Hey guys, I'm attempting to add a field to the "default" metadata schema . I've read the documentation here https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-64/assets/administer/metadata-schemas.html?lang=en , but I want the field that I'm adding to mimic the functionality of the default "Product Skus." field under the commerce tab (picture attached). Said "Product Skus." field appears as a Text Field in the gui, but obviously there is some functionality under the hood allowing the user to select from a list of products. Is this functionality possible to duplicate in a custom field? Or is there some place in CRX I can look to see how the "Product Skus." field operates?

Hello,I am working on AEM as a cloud. Suddenly all OOTB workflows are running. How can we stop the OOTB workflows from getting triggered?I just want that authors should just be able to publish the page without getting "Request for activation"(i.e OOTB) triggered. Thanks

When we create Marketo programs, we create the SalesForce campaign at the program level through "SalesForce Campaign Sync".  When the campaign is created, the campaign ID is:  7014W000001ZabcD.  When records get added from Marketo, I will look at the activity log and the Campaign ID has QAS or QAC added to the end of the ID - 7014W000001ZabcDQAS   What does QAS and QAC mean?

Hi, I am currently using the Adobe Client Data Layer to collect my page data. I am able to see the collected data when I type "window.adobeDataLayer", but when I use "adobeDataLayer.getState()", it shows me an empty array without any page data:   I know that is because I used the following method to pass the data to adobeDataLayer, instead of the push method (adobeDataLayer.push()):  So I am quite confused, since using this method I am able to see the collected data when "window.adobeDataLayer", but not "adobeDataLayer.getState()", what are the differences between these two? And is this the right way to store the data in adobeDataLayer? Is it a must to use the adobeDataLayer.push() method? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

For instance, a user fills out a form and it is submitted through the site (whether an SPA or a generic site in AEM). An officiant then applies a stamp to the pdf (that is a png image) determining whether the form has been approved or denied. Is this possible in AEM? Could you please provide any examples or resources that would be of help for this project please? Thank you in advance!

Hi all, I would like to know about what Bounce is and understand what happen to my data.According to Adobe Analytics documents, Bounce is the number of visits that contained exactly one hit.It means if when Visitors visits a website page (e.g. Home page), Two server calls, one is page views call and the other is Custom link, are fired, it should not be a bounce. However my website is exactly same with this, but Bounce rate shows almost 50%.To make sure, I tested it and document is right. (when paged loaded, 2 server calls are fired, analytics not caught it as a bounce) result of my test) Page Load test event = when page is loaded  Is there any way to ignore Custom link call not counted as bounce?maybe because of variables?  Thanks for your help in advanced.

Hello, I'm looking for a way to review all content and pages on our AEM site, in order to identify/update pages with outdated content. I have a couple of questions:1) Is there a way to export content from all AEM pages into a Word document and still retain the images, styling, etc? 2) How can I sort the pages based on "date last updated"? That will help me prioritize which pages to review first.

Hi, our AEM instance uses the Day CQ Mail Service for workflow notifications and connects to a MS Office SMTP server using basic authentication (username/password). I have a requirement that needs to change this from basic authentication to something more modern like OAuth. I found this documentation and seems pretty straightforward but we are missing the "OAuth flow" checkbox in the Day CQ Mail service settings and I do not see a configuration for "CQ Mailer SMTP OAuth2 Provider." We are running 6.5.8 if that helps. Thanks in advance!

Hi, I have built a custome landing page which I have imported to a market guided landing page. I'm trying to integrate the form for this page to Marketo's database so I can capture leads.  I have tried to use the class mktoform as described on mkto's support pages - but it does not seem to be linking to my market database. (Form code has been highlighted yellow in the image below)     Does anyone have experience with this / can help?

I created a token based off a prior one that I got help creating, but I keep getting an error with it and I've done all I can to adjust it. The solution is beyond my current knowledge base. I would love some help in understanding what I need to fix to make this token work.   We have a custom object that is called "account". What I am trying to do is the following: 1. Does the member have a custom object called "account" 2. If so, and the description field is ARROWHEAD VISA 3. Display the rate field for that account object.   Below is my token code I've tried implementing. I've ensured all relative boxes are checked as well. #if( !$account_cList.isEmpty() ) #foreach( $account in $account_cList ) #if( $account.description.equals("ARROWHEAD VISA")) #set ( $newRate = $account.rate} ) #break #end #end #end ${newRate}  The values I get when I drag each option are:   ${account_cList.get(0).description} ${account_cList.get(0).rate}   Thank you for your assistance.

We are extending the List Core Component to display a list of child pages on the parent page.We have a requirement where our marketing partners can exclude some pages so that they are not eligible for being displayed in the list component. We are planning to have a checkbox in page properties. Only when this checkbox is checked for a child page, that child page will be eligible to be shown in list component. So basically only the pages that have this checkbox checked will be processed in the backend and then returned to UI if they meet other existing criteria. For eg, let's say there are 5 child pages under a parent page, but only 3 have this checkbox checked. Let's say a now user wants to see 4 child pages on the List Component, but he will only see the 3 that have this checkbox checked.  How can we achieve this? There are methods populateChildListItems() and collectChildren(int startLevel, Page parent) which are populating the list of child pages and seems this che

A developer needs to create a banner component. This component shows an image acrossthe full width of the page. A title is shown on top of the image. This text can bealigned to the left, middle, or right. The core components feature a teaser componentthat matches almost all requirements, but not all. What is the most maintainable way for the developer to implement these requirements?A. Inherit from the teaser core component.B. Use and configure the teaser core component.C. Overlay the teaser core component.D. Create a new custom component from scratch. Which one is the correct answer?

Hey Marketo world,    Have a question that is totally stumping me: I have 1 global gated content marketo form that I'm embedding on all my gated content wordpress landing pages.   What's stumping me is that sometimes records that submit qualify for a marketo campaign (so expected behavior).   However, I'm witnessing the same form (as it's a global form) on a different wordpress landing page (but same wordpress template) people will submit but not qualify for the marketo campaign.    So to recap:    Same form  Same "qualification criteria" (see example below) This example is one where when a record submits the global form, they qualify for the associated marketo campaign. This is one, as you can see very similar smart list, where the person fails to qualify for the associated Marketo campaign flow.    As you can see it's the same form, basically the same smart list to qualify, the only difference is the Referrer page URL.  &n

I am following this tutorial (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/forms/creating-your-first-adaptive-form/configuring-assets-panel.html?lang=enhttps://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/forms/creating-your-first-adaptive-form/using-custom-functions-and-code-editor.html?lang=en) and using the visual editor or the code editor does not save any of the rules that were made. Hi Team,We have bussiness requirment that we need to disable user for a period of time and enable them back if needed. We have tried AEM disable user option which will flag the user and restrict user login. But this is functional only with AEM login flow and not working with SSOAlso when we have SSO enabled the user activation is restricted as replication agent will not allow user activation due to difference in session tokens. So requesting your help to restrict user login in both Author and Publish when user belong to some group.Note: We are using AEM 6.5.6 and have custom authentication handler to create and add users to specific group during login.
