Good afternoon, Does anyone know of a way that we can update a requests Queue Topic after it is submitted? We have a queue that has 2 Topics Groups and 10 Queue Topics, and even with a description of what each is for as a hover option we have requests being submitted to the wrong ones. Is there a ways for either the Project owner of where the queue is housed or others who have manage access to the queue can change those to fall within the correct ones? Thank you,Kristina

Whenever I create an Activity, it defaults to Inactive. These are using Experience Targeting and Json Offers.  Once I create it, I start receiving the inactive activity instantly before I activate it.  This seems to only occur in one of the workspaces that we have setup for testing only.  Is there some sort of configuration issue?  What would cause this?

Hello, I am using AEM 6.5.9 to follow the REact SPA tutorial. I am working on the navigation section. I completed the section but noticed everytime I click on the menu the page refresh and call a  new document, doing some debug, noticed that the CMP-navigation class is not being proxied to the rest of the router components, also the prop isRouted is missing hence, the component is rendering a normal link. I was wondering if I am missing any step to actually make the Navigation component works. Find below some screenshots of the issue:cmp-navigation class not getting passed to child componentsisRouted prop notes  getting passsed

Hi everyone, I've created a QA visit segment for customers that have a marketing channel of direct and then a PPC channel based on a query string value. The direct channel is for all customers who hit the site without a tracking code, referrer, and it's the first page of their visit (this is one of the last channels set in the marketing channel processing rules)The PPC channel is based on matching the bit of the query string where we pass the channel name (this is the first rule set in the marketing channel processing rules) I'm surprised to see anyone in this segment, as the only way to trigger the PPC rule is to hit a page with the relevant query string value which can only be achieved by going through a search engine. What this seems to imply is a customer hits the site and then another page in the same visit with a URL containing the query string parameter which, as mentioned previously, would only be available using a link from a search engine. Or a custom

I have downloaded the XD plugin for Workfront. There are a couple of fundamental bits that don't seem to workI am wondering if i'm doing something wrong or if these are to be implemented into the plugin 1) On creating a proof from within the plugin, i am able to select a proof workflow template, but i am unable to add people in to a stage on my templateWe basically have a sign-off 1 & 2 that constantly changes, dependent on brand & Channel. I can select the template ok but have no option to add people in to a stagemeaning that i cant use workflow templates 2) Can I create a proof using a URL Any help or advice is much appreciatedMany thanks Dan

Hi all,Is there any other way to directly edit a property of a component other than that of directly editing through the component's dialog or editing it from the CRX, or even have a sling script modifying it.I have /content/project/page/jcr:content/root/parsys/component1/property1: "value1". I want this property changed to "value2". I am in my author environment.I am expecting something like a JavaScript Ajax request. Is it possible?

Hi 😊   Has anyone been successful at replacing entire modules with dynamic snippets in a modular email template using the following method: adding the entire module HTML to the snippet; and  adding <div class="mktoSnippet" id="example" mktoName="example" mktoDefaultSnippetId="12"></div> to the email template nested between <td> tags, for example:  <!-- Module Starts --> <table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" class="mktoModule" mktoname="Header Logo" id="header_logo"> <tr> <td> <div class="mktoSnippet" id="headerLogo" mktoName="Header Logo" mktoDefaultSnippetId="47B2"></div> </td> </tr> </table> <!-- Module Ends -->   (source: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/email-marketing/general/email-editor-2/email-template-syntax.html?lang=en)    I haven't notice any issues with this approach but would hate fo

Hi Team As we should not use context=unsafe to prevent xss vulnerability , is it safe to use textarea field with values with some js code and html markup with context=scriptComment to prevent stripping of script tags

There used to be an incredibly helpful tool for us under Setup > Audit Logs that pulled an automatic last log in report for all users. It was a quick report button that showed name, date of last log in, and success/failure of log in. My co-administrator and I frequently used it to determine which teams were no longer using WF, or which users had left our organization without updating us to remove them from the system. That report appears to be gone or has moved. We've tried to recreate it, with little success. Can anyone point us in the right direction of where it may be located, or how to build a report that pulls just the last log in date by user? Thanks!

If I've created a collection of assets that I need for our corporate pages, how do I choose assets from that collection while I'm authoring pages in AEM? I only seem to be able to drag/drop from the usual tree structure and can't tap into my collections.

I have webpages as Single page application (SPA) without refresh. I am getting adobe hit for every URL change with the help of History Change event type. Now I am trying to capture some of the data layer objects on every URL change. For this I created seprate data elements and mapped them to evars & enabled a DOM ready event type rule in launch however, I am unable to get anything in the debugger (looks like DOM reday is not right event type). Any suggestions on this? I also tried changing it to history change but I am facing timing issue. The values of data elements are populating later on, which means data elements of page A are populating when page B or C are clicked.

I'm looking for a report that will show me when users are going rogue and unnassigning themselves from a task they've been assigned by a PM and then reassigning that task to another (equal) member of their team. in the task updates (system updates) it will look like this: [User A] requested that [User B] work on this Aug 5, 2021 11:20 am [User A] unassigned [User A] Aug 5, 2021 11:20 am I understand I can lock down the tasks so people cannot reassign them, but sometimes it is warranted and legitimate.... Reasons this is a problem:Inefficient -- This turns into a game of "hot potato"... Users keep reassigning stuff, and we lose days of no work being done. PM team spends a lot of time balancing the workload/deadlines.Abuse -- Some users will agree to taking on more work then they can actually handle, while other users are "coasting" by. Besides being unfair, the overload increases the changes of errors in the work. Lost time -- What I need is a report tha

Hey! I am currently using AEM 6.5 and trying to start working on setting up a form for the first time, but seemingly can't access the url? I tried to reinstall the Forms package and didn't get any success in that. Any help would be appreciated! Not sure if I am missing a step in AEM's process of trying to create Forms or something else. This is the tutorial URL I was trying to follow here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-65/forms/getting-started/create-first-adaptive-form/create-adaptive-form.html?lang=enThis is what I see on the page:     And these are the error logs I am receiving when I tried to access the page: 17.08.2021 15:26:28.573 *ERROR* [0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1 [1629228388567] GET /aem/forms.html/content/dam/formsanddocuments HTTP/1.1] org.apache.sling.engine.impl.DefaultErrorHandler handleError: Response already committed; cannot send error 500org.eclipse.jetty.io.RuntimeIOException: org.eclipse.jetty.io.EofException: Clos

Hi Everyone,  We have a use case where we need to sort a result by different fields. E.g. In an existing system we have fields named as countryLang or lang or language in different components, we are introducing some enhancements by giving search and sort option to the system. All these fields have same set of data only, we need to sort the result set by considering all these fields of the components. Is there any way to provide a single alias name in Lucene index and query so that all these fields are considered as same? please let me know if there is any other approach to tackle the problem. It is an existing system with huge content so changing field name is not an option. E.gComp 1 countryLang - en_USComp 2 countryLang - fr_FRComp 3 lang - en_USComp 4 language - de_DE Expected sort order:Comp 4 language - de_DEComp 1 countryLang - en_USComp 3 lang - en_USComp 2 countryLang - fr_FR

Hi all,Hope you are doing well!We want to set up other countries/languages based on our Master one. We have header and footer added on our templates. But, when we create e.g. a Spanish page(inside Spanish language root), we can not use the same header as the English one. But, inside templates we have added the header and footer of the English one. What would be the best solution for to manage templates? Should we create templates for each language of each country, and add the specific header to each template? Or is there any other approach? Because, creating templates for each language, by the end there will be a lot of templates. Thanks!
