Good Morning, Our publisher servers seem to be having a very hard time with the load recently. We were analyzing the thread dumps to see if we could find anything unusual and we saw that we had A LOT of waiting and blocked threads. All the waiting threads give this message:- waiting to lock <0x3b9b994f> (a java.util.concurrent.locks.AbstractQueuedSynchronizer$ConditionObject) owned by "null" tid=0x-1After some research we found that this could be caused by garbage collection taking up resources as it is trying to clear up space. We tried analyzing the heap dumps, but full honesty we did not know exactly what to look for in them.Has anyone seen this before or have any advice on how we can proceed to troubleshoot this issue?Thank you!

I have a private extension and I am trying to use the extension bridge for code editor. When the code is saved I want that the code saved is saved as a function in the settings. function editConfig() { window.extensionBridge.openCodeEditor({ language: 'javascript' }).then(function(code) { //source property needs to be a function window.customCode = { source: function(window) { code } } }); }  However when I look at the window.customCode.source I can see that the body of the function does not contain the value of code from editor but justƒ (window) {code}I am using vanilla javascript in my project. Should I be using new Function('window', code) ?I would like to obtain same functionality as in the code editor for the data element action from the core extension.

I have created a custom oak index in AEM 6.5.Need help on how to deploy this custom index into the code base which is deployed via CM. on going through the adobe link, I understand oak index folder should reside in ui.apps but not sure how to include this path in filter.xml. Also need help on re-indexing the content dynamically as we have provided authoring facility for few analyzers inside oak index.

Hi there,  I recently hosted a webinar to try out GoToWebinar, and most of all, check the status update after the webinar (which is important for me). However, the status hasn't updated, and when I tried to refresh GTW using the "Refresh from Webinar Provider" button, it doesn't work and I've got an error message (see attached).  Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks for your help!

Hello guys, I am importing Recipient information by using FDA connector. My question is: is it better to link directly the Recipient table to the FDA Table Recipient (View) and change the Targeting Mapping or import the delta information via workflow and insert/update Recipient Table? Thanks,Luca

Does Target VEC employ some kind of aggressive page caching, particularly when setting up experiences?Creating a new experienceSteps to reproduce:Set up an Experience Targeting (XT) activity.Modify Experience A.Add a new Experience B, with no modifications applied.Expected result: Experience B shows the contents of the original page.Actual result: Experience B shows the same contents+modifications as Experience A.Removing modificationsSteps to reproduce:Set up an Experience Targeting (XT) activity.Modify Experience A.Remove the modifications from Experience A.Expected result: Experience A shows the contents of the original page.Actual result: Experience A still shows the contents+modifications.

Hi,  Can anyone please share materials or resource or dumps for ADO-E121 adobe experience manager sites business practioner expert certification exam?Thank You in advance.

Hello! Trying to find a solution for this because I can't find the answer anywhere. We're looking to show a list of leads in the body of a custom email. For example:   Here are your current leads that have a status of "Open": Roger Burke: roger.burke@email.com Heather Smith: heather.smith@email.com Jordan Felix: jfelix@email.com   The criteria being lead.status == "Open". The idea is that we can set up a nice/custom email that sends our sales team leads that they should follow up on. This is specific for a division in our company that isn't using Salesforce.   I saw that maybe this could be done using Marketo's velocity email scripting but the documentation isn't very clear. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Hi All,We are upgrading from SDK 3.x to SDK 5 the new mobile AEP SDK. Appreciate if someone can help me with a check list of issues/items we have to consider and answer few question 1. Since we are not migrating from SDK 4.x so can we still use Mobile services extension in Launch?2. If we use the above extension what all values it will add?3. Earlier we have using visitorID but planning to have ECID with this upgrade, What may be the disadvantages of using this extn. as it will impact the visitor count. So eager to know the best practices on it. 4. We have multi suite tagging and along with the Global repost suite we have iOS and Android specific report suite. If we use a single mobile property in Adobe Launch how the report suites can be parametrized as per environment.5. What are the best way to create and manage processing rules since this might be a big deal to create and manage many processing rules.6.What will be the perfect way to populate the product string?&nbsp

https://aep-sdks.gitbook.io/docs/using-mobile-extensions/adobe-analytics/analytics-api-reference#gettrackingidentifierLatest SDKAndroid Analytics sdk v1.2.6iOS AEPAnalytics sdk v3.0.1We try to get tracking identifier with function "getTrackingIdentifier" and pass along with other context variable, however with latest SDK, function "getTrackingIdentifier" return ‘nil’ value in both platform. Also, can confirm with Charles log, with latest SDK now we not able to "aid" value.Note : same function works fine with older version of adk (android v2.1.2, ios AEPAnalytics v2.0) and return "aid" value. If we are passing the mid value on the analytics calls, but are unable to map it to a variable, will that cause any issues with our data other than not being able to pull an ID into our variables?

Hi there, we are struggling with getting the asset link feature to work for our creative cloud users.1. Creative Cloud is on a separate azure tenant than AEM Assets Essentials2. Domain and directory trust is enabled and working3. Users with federated id are synced properly and are setup with product profiles in both "clouds"4. Deployment package with asset link created5. User logged in with federated id in creative cloud desktop app installs photoshop, asset link is available there under extensions6. Hi, When I create 3 tables to check bounce rate, I can see slight differences.Table 1:Dimension: Entry PageMetric: Entries, Bounces, Bounce Rate Table 2:Dimension: PageMetric: Entries, Bounces, Bounce Rate Table 3:Dimension: Page (eVar)Metric: Entries, Bounces, Bounce Rate According to the definition, Bounce Rate = Bounces / Entries, Entry page is the first page of a visit. So, it seems break down by Entry Page (Table 1) shall be the most close to 100% correct. Is this correct? Thank you.H
