the changes in the recommendation design are only being applied on the first view. Any subsequent views do not trigger the changes made in the recommendations design. I am certain the view trigger is working as it works on the first event. We have also applied CSS changes via the custom code modification and these are also firing on subsequent views, however the recommendations design does not fire more than once. Is this behaviour expected? Or should I be able to trigger the recommendations design multiple times?

Hello, I am trying to figure out the best way to go about this. I am currently trying to update a header tag with different text content using an html offer. When I do this, it's not working. If I just use the text offer to do so, it previews in the composer just fine like it's suppose to. I want to use an html offer though so that I can track that element. What is the best way to do this? Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone, I saw that the counts of inbound transition into my Email Delivery activity is less than the counts of delivery activity. This never happened before because i am using typologies as well. One reason that i can think of is seed lists i use, but I'm not sure about it as well. Can someone please explain what are the possible reasons for this?

Hi,   I am in a situation where I need to record/log the response from the "actions". I have action in my journey which connects to the third-party system via API call, now after this action step in the journey I need to update a field based on the response from the successful action call(API).   Is it possible in first place? If so what configurations need to be done or is there any Out-of-the-box schema that AJO already supports to record this kind of response which we can utilize?   Thanks in Advance!

Hello.Could you please tell me how to properly adapt the Resource to the ContentFragment in the tests. Since I do, I get null all the time, but the resource content fragment is not null. And in the class for which the test is written, adaptation works correctly.

Would be great to have the ability to paste copy and strip it of its formatting.

Today after making some modifications in Adobe Analytics extension, during code review one of my colleagues noticed a strange addition which I haven't done it.  Who manages the librarycode metadata and what is it for? I tried to look everywhere to try and modify it back but I was unable to find any reference to it. Any help would be appreciate it!

My company has just launched a site and is using the telephone number field in one of the forms that can be submitted to us. The site is focused on APAC countries and some of the phone numbers there have only seven or eight digits total. When a user tries to put in one of those numbers, they get an error code that they have to have 10 numbers. My developers tell me the 10-number minimum is baked into AEM, but I'm wondering if there's a way to override that setting so that there is no minimum to the numbers you can post in the telephone number field.   Thank you in advance for any information you can share!

Would be great to have a visual global styling dashboard. A place where you can see your fonts, colors, header styles, body, etc.

Hi all,   I'm a developer of a Mac product that batch exports InDesign files to various formats.   A customer just told me that some of their files will be soon hosted on AEM DAM and asked if it will be possible to still use my product to automate their processing.   So I wonder if there are API options that allow third-party developers to implement any of the following operations:   -Let user select desired InDesign files  -Open those files in InDesign -Export as PDF and save the PDF files on the DAM server -Save the source InDesign documents   Thanks for any info that points to the answer to these questions.   Leo

Several thumbnail renditions of the original image will be created by the workflow. And once they're published, I can download any of those thumbnail images by adding "/jcr:content/renditions/<thumbnail_name>" to the end of the original file's path.  Example: /content/dam/mysite/images/image_001.jpg/jcr:content/renditions/cq5dam.thumbnail.48.48.png My question is, does the jcr part (the bolded part in the example), except for the file size and extension, always the same for thumbnails of any uploaded image files? Where can I find the rules for generating the thumbnail names?

Hi,  I am attempting to use the Velocity date scripting to show specific event times based on the month.  Currently the actual month is October (10). But I was not getting the right output.  I modified the script to show the current date.  What displays is 2022/9/25 and the actual (current date) is 2022/10/25.  Can someone identify the issue   ##Inserts next available class start #set( $defaultTimeZone = $date.getTimeZone().getTimeZone("America/Phoenix") ) #set( $defaultLocale = $date.getLocale() ) #set( $calNow = $date.getCalendar() ) #set( $ret = $calNow.setTimeZone($defaultTimeZone) ) #set( $calConst = $field.in($calNow) ) #set( $ISO8601DateOnly = "yyyy-MM-dd" ) #set( $ISO8601DateTime = "yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss" ) #set( $ISO8601DateTimeWithSpace = "yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss" ) #set( $ISO8601DateTimeWithMillisUTC = "yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.SSS'Z'" ) #set( $ISO8601DateTimeWithMillisTZ = "yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.SSSZ" ) #if( $calNow.get($calConst.MONTH) != 10 ) $calN

Hello, Expert.   I have tried many ways to connect to customer Salesforce Service Cloud by using our source connector, but it was failed at the end as the screenshot below. I’m not sure if any consultants have similar experience with this and could assist me in sorting it out. Thank you incredibly much.   Regards, Jaman

Dear All, I would like to understand more on how we can use the old plugins which we used for Appmeasurement.js into AEP Web SDK via Adobe Launch through Data Element (or) Rules under Action. Because I am wondering if we move from AA Legacy to Web SDK migration then what ever we used those Adobe Plugins under the Appmeasurement.js custom JavaScript will no longer in use as this pointed to "s.doPlugins" (or) s.*** related function. Please help me to understand. Thanks,Vijay

As the subject says - we have a QA team that uses Project Griffon, their access was provided via adobe analytics, but now Assurance is the new Project Griffon and I'm the admin but trying to determine what is the minimum requirement to grant access to Assurance? Unsure what permissions to switch on in AEP for this particular group of users that only needs access to Assurance.

Hi all, when creating and sending an email in Marketo, if we enable ' track link' on a link in the email, the link always redirects to our home page, regardless of where the link should go. This happens whether or not the 'Include mkt_tok' option is also selected. If 'track link' is de-selected, the link works fine. Any suggestions? Here is an example of a tracked link that should go to a demo form landing page, but re-directs to our home page:  schedule a demo

Hi All,   Does anyone know how to get a document thumbnail to display in a proof approval report?

Hello everyone. I am an advanced user of Marketo and I have used it for many situations for over 7 years. This time I am trying to use it for an internal process and I'd like to set up a trigger on an alert email, so the person that receives the alert email can click on an email and then "something happens" / flow starts that actually replies back to the lead that filled a form.   So far trying different ways I have not achieved it. Do you have any ideas how to achieve this? I'm happy to read work arounds.  Thank you, Denisse
