When formatting a marketo email, the "Indent more" and "Indent less" buttons seem to work in the draft and preview, but when I send a test, the indentation is gone.  How can I fix? This is what shows up in the HTML before my indented paragraphs:  <div style="padding-left: 60px;">

Hello all,   I'm seeing that the "Recipient Time Zone" checkbox when scheduling an Email program is not available when running an A/B Subject Line test (possibly not when running any A/B test?).   Our test is going out globally. Is there a backdoor workaround to trigger Recipient Time Zone to function on the test, or do we have to set up individual tests for each geo region segment?

Hi,I have a question regarding changing typical JSON key-value pairs into DB columns. Here's the data schema I'm currently trying to transform:user channel optstatus1Emailtrue1SMSfalse2Emailtrue2SMStrue3Emailfalse3SMStrue I want to take the value pairs from "channel" and "optstatus" and create a new column in the data schema that would be fed with its values, something like this:user channel optstatus Email SMS1Emailtruetruefalse1SMSfalsetruefalse2Emailtruetruetrue2SMStruetruetrue3Emailfalsefalsetrue3SMStruefalsetrue Or to simplify something like that would be also good:user Email SMS1truefalse2truetrue3falsetrue I don't wanna change the already-existing structure of the data schema apart from adding new columns. Would I do it in a workflow, query and enrichment, or do some SQL filtering? I would really appreciate your help. Cheers!

Hi Everyone,We are dynamically fetching values from one page to another. Based on the cq:lastReplicatedDate  of one page we are doing a sorting and showing up the details on another page.If cq:lastReplicated is not there , then the values will not be sorted and we will not get details on another page.We need the cq:lastReplicatedDate in publish environment also. How can we achieve this. We know cq:lastReplicatedDAte will not available in publish, but how can we resolve this issue? Thanks

Hi, I'm leveraging an API to retreive a user's opt-in status in Adobe Campaign Classic.  See below How does this work if I'm retreiving a user's status who has an email with multiple profile IDs? How does the API decide which status I would retrieve? Note.. I testing the API and I receive multiple statuses. So my new question is, how does determine the order by which i receive the status? Would it be the most recently created profile?    Request POST /nl/jsp/soaprouter.jsp HTTP/1.1 Host: example.campaign.adobe.com Content-Type: text/xml SOAPAction: xtk:queryDef#ExecuteQuery <soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:urn="urn:xtk:queryDef"> <soapenv:Header/> <soapenv:Body> <urn:ExecuteQuery> <urn:sessiontoken>{TOKEN}</urn:sessiontoken> <urn:entity> <queryDef operation="select" schema="nms:recipient"> <

I know we can add id, css classes and choose the decorator element type, however, my requirement is to add data-attributes to decorator element. is there a way to achieve it?

I can see last touch channel report having 15 conversion under channel Email. But when I drill down "Email" with UTM Campaign it given an unspecified result. although all links have UTM parameter added properly. I suspect both UTM tracking and Channel tracking are bit different but don't have any concrete statement/explanation to support this. Please help me to understand the same.

Hi, Does anyone know how to view the request body when submitting a form using the "Submit using Form Data Model" submit action? It seems the form submits the form data, to {formUrl}/jcr:content/guideContainer.af.internalsubmit.jsp then it must get restructured in the back end before it gets sent to the destination end point. It would be helpful for debugging if I could view the web request body (ie: the JSON data) either at the point of submission or a log somehow? Any ideas? Thanks.

We had a recent requirement to select multiple selections, instead of single selection . Since pathbrowser does not support multiple selection and is a coral2/deprecated component , we decided to move to pathfield . 2 main features that are missing are hover over the column item does not give the column name and selecting it does not give a preview option .. Is there any reason why this 2 critical feature were removed from pathfield .. And is there an easy way to set them up for pathfield by just adding some property?

Existing tools like grabbit or VLT are  not supporting to migrate assets in between environments in AEM as a cloud services. Can anyone suggest me what is the best approach/tools to migrate assets in AEMAsaCS?

We are a small team and we don't use the resource tools hardly at all so I'm wondering if there are other people who are small like us with small creative teams who wing it more than plan it. I have a new person who will assign work for the first time since we launched 2.5 years ago and I'm re-evaluating how they are notified that someone needs to be assigned. Currently we have 2 tasks in every project that says "Assign designer" and "Assign Copywriter" The Design Director says that's the only way he knows that there's a new project to assign someone to. Even though he is a Resource Manager in the project, he says he gets no other notifications when a project is launched, and he puts those notifications in a folder if he doesn't action them immediately. This works for him, but I also find that I'm constantly marking his "assign designer" task complete because he forgets/doesn't get back to it (and he's the sweetest mos

I'm stumped - I have an email newsletter that links to a Marketo landing page, and when I click through (the real email, not a test), the mkt_tok doesn't appear in the URL.  This is problematic because we're hoping to pre-fill form fields on the landing page.   I've confirmed that pre-fill is enabled on the form fields.  Plus, the other non-LP links in my email DO have the mkt_tok appended.   I did try to also use query parameters to pull in the data (like &First={{lead.First Name}}&Last={{lead.Last Name}}&Email={{lead.Email Address}}) and that didn't work either.  When I remove them, I still have the same problem.     What am I missing??

Hi,I´m currently designing some dynamic forms in Designer, where later on different Reader Extensions will be assigned to via ARES server. Is there any way in Javascript within the PDF to determine which Extensions/Rights have been assigned or to list the extensions?regardsAl

Issue: You have noticed that the Form Pre-fill feature on your form fields is not working. You have also tested this is a normal browser as well as incognito browse by filling out the test form and then reloaded the landing page again expecting that reloading the landing page will show you a pre-filled form since you have submitted the form already.   Resolution :Please confirm that you are reaching that page via a link sent in an email. In April 2019 Form Prefill was updated per this document: https://nation.marketo.com/docs/DOC-6909-form-pre-fill-feature-upgrade"What change is being made?Starting April 24, 2019, Marketo will only pre-fill form fields if the URL used to navigate to the Marketo landing page contains a valid mkt_tok URL parameter value (which occurs when users click tracked links in Marketo emails). What that means is, any time a person is viewing a Marketo landing page with a form, the URL being used must contain the mkt_tok token in the query string, otherwise, th

Hello -We use Marketo Sales Insight exclusively within Salesforce. We currently have a few Salesforce reports that breakdown contacts that have been sent Marketo emails sent, opened Marketo emails and clicked in Marketo emails. This report is driven from the Activities object. My question:Is there a way to create a new Salesforce to show contacts that have unsubscribed from Marketo emails? If not, is there a work around we could set up within Marketo itself to route via an email subscription to a particular user? Thanks in advance!-Chris

Hello I have a question about the below error seen multiple times in our prod logs. Our's is a DAM implementation project. The reason for this error is specified as below: "The actual issue is AEM could not resolve the servlet and assumes it as a resource path but this is not a valid resource path, the below exception will be thrown when AEM tries to set the property values." Can someone help understand if this is a OOB servlet call and how to trace the servlet details? Hi I have a question about publish later.  Does this work alongside page versioning? Use case - Someone schedules the publish later for 30th Sept midnight for the current version.   In the meantime someone else makes a general edit and publishes the page.    At 30th September midnight - will AEM publish the version of the page that was set at the time they scheduled the publish or will it publish the latest version of the page with the extra edit? thanksKeeley
