Hi,  hot clicks report is available for ours Email deliveries (only condition Channel = Email).However, for some email deliveries report does not show anything just blank page. For one millisecond this is shown:It seems that report cannot generate HTML of the delivery due to missing temporary table (but why these tables are needed?). If we open already sent delivery and then press Preview tab and choose some recipient for personalization we  get error:For all deliveries with this error, Hot clicks report is not available as mentioned. For deliveries where this work properly, Hot clicks report is shown properly.This relation does not make sense to me right now but might be helpful for you. Everything is fine with privileges and other things on report level. Any idea? Regards,Milan

I'm working on servlet registered on path & wanted to return its content in json data.Currently, my servlet is fetching data from  "/content/myproject/language-masters/en/jcr:content/root/container/container/componentname". Here values in component are injected via model & same used for servlet. I'm referring this blog. This is my code:@9944223 protected void doGet(SlingHttpServletRequest request, SlingHttpServletResponse response) { try { ResourceResolver resourceResolver = request.getResourceResolver(); Resource resource = resourceResolver.getResource("/content/myproject/language-masters/en/jcr:content/root/container/container/mycomponent"); ProductDetails model = resource.adaptTo(ProductDetails.class); response.getWriter().print("Product Specs are =>\n\nProduct Name: " + model.getName() + "\nPhone Ram: " + model.getRam() + "\nLaptop OS: " + model.getOs() + "\nTV Screensize: "+ model.getSize() + "\nWatch Dial Shape: " + model.getShape() + "\nProduct Prices: "+ mode

Hi there,  With the addition of New Experience for Emails, the sending of samples is slightly different, and one convenient feature that we liked to use is seemingly gone. We use the "Segment" field to send samples based on the segmentation., which is not available anymore. I've tried to use email addresses that I think might be using the language segment I want to use, but it might not be the best practice. Are there plans to bring that feature into the new experience? Or anyone knows of a way to make this easier without switching back to the old experience. I know it's a disadvantage for my team, and they would use the old experience instead.    BEFORE    AFTER

I prepare Lead scoring in Marketo and take issueMarketo do not track Sales Email     I'm newbie in Marketo that is why i try to explain what i do: - create new Lead in SFDC (country = Germany and sync it with Marketo) - check that Lead appear in Marketo - create new email in SFDC related for that Lead -> add some links for testing simple link like https://google.com and send email to Lead- login in email box - open that email and click link from that email - SFDC show me that email was opened  - but in Marketo I see that my SmartCampaign never run - result is empty [trigger with MarketoEmail - open/click links work well with that Lead]I checked my Marketo->SFDC sync settings (Email Opened and Clicked link in email are present there)   Under Lead in Marketo I see that send email log (as SFDC Activity) was sync from SFDC to Marketo But not Opened Email activity or Clicked Link Email activity in Activity Log

Hi All,I am trying to retrieve the mcid using visitor api, I just want to understand a couple of things.1) When the getMarketingCloudVisitorID method uses a callback(var mcid = s.visitor.getMarketingCloudVisitorID(cb)) to return the mcid compared to not passing the callback(var mcid = s.visitor.getMarketingCloudVisitorID()). Reason for asking is,  s.visitor.getMarketingCloudVisitorID() without callback returns mcid most of the times when I am not clearing my cookie and cache before loading the page. 2) Is there any chance the mcid generated in the user machine matches with any previous mcid(returning user), in case the user clears the cookie and cache in the second visit.ThanksShinov

On AEM v6.5.3, how to find the usage/reference of an Experience Fragment / Variation on pages? I can get the reference list easily from Classic UI, I'm wondering if there a way to get the references in Touch UI as well, without customizing the console. In touch UI, experience fragments > references shows Content References > Usages, but that data is not appropriate. It should work similar to how Sites > References works.

I am following the instructions for Target client-side logging as described here https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-platform/edge/personalization/adobe-target/a4t/client-side.html?lang=en   After executing the alloy sendEvent, I get a response that has `characteristics.eventToken` but no `characteristics.analyticsToken`. Is this documentation still valid?

I'm hoping I can use velocity to populate a link instead of using traditional segmentation or creating multiple versions of emails.   I have a link that I need to show, but the link is going to be reliant on the value in a certain field in the lead record.   The value I am using to populate the field is ${lead.creditCardPromoAmount}   What I need it to do is     If $lead.creditCardPromoAmount = 15,000 then display this unique url elseIf $lead.creditCardPromoAmount = 7,500 then display this unique url elseIf $lead.creditCardPromoAmount = 5,000 then display this unique url elseIf $lead.creditCardPromoAmount = 2,500 then display this unique url     Those are the only possible values that members of this program will have.

Hello, I'm having some trouble cracking this one...we have this form with progressive profiling enabled but I can't seem to move the required checkbox field to the bottom of the form...this is what it looks like now go.ecompliance.com/testing-progressive-profiling.html Where do I have to add custom CSS? at form level, template level, landing page level?   Any insight into this would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

To make sure that anyone that enters our system is aware of our GDPR privacy policy, I want to add a form check field that states "I have reviewed the privacy policy and accept the terms." (That was just a random link). Anyone who fills out a form on our website should be required to check this off before submitting a request. The hyperlink can either open our privacy policy page in a new tab or display our privacy policy in the form of a lightbox. I have absolutely no idea how to do either of these things and would REALLY appreciate any help I can get.Thank you!PS, I like Sanford Whiteman's example in this thread. Too bad he didn't explain how it worked.

According to the Flowboost websites, the communitity edition can connect to Marketo REST APIs.  I get the following response when attempting to do so: {"errorType":"Runtime.UnhandledPromiseRejection","errorMessage":"RangeError: You may only access Marketo-hosted assets with FlowBoost Community Edition.","trace":["Runtime.UnhandledPromiseRejection: RangeError: You may only access Marketo-hosted assets with FlowBoost Community Edition."," at process.on (/var/runtime/index.js:37:15)"," at process.emit (events.js:198:13)"," at emitPromiseRejectionWarnings (internal/process/promises.js:140:18)"," at process._tickCallback (internal/process/next_tick.js:69:34)"]}  Here is the code I am passing in and I have ran this in on a node.js app and it works fine there.  Any help would be appreciated. const apiData = { clientId: "#######################", clientSecret: "#######################" }; const evtData = JSON.parse({{lead.generic2}}); const request = { "input": [{

Hello,   We are in the process of building a lead scoring model, this is the formula that we have set up: Person Score = Behavioural score + Demographic score  I have a question related to Decay Scoring, when a lead status is nurtured we would like to keep only the demographic score, which means that the person score will equal to the demographic score so whatever we have in the behavioural score, needs to equal 0.   How can we accomplish that? How can I figure out what's the behavioural score to be able to deduct it? and is it even possible to do that?

As a sys admin, I am able to "Send Report" under Report Actions, but when I login as my planners and workers, they do not have this option. I can't figure out where enabling this setting lives (e.g. layout template, license type, etc)

How to enable bot exclusion in the report suite? And, it will take care of all the standard bots?    What if we want to add additional bot exclusion logic, where do we add that?

Hello, I just wanted to check if there is any guide on the folder structure for the components. I have researched a bit and found out about the /content and /structure folder. I am not sure if it's old school or still applies nowadays. Additionally, when we create a project using the maven archetype, by default it puts all the core proxy components directly under the components folder. Now, if you're working on a project from the scratch and expecting to add many custom components, is it a good idea to move those core proxy components to their own folder (any suggestion for the folder name would be appreciated)? Also, any example of categorizing custom components would help too. In short, just wanted to get an idea/suggestion on what kind of folder structure other projects are following when they have a mix of core and a lot of custom components. Any sample/example folder structure would be appreciated. Thank you!

Probably a simple script for some of you veterans, but as a rookie, I’m stumped. Could someone help with converting hours to days, hours and minutes (e.g., 619 hours = xx days, xx hours and xx minutes)? FormCalc or Javascript. Thanx in advance.

Looking for the Communities opinion on this, I would create a Poll if I could.Currently within the Product when you create a Smart List using a score or integer type field (this could possibly apply to other field types) and you specify that the attribute equals '0', the Smart List results will include Null values.So... the question is does 0 = Null? What do you think?Internally, there is a discussion on how this should work, and there are solutions to filter out the Null values, but implementing them can bothersome. Nonetheless, this enforces the best practice to always check your Qualified Leads tab and ensure that the counts look right before running your Smart Campaigns.

Hi, does anyone know where the various Learning Paths are currently located now that one.workfront.com has been migrated to the Adobe Experience League platform? Speaking specifically of Planner Fundamentals, Worker/Collaborator/Admin learning paths.All my links seems to just resolve to the Documentation homepage now. Maybe that's by design? I sure hope not, those learning paths save me hours of directing users to onboarding documentation that is core to performing their roles in the Workfront Application.

How can we convert any image to WEBP format in AEM as Cloud Service?

So my component HTML has been reduced to    <!-- my-component --> <h1>my-component</h1>   But every time I load the page that contains the component, I keep on getting something else (the original HTML before I reduced it to the HTML you see above)   Some info: This is page structure: page => experience fragment => component (though I somehow doubt this matters) On my local author, I opened the fragment for editing. Any changes I make on the component HTML will reflect immediately when editing the fragment. (In this case, I can see the H1 tag I added) I restarted publisher. same problem I deleted the fragments (/content/experience-fragments/my-folder) and components (/apps/myprojects/components) folder on local publisher. When I reloaded the page, I get an empty content area (as expected). The header and footer is still showing. I exported the fragments and components folder from local author and imported them into my local publisher and it'

Hi everyone,   I got assigned to deploy a one time email. They are going to be providing a list to upload for this. However, each lead in this list is going to have different account owners. Hello, I use Link Tracking - Never Track in Adobe Analytics to exclude some links from being tracked in "Referrer". I need to add a rule to make the exclusion of these links more "dynamic", for example : Instead of adding:  - domainone.testapp.com- domainetwo.testapp.com- ... I want to exclude the following:  [Aa-Zz].testapp.com Is there a way to do this? Using data elements for example?
