Hi All， Every time I start AEM, AEM will not respond after a while. This is what I am seeing in the monitoring page. It is showing the number of active sessions are growning.http://localhost:4503/libs/granite/operations/content/monitoring/page.html But I am not find a session leak in the JMX page.http://localhost:4503/system/console/jmx Does anyone know how or where can I find out what is causing this problem?  When AEM is not responsive, error log is no longer produced. For example, if AEM is not resonsive in the 2021-12-21, you will find there is no error log file for 2021-12-21, other logs are work well, like request.log.2021-12-21. AEM : 6.5.7.0Environment : Windows 10 Thanks,Forrest

Requesting assistance to debug on calculate event for a numeric field to change the numbering if the subform is visible or hidden, I have the following code in the numeric field on the calculate event:form1.PageOneSub.Subform1.SectionNumber::calculate - (JavaScript, client)var visibleIndex = 1;for (var i = 0; i < parent.classIndex; i++) {    var section = parent.classAll.item(i);    if (section.presence == "visible") {        visibleIndex++;    }} form1.PageOneSub.Subform2.SectionNumber::calculate - (JavaScript, client)var visibleIndex = 1;for (var i = 0; i < parent.classIndex; i++) {    var section = parent.classAll.item(i);    if (section.presence == "visible") {        visibleIndex++;    }}While the code above works and displays the numbering from 1 on, and, is correct for the subforms; any hiding of existing subfo

Hi,I want to document the entire Profile resource data schema. When I go to Administration - > Development -> Custom Resources, on the left pane there is a Data schema link, but for the Profile resource it only defines the custom fields, and doesn't show the out-of-the-box fields for the Profile resource. The Metadata link defines the entire Profile resource, but I want the non-custom fields with the Data Schema file. Is there another way to show or export the entire schema of the Profile resource? I also want to get the Data Schema for all the resources in our instance for documentation / reference. Is there a better way to export the schema of the custom resources in our instance, rather than clicking on each one in the 'Customer Resources' page and opening the Data schema link for each resource and copying the schema to a file?  Thank you very much for any help with this.Johnny Bravo

Hi all I've tried it a few different ways at this point (Smart List in Smart Campaign, Static List and full-list person update, etc) and I cannot seem to get a set of about 130ish leads to have their program status switched from either Tradeshow > Not in Program or Tradeshow > Invited, to Influenced by Show. In every lead's activity log it just says Activity Type: Change Program Status, Detail: Failed: No More Information. This isn't a crm syncing issue because the leads and their current statuses are all pushing through to the crm Campaign.

I've tried to send a sample email to myself. I am the lead of the email, I've checked that the From address is accurate, I have tried sending the sample to a few other people in addition to myself. None of us have received the sample in our mailboxes (includes checking our spam). Kindly let me know any tricks you may have!    Thank you!

None of the articles I've come across on managing a Chronic Non-Responders list were updated after the change to Marketo Activities Data Retention Policy in August 2018.Generally, a Chronic Non-Responders list includes a Was Sent Email filter with a minimum number of times over the course of a set window (i.e. Was Sent Email is any, minimum number of times is 10, date of activity is in past year). In the update, both Send Email and Email Delivered were marked as high volume activities, and the retention time was changed to 90 days.  [https://nation.marketo.com/t5/knowledgebase/marketo-activities-data-retention-policy-under-the-hood/ta-p/251191] This effectively limits the window of time we can look for Chronic Non-Responders in to those 90 days, at least as far as traditional recommended search parameters go (i.e. https://nation.marketo.com/t5/product-blogs/data-management-strategies-managing-chronic-non-responders-never/ba-p/243567 or other articles linked in posts

How can we publish huge number of assets to Brand Portal via backend code?Is there any workflow OOTB step for the same?

Hi,We have recently implemented Target v2 extension (at.js 2.8.1) via Launch on our website. Activities from target are working fine on website pages, however I am not able to see at.js / Target call on network tab as it used to be earlier. Was there a change because of which the call is not longer seen in network tag ? How can I make sure Target is implemented on pages ?  Thanks!!

Hi,   the better way to add new contacts without creating a new stream in the engagement drip program each time a new contact gets added? Is there any way?

Hi, Is Adobe Target supported on an internal facing site(intranet)? If yes, what are the prerequisites and does it work well with on-prem AEM? We currently have on-prem AEM and will be moving to Adobe Managed Services in coming months. Thanks in advance!

My employer has recently switched its CMS to AEM (Adobe Experience Manager). We store a large amount of documentation on our public website. Our customers need to be able to find information contained within those documents, some of which are 100s pages in length.Adobe are disappointingly saying their search tool will not search PDFs. Is there any format for producing or saving pdfs that allow the content be indexed? Is there any workaround/api's available to fix is this?

I am looking for a way to send a list of customers that have unsubscribed within the last week to an internal stakeholder each Monday.   I know I can build a smart list and subscribe this person to the smart list and send an email notification each Monday so they are able to download through the email link. HOWEVER, I do not want this list to update dynamically. I need to send a new static list every week.   The issue with the first solution is that if the person downloads the list on Tuesday rather than Monday, the smart list will be missing the customers that unsubscribed on the 7th day.

Hi All, Could anyone let me know if there exists any e-learning platform to learn adobe campaign classic. I tried in linkedin learning , coursera and udemy but it's not available.

Hey all! Originally our Marketo instance was setup by a external vendor with a not-great structure.   My question is: If I have emails sent as an 'Email Send' within a program with no Smart Campaign attached - so really no way to set an 'success' state. Is it possible to create a new channel and "backfill" success state as them clicking a CTA link or something?   Or am I totally out of luck?

Hello,  I wrote the following JS so I can remove leading zeroes from an Alphanumeric field. However when I run the code - the field is not dropping the leading zeroes.  Instead I get the same value. I feel like I'm missing something. The field I'm loading is a string value, but it looks like the replace is being ignored.

while opening the trail version jar of AEM 6.4,I'm getting message "could not find the main class .program will exit" from java virtual machine Launcher.please Help. Thanks

Hi,We have few gated applications with the saml authentication and Okta as IDP platform. On Okta, we have created a certificate for one gated application and uploaded to AEM. All the functionalities are working as expected  for that gated application.Whenever trying to login to the other gated applications, it is redirecting us to the /error/404.htmlLooks like one certificate will work for only one application. We can create multiple certificates on Okta, but On AEM we are unable to upload more than one certificate. If we try to upload new certificates it overrides the old one and gives us the new cert_alias name. How can we upload multiple certificates to the publisher? Also, we are seeing the below error in the saml.log We are seeing the below error in saml.log01.12.2021 10:56:44.366 *INFO* [qtp2145671214-11099] com.adobe.granite.auth.saml.SamlAuthenticationHandler SAML error with reason: invalid_token detected, redirect user to: /libs/granite/core/conte
