Hi there I've created Dashboard and we are having troubles with not being able to add notes. I have checked the access rights and I cannot see any problems.   What are the other possible causes on why it is occuring? Is there any documentation I can check or troubleshooting tips?

I am trying to use the Journal report feature to answer the following question:   "I want to see the history of task ownership. So if Mary originally owned it, then gave it to Kevin, who then passed it to Sally, then I'd want to see all three historical owners of the report."   Might be asking too much, but this group is really report savvy so hopefully you have insight!   Cheers, Ryan

I have a situation where we are executing some code on pages that have Marketo forms. This particular piece of code handles a few things. One it takes care of multiple Marketo forms on the same page but it also pushes data, we've designated in our CMS, to the dataLayer along with the form render on a successful submission of the form. Now, this code, which is being executed through Google Tag Manager, currently uses an element visibility trigger. It looks for the mktForm class. When that class is present the code executes. The problem is that this code may execute before we're done retrieving the Marketo form and fully rendering it. This ends up popping an error message. What I am thinking would solve this issue is instead of triggering the code with a element visibility trigger it would be best to wait until the form is fully rendered. This probably needs some JS(or maybe not) to see if this 'fully rendered' condition exists but I not sure how to do this. Any help would be greatly app

I am using the Google Data Layer extension. Using the extension in the data layer I can (via Google DL property key) read variables from the Google dataLayer. But what if I wanted to trigger a launch rule at the custom event in the data layer? So as a Direct Call where the custom event in the google dataLayer is the Identifier

Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions as I'm looking into a nearly 50% drop in Ad Platform>Google ad words success events that began in June 2022. But it is specific to Google Adwords and no other platform. Any suggestions in trying to trouble shoot this drop that has historically never happened before? Anything would be greatly appreciated as I haven't been able to find any explanation thus far. Thanks.

I read somewhere (I think it was in a post to THIS forum rather than the AEM docs) that we can't create an OSGi bundle that exports packages that are already exported by bundles provided as standard with the AEM run-time even if they are different versions. Now clearly that is not an OSGi constraint since that's one of the key features of OSGi implementations, so I wonder whether it is an AEM specific restriction ?A while back I created a bundle that exported later version (1.7.5) of SLF4J packages (the one supplied with AEM is 1.6.4). Whilst that bundle did start successfully, thereafter I had a number of problems, which, once I removed that bundle cleared up. It was about that time I came across the statement about AEM only allowing one version of a package to be exported, so since then I haven't attempted to update other packages than those shipped with the product.Obviously I'd like someone (from Adobe or otherwise) to completely refute that statement (if I come across it again I'll

Interested in transferring our social media management to Workfront but have found there are limitations for in calendar for previewing posts, or integrations to push posts. Is anyone using Workfront to manage their social sites? If so, do you also have Fusion?

There was a post that answered my question from 2017 but it is garbled on my screen, and I wonder if anybody can translate the text mode code needed to add a filter that removes tasks that have a cross project predecessor (in a task report)?   https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/workfront-questions/want-a-report-that-shows-all-tasks-without-predecessor/m-p/496799#M28549

Hi All We are seeing duplicate content on preview mode.  Issue:  When we publish the XFs to preview though, we're now seeing double/repeating content on the preview page. Here is the page reference: https://preview-p24859-e93037.adobeaemcloud.com/site/us/en/products/computing/hybrid-cloud-operations/intersight-workload-optimizer/resources.html?   Anyone please guide me to resolve the issue.    Thanks Sree

Workfront Community, Does anyone know how I can change the status relation between requests and projects? Our project status of Planning switches the request it's tied to back to New. When we convert a request to a project the request is automictically set to In Progress. We'd like to adjust the relation of the Planning project status to also keep the request set to In Progress rather than revert it back to New because it's inflating the number of new requests we have. Thanks in advance if you where this setting is located at!

Hello,   My team is working on discovering how we can implement Adobe Analytics into our hybrid Ionic-Angular with Capacitor application. Ionic Capacitor version 6.18.1. Angular version 13.0.4   We started to explore using the Mobile SDK (through the Experience Platform SDK) following the steps for Cordova. However, our main issue arrives when the time comes to add the initialization code (see step 2 here).    While we do have an AppDelegate.swift file for the created iOS platform, we do not have a MainApplication.java file for the Android platform. So, we cannot add the required initialization code for Android. We do, however, have a MainActivity file beneath this file structure android\app\src\main\java\io\ionic\starter\MainActivity.java.   No source code is written specifically to these platform files for this application.   Is there a way to add initialization code to the Android platform that is provided by Ionic? If not, is it better that

Hi, I have a bit of a tricky question which I find quite difficult to explain... I hope it makes sense! Essentially, what I want to do is weight dimension values according to a calculated metric, but keep it so that each dimension item is weighted by an absolute value (the column sum) rather than relative numbers. So, for instance, what I want is something like: eVar1|Metric 1|Metric 2|Weighting value = [Metric 1]/[Sum Metric 2]|Weighted Metric 2 = [Metric 2]*([Sum Metric 2] / [Sum Metric 1]) Sum|5000|20000|0.25|5000Dimension 1|3000|10000|0.25|2500Dimension 2|1500|5000|0.25|1250 Dimension 3|500|5000|0.25|1250 The problem I'm having is that the value in column D is automatically applied as a relative value (i.e. for dimension 1 it's 10000/3000) which means that [Sum Metric 2]/[Sum Metric 1] is 0.3, and therefore column D is [10000]*(0.3), i.e. 3000, thereby losing the weighting.  Is there any way that anyone knows of doing this? The nearest I've come is using a function for th

How is cross domain tracking achieved in adobe analytics using launch?

Hello Working on a dialog box and I have a select box with two options. How can I clear the previous data when a user comes back into the dialog and selects the other option? We are seeing a bunch of different leads from the same company (50+) "open" and "click" almost every email we send them. This is breaking lead scoring as all leads are being sent to the inside sales team to investigate.Curious if this is something anyone's seen before? We are baffled. Support doesn't seem to know either.

Is there a way to set up an outside agency with access to Proofing so they can use it to submit art files to our mutual client for review and approval? I work for a printer and one of my clients uses a different company to develop their creative assets, then they are delivered to my business for printing. My client would like their agency to use my instance of Workfront Proofing to send files to them. This way I also have earlier visibility into what's being developed, what the status of the artwork is, etc.   Is this possible to set up?

Hello.   I am attempting to create a bulk program member extract job using the updatedAt filter but am receiving a 1003 error. "errors": [ { "code": "1003", "message": "filter not specified" } I have little experience with APIs and need some help on what this error is telling me. We are now transitioning to Agile for our IT Group.  Our Marketing Group is not Agile yet, but when they do go agile they likely won't use the same statuses as IT. We've found that Statuses have to be locked SYSTEM WIDE in order to be added to the Story Board - This means EVERYONE will see the same statuses period. How is everyone getting around this??   Thanks in advance for all the tips!

Hello Everyone! Have a quick question regarding calling components inside another component. I have a main navigation custom component, where I am pulling in the 'image' and 'navigation' core components using the data-sly-resource. Please refer to the below code snippet. <sly data-sly-resource="${ 'image' @ resourceType='appId/components/image', decorationTagName='div', cssClassName='cmp-mainnav__logo'}"></sly> <sly data-sly-resource="${ 'navigation' @ resourceType='appId/components/navigation', decorationTagName='div'}"></sly> Everything is working fine except the one thing that I noticed is that in the Content Tree of Edit Mode of the page, those resources are not appearing under the main navigation component. It's appearing outside of the container though (Screenshot 2). Things appear correctly in CRXDE (Screenshot 1). 1. CRXDE 2.  Content Tree (Edit Mode) Not sure if this is the default behavior. Or is there anything I am doing wrong here? I want the

An existing workflow for sending recurring emails somehow became corrupt. I made a new workflow and now I want to connect that to the existing email message. Is that possible?

Good afternoon!    I'm working to build out a survey experience that leverages an ACS Landing Page containing a survey form embedded in an AEM page via iframe. The properties of the landing are set to preload visitor data. We'll be deploying the link to the external page via email from ACS.    In my first attempt to get this completed, the iframed form doesn't not preload the data.   Here are a couple observations I made: 1. When accessing the LP directly from an email button programmed to send the visitor to the ACS hosted LP, two things occur. The pkey is put into the URL and a <script> is run fetching the user data. When accessing the external page with the iframed LP, the pkey does NOT populate in the URL when the visitor clicks the button programed with the external pages URL. Also, when inspecting the console of the external page, that injected <script> is also not running.  -- I tried just putting the script into the iframe HTML and that

Hi All,We currently don't have our SFDC and marketo synced, but someone has come up with this idea and want me to investigate if it will be possible once the 2 are integrated. (If they were synced I'd just test this out)If I created a smart campaign where the trigger is opportunity is updated and flow step is Send Email. Is the email sent to the contact attached to the opportunity object in SFDC?     Thanks so much!!
