We are planning to build the propensity models using the Customer AI functionality that is included in our subscription. Will creating these models using the out-of-the-box Customer AI capabilities will have any cost implications—either in terms of licensing or data volume/records processed.

In the dev sandbox - seeing this dataset error:  The message cannot be validated due to the format error: #/placeContext/localTime: [2025-04-30T10:31:15.693Z-07:00] is not a valid date-time. Expected [yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ssZ, yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.[0-9]{1,9}Z, yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss[+-]HH:mm, yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.[0-9]{1,9}[+-]HH:mm]. However - I'm not seeing it in the prod sandbox -- any ideas on why this is happening?

In my AEM 6.5 template, I have the following code snippet. When it gets rendered on the publish instance, the <br> tag is automatically converted to a self-closing <br/>tag, even though no self-closing tag is present in the original template. The same behavior occurs with the <meta...> tag, which is rendered as <meta..../> the same as other void elements. Could you help me understand why this happens? I’m asking because the W3C Validator flags this as an issue, stating: "Trailing slash on void elements has no effect and interacts badly with unquoted attribute values."Here’s an example of the rendered output:<head> <meta charset="UTF-8"/> </head>Here is my AEM template snippet:<li> <sly data-sly-call="${iconTpl.icon @ icon='ui-checkmark', additionalClasses='c-icon--no-inline t-highlight t-highlight--positive'}"></sly> <a target="_blank" rel="noreferrer" href="https://something" >Bonuspr

We are using AEM AMS and facing 404 issues with ClientLibs (e.g., /etc.clientlibs) even though the dispatcher filter is already allowing them. What could be the reason?

Hello, I've built a report that captures a project's Parent tasks' planned duration. While the report does capture the Parent task's name and planned duration, I want a summation of all the subtasks' planned duration; instead, I get a duplicate line item named with the parent task.  Filters:  The Report: The Project:So technically, I would want my report to look like this: Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello Team,We are working on a requirement where SMS messages should only be sent to users who meet multiple real-time criteria for example qualifying for a high-value audience in AAM, having a verified phone number, and not having opted out in the last 10 days etc.Is there a way to combine AAM traits with real-time profile attributes to trigger or suppress SMS actions?

Hi all,In our dev AEM cloud environment content fragment is not editable second time. I can create new content fragment and add content. In UI It shows 405 repository not found error The URL  when it opens CF - https://experience.adobe.com/?repo=localhost#/@ourCompanyName/aem/cf/editor/editor/content%2Fdam%2Ffolder1%2FcfName?appId=aem-cf-editorwhich looks weird as you can see  /editor is two times in URL and repo = localhost. In error log it throws error -com.adobe.aem.sites.eventing.impl.producer.NodeChangeEventGenerator Cannot find model path for node change with path /content/dam/folder1/cfName/jcr:content/data/master12.02.2025 15:24:42.938 [cm-p114456-e1197453-aem-author-5db87d4c59-9f6zj] *ERROR* [68.36.249.250 [1739373882921] POST /content/dam/folder1/cfName.cfm.edit.json HTTP/1.1] com.adobe.cq.assetcompute.impl.assetprocessor.AssetProcessorImpl Failed to initiate process for asset=/content/dam/folder1/cfNamejava.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Asset without

I know I can remove Boards from the layout menu, but I don't see any way to remove Boards functionality from a user's access. If a user has access to edit requests, they can see an option to "add to Boards" and "add to Workstream" when editing a request. We are onboarding a new group and planning on Boards being phase 2 of the onboarding, so I would rather that the group didn't see Boards options now, but I haven't found a way to remove the Boards options. Am I missing something? Thanks

When I fetch a list of POIs in our Adobe Places API call in a particular library, there are 128 values, but the response is only sending 100.  Through looking in previous questions, I see that this problem has been raised, and solved using a mix of the "start" and "order by" query parameters: Solved: Re: Increase maximum limit for number of objects f... - Adobe Experience League Community - 694434 However, the "start" query parameter is not changing the starting point of returned values for this API.  I am utilizing the Postman integration to pull from the API, and so I am able to set the parameter "orderby" ascending and descending to grab all of the libraries values, but this is horribly inefficient.  Is there a query parameter for the Adobe Places API that I am missing? Am I incorrectly using the query parameters?  For reference, these two requests (with the appropriate header IDs) return the exact same values: https://api-places.adobe.io/places/pl

Hi Team,  We got the list of popular queries made under our system. out of which the below query I am not able to find the source, but it seems to be an OOB query, but anyone, please let me know the cause of the below AEM query:SELECT * FROM [nt:base] WHERE [jcr:uuid] = $id OPTION(INDEX NAME [uuid], INDEX TAG [uuid])Thanks  @kautuk_sahni  @lukasz-m  @arunpatidar  @santoshsai

Hi everyone, We have a multilingual project in AEM 6.5 in which we need to show pages in the following languages: SpanishEnglishFrenchCatalanBasqueGalicianValencian All of these languages but Valencian have ISO codes. Valencian is linguistically considered a variant of Catalan language but politically it is considered an independent language in Spain. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Valencian_language). In Java it is identified with the variant code "ca_ES_VALENCIA". We have organized our project using the following tree: /content/clientlanguage-mastersesenfrcaeuglvaesenfrcaeuglva We are using i18n dictionaries in json format and all of them but for Valencian are working fine. This was expected as AEM only supports OOTB ISO languages. We now need to make it work for Valencian. How could we do this? We have found some promissing documentation regarding adding languages to AEM but it has not worked as expected. We have followed t

I have been working on a scenario that looks for specific new requests/issues and then grabs all necessary data, to include user data for three different roles to be assigned to the converted issue/project. After converting the issue to a newly created project I need to then assign each user to all of the tasks that are assigned to their role. I have tried multiple things from searching for all child tasks on the project, then using the assignments list as a filter and misc action to try to assign multiple users and nothing is working. Any assistance or guidance would be super helpful!

Hi, I have a servlet that performs a function, I have tested it and it works, to make it execute it is necessary to write the domain name followed by bin/serviceexecution.But now we want it to run only every so often, for that we have created a scheduler. The problem is that the scheduler is executed but when arriving to the call of the servlet, this fails, mentioning that we do not have permissions to execute the servlet.I think it is because to execute this servlet I need permissions, which I don't know how to set them. How could I add them or know what is the error.this is the code I made@Component(service = Runnable.class, immediate = true)@Designate(ocd = SchedulerUseConfig.class)public class SchedulerUse implements Runnable {    private static final Logger log = LoggerFactory.getLogger(SchedulerUse.class);    @Reference    private Scheduler scheduler;    private int schedulerId;    private SchedulerUseConfig config;    @Ac

Is java 21 supported for AEM On Premise (6.5 LTS)? I'm seeing conflicting answers. In the software downloads section where I can fetch the Oracle Java's - I see the following banner (for me the 3rd one) AEM Support for Oracle Java 17 and 21Adobe Experience Manager 6.5 LTS now supports JDK 17 and JDK 21. These Oracle JDK versions are also now available for download on Software Distribution.   But when I navigate to the "Technical Requirements [ Last update: April 14, 2025]"https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-65/content/implementing/deploying/introduction/technical-requirements It says "Oracle Java™ SE 17 JDK Z: Not supported [1]" -- With no mention of JAVA 21. Is it possible that I just need to wait for "Service Pack 23 targeted May 22, 2025" https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-release-information/aem-release-updates/update-releases-roadmap#aem-on-prem-managed-services

Hi All, I want to understand the impact of having multiple sites (one main domain and multiple sub domains) in a single report suite and the affect this would have on marketing channels.  Lookback window is set to 30 days, Direct and internal do not overwrite last touch channel Would it be possible that data is being overwritten if customers were to visit the sites in a different manner, for e.g. day 1 customer visits the main site via direct, then day 3 they visit a subdomain via paid search, then day 5 they visit another subdomain via direct, I've assumed due to marketing channels being set at report suite level they would overwrite, thus my main site marketing channel behaviour wouldn't be accurate? Many thanks for all the support in advance!

We are using XDP file and XML files to generate the PDF document.  We have check boxes in the PDF  and javascript included in the XDP file.  It is loosing the check box functionality in generated PDF.  Code Snippet  var file  = new java.io.File(templateFolder, pdfTemplate);var inDoc = new com.adobe.aemfd.docmanager.Document(new java.io.FileInputStream(file));     var xmlDoc = new com.adobe.aemfd.docmanager.Document(xmlDataPart.getInputStream());var xciDoc = new com.adobe.aemfd.docmanager.Document(xciTemp);     var pdfOptions  = new com.adobe.fd.output.api.PDFOutputOptions();//Set PDF properties using XCI template    pdfOptions.setXci(xciDoc);     //Flatten PDF    var outputService = sling.getService(Packages.com.adobe.fd.output.api.OutputService);    var result = outputService.generatePDFOutput(inDoc, xmlDoc, pdfOptions);

Hi allI was intended to create a cart abandonment experience target activity--- where the cart items stored in local storage--- I got the count of items in cart by above --- in activity default experience for all visitors--- target segment(user who has cart items more than 3) added custom code in modification tab-- while assigning audience iam stuck what should i have to do so that i get the audience who qualified for the activityhere is the custom code {window.targetPageParams = function() {let cart = JSON.parse(localStorage.getItem("cart") || "[]");let cartItemCount = cart.length;return {"cartItemCount": cartItemCount};}; }@kandersen-1

Hi, In this example, product 1 is an upsell item and I only want conversion (units, revenue) associated with this item.  Is there anyway that I can apply any logic/segment to filter out the other 3 products that are part of the visit, but was not an upsell item? Thank you!

I am trying to remove  "unsafe-inline" from Content-Security-Policy script-src directive and facing errors while loading them to site. console error says need to add hash or nonce. adding as hash integrity seems to work for few scripts but launch script  and few other scripts are still showing errors. https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-platform-data/sub-resource-integrity-sri-and-launch/ba-p/375327 https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/tags/client-side/content-security-policy went through above documents , but not able to get complete understanding  on how to generate nonce and add it to scripts and Content-Security-Policy in dispatcher dynamically . Please advice . Thank you

Is this possible to have both on one sandbox?

Typically, profiles can be added to a subscription list using a landing page, as documented in the following:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/landing-pages/subscription-list However, I have a use case where the subscription information is coming from an external source (CRM system) and I would like to incrementally and periodically add profiles to a subscription list in AJO. Is there a programmatic way of doing it, either via UI or API? Thank you for your help!
