Solved

I am having a issue with code in my emails. The different components in my email have the following code surrounding each block / section: <div style="position: relative;"> <a href="link-with-all-utm-parameters" class="link-tag" style="position: absolute; top: 0; right: 0; bottom: 0; left: 0; width: 100%; height: 100%;"></a> <table> block or section html </table> </div> The purpose is that the complete block / section, like e.g. a header image is clickable. On apple devices this kind of thing is working correct. The complete block or section can be clicked. On outlook this code is not working, there seems to be no link. The problem is also there ( even on email clients on apple ) if the mail has been forward. So forwarding the mail changes the code or functionality? Can somebody help on this?

The team has been asked to send an email based on the first link that a user clicked in an email. Example: We send the email with 4 links (A,B,C,D) User clicks link A first User clicks link B second We only send them email connected with Link A We attempted using a combination of smart lists, smart campaigns with triggers, etc. but with no luck. Has anyone successfully set up a triggered email based on first link clicked in email?

The video should play within the video player in the email.. As I checked , Vedio Component is having some issues. Its not getting displayed in Outlook & Browser. i can see just the fallback image. Please guide !! @2495117.bansal@wdc.com@khusboo.verma@wdc.com

We are exploring list-unsubscribe functionality. Does Adobe campaign Standard provide option for mailto in list unsubscribe. I have not found any documentation around this in ACS.  We have in ACC you add custom hearer and values, ow does this work in ACS.

Hello Masters of Adobe, Is it possible? If yes, what would be the logic in the workflow for the following tasks. a) A workflow logic that will check if a customer's Birthday in the recipient table is empty/blank and send an anniversary email - different from Birthday emailb) A workflow logic that will check if a customer's Birthday date is in the recipient table and send a Birthday email - different from Anniversary emailI am aware that there is more than one way of addressing this, but I would appreciate any hints or solutions. Thank you,

Looking for syntax (presumably in text mode) to add a filter to a task report to only display the minimum open task number for a project. Example: A Project has 5 tasks: Task 1 - CompleteTask 2 - CompleteTask 3 - OpenTask 4 - OpenTask 5 - Open I want to return only Task 3 (the lowest open task). In SQL, I would use the MIN() function to do this. Is there something similar using Workfront's text mode syntax? Thanks!

Hi Community, The profile view list is displaying the same record several time. I though that this view only displays the records in profile resources, but it has to be doing links with other other resources (this is happening after creating a new custom resource), do you know how this view works and what can be the problem? Thanks!!

Hi,We have Marketo Forms configured with ZoomInfo Form Complete. The script we use is as follows (Thanks to a thread from SandfordWhiteman here): <script src="//go.sidetrade.com/js/forms2/js/forms2.min.js"></script> <form id="mktoForm_4825"></form> <script> MktoForms2.loadForm("//go.sidetrade.com", "OURMARKETOCODE", 4825, function(form) { window._zi = {formId: '26163456-d414-4326-86db-8a3a1f085956', formLoadTimeout:4000}; var zi = document.createElement('script'); zi.type = 'text/javascript'; zi.async = true; zi.src='https://ws-assets.zoominfo.com/formcomplete.js'; var s = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(zi, s); form.setValues({ "lastReferralCampaignID" : "7015J000000LsTIQA0" }) } ); </script> We use the same form on multiple pages, but use the hidden field "lastReferralCampaignID" to route the submissions to the correct campaign. This worked well on many of our test runs. However, since lately we noticed few com

Hello,I'm looking for a possibility to integrate database monitoring metrics of Campaign Standard to our Newrelic monitoring. Is it possible to get data, describe in this documentation ,in any other way?For example: expose via API/SOAP, automatically send metrics or post them to other database? Thanks in advance!

Hi AEM Community,I'm working on a page in AEM in its editor mode and the components on that page are not functioning. The error says that File "/apps/<projectName>/foundation/global.jsp" not foundBut I can see this folder in the code base within my IDE (IntelliJ and VSCode, screenshot below from VSCode though)and I tried to use VSCode AEM Sync to export the entire /foundation folder as well as its two child files into my local AEM instance (6.5.0).However, despite the "success" message from the sync effort I still don't see global.jsp show up where it should be in CRXDE.As a matter of fact, even though I see the foundation folder showing up in CRXDE now, it's empty!! The actual two .jsp files were not really pushed into AEM.Specifically, I would like to hear any experience of yours troubleshooting a similar issue; or, maybe what's even more important, in general, how to close the gap between CRXDE and my local code base? Thanks.

Hi community, We are facing an issue integrating Adobe Target and Adobe Campaign Standard. We want to use target recommendations in our emails deliveries to offer an personalized experience to our customers. We want to know how can we achieve that goal. Thanks in advance for your help.

Archetype project created with version above 23 is including a common filter for '/apps/sling'. If an AEM instance already has a project which has customisations in 'apps/sling' folder, any new project with this common filter when deployed to the same instance is overriding the existing changes. The issue here is why does a common path like '/apps/sling' is being included in filter.xml. As every path present in filter.xml must be corresponding to the project folder. This is causing issues and every time when we create a new its necessary for us to delete this entry from filter.xml.  Any alternative workaround suggested would be helpful.

As shown in above image I am trying to make the highlighted one clickable how to achieve this functionality.

Hi, What is the difference between web tracking tags vs tracking open/clicks under tracking logs? What are we trying to acheive basically by implementing web tracking tags? How we want to test this feature?  Note: I have setup one web tracking tag and pasted the code under the page. Followed the steps with following link. Just want to proceed further for testing the same. How should I proceed further? Do I need to implement anything rather than this steps https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/configuring-campaign-classic/setting-up-web-tracking/creating-web-tracking-tags.html?lang=en -Roys

Hi everybody! While I'm not new to Adobe itself, I'm new to creating PDF forms. I need to create a fillable PDF form to use as a shot list for filmmakers, that allows you to add a custom number of lines for the shots of each scene. Since this number always varies, the form builder that comes with Adobe Pro is not an option as it only lets me to create a certain number of lines and "hide" the ones I don't need (if I remember correctly) and also won't let me reflow the text. I downloaded Adobe Experience Manager Forms from the Windows App Store and the first hurdle I stumbled over was the login - is this the same as my Adobe account login? It also requires a server URL and I have no idea what they even mean by that. I really just need the form builder and would like to avoid having to buy the whole thing - I hear it's super expensive and basically unaffordable for the lay(wo)man. Thanks!

My images in emails are no longer loading.  I've tried gmail, yahoo mail and chrome safari browsers yet the images are still not rendering.  I've also tried different internets in case it was a firewall issue.  I've cleared my cache, enabled images to show in chrome but still nothing.  Any suggestions?    When I look in the console this is the error i get: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()   Any ideas?

I'm working on a report for a specific set of pages. I noticed that the using flow visualization on a specific page to see entries and previous pages doesn't match what I see when I create the same thing in table form. The number of entries on the flow visualization is almost double what I see for entries on the page on the table. I have confirmed that the dates/segments applied are the same. I have tried this both looking at entries on the page, as well as entries on entry page. Does it have something to do with the flow visualization counting multiple hits?

Hi everyone. Is there a way to create a live web page from a Marketo email, that I can post a link to so that anyone can click and view the page?I have tried the view as a web page {{system.viewAswebpageLink}} but it only allows the actual email recipient to view the link. I need a quick way to reference a location for the email to be viewed as a web page by anyone.   Thanks!!!

What is the ideal way of creating an AEM live chat component. It would be Salesforce chat that would be used for integration.

Hello everyone, We are having an issue with Marketo-Dynamics OOB integration setup. We simply cannot get it to work. We followed the instructions for integration on Marketo docs website (installing solution, setting up a user, etc...). Error we are getting during validation is invalid username or password. Which makes little sense because when we use the same credentials to login directly to Dynamics everything is OK.Only thing we are getting from Marketo support is to check the credentials, but the credentials are OK obviously. Setup is Dynamics v9 online and Marketo. The client has ADFS as authentication layer (integrated with Office 365/Azure). As mentioned, we installed Mkto solutions, gave user roles etc. Also, we have set up the App registration on Azure AD. Interestingly when we use the ClientId in validation we get Invalid URL, without it we get invalid username or password. Not really sure what is the purpose of this registration, because we are not using SecretId anywhere. D
