I have built a task report that is pulling in tasks that have a specific custom form field on them. The tasks with the custom form field are parent tasks with the name of the deliverable, so there are lots of subtasks. I would like to add a column that lists the next subtask that is ready. I want to be able to see which subtask is next. I have done this on project reports before, but that text mode doesn't work in this report.  This is what I use on my project reports....description=Tasks Ready to Startdisplayname=Next Task(s)listdelimiter=<div>listmethod=nested(tasks).liststype=iteratevalueexpression=IF({canStart}&&{status}!='CPL'&&{status}!='NOT'&&{numberOfChildren}=0,CONCAT("•",{name}))valueformat=HTML

Hello Workfront friends! I could use a little assistance on trying to run a report. In our instance, we have what I'll call a "parent" project in each Program. This project has a custom form tied to it where we collect certain metadata for reporting. There are "child projects" in each program related to that parent project - however the metadata is all really collected in that parent project. I'd like to run a report, and filter based on one of the fields in the "parent project" custom form, to pull into the report only certain parent projects. However, I'd also like the report to pull in all of the "child projects" that are in the same program as the filtered parent projects. Any suggestions on how to go about this? Many thanks in advance!

Hi All,I’m currently working with Adobe Experience Platform and Event Forwarding Properties to share events with third-party platforms like Meta and Google. While we can send data to Adobe Analytics report suites using DataStreams (via the Edge Network) as much as needed, I’m now exploring whether it’s possible to share this data using Event Forwarding Property tags instead. Is that possible?I’ve already tested this using the Postman API, and I was able to see the data populating into Adobe Analytics Workspace successfully. Thanks in advance..!

I have a project running with content fragments having different locale. The CF has language master and live copies created. How can I perform the rollout actions across different localization.

Hey,we are trying to use a single Marketo Form on the website that presents multiple gated assets.  And we would like to pass a value on the form for which asset was downloaded. We are struggling to determine mechanism to pass that value - which specific asset is being downloaded. Each asset listed on this page has a "Learn more" button which is a java script code, based on which a pop-up with a centralized form opens.Any ideas? See the page mock up below:

For one of our clients, I am trying to automate the creation of a project based on a matrix they now use in Excel. In total there are 3 different data points per row that need to automatically trigger a combination of the tasks of the total project template. Once every row has determined which portion of the tasks of the template are needed, they are stitched together to create a total overview of what needs to be requested. I will try to provide an example that has nothing to do with the client itself but does reflect the complexity of the original idea. Let’s assume I go own a restaurant for which I am keeping track of the different orders. My menu consists of two courses and a drink such that people can order a starter, a main course, and something to drink. In total there are two options per course and the course options have a step-by-step process of how they are created and must be served such that quality is upheld throughout the different orders. This would result in

Hi everyone, I need some assistance with sharing projects in Workfront. We have around 700 projects, and I have a list of these projects along with the teams they need to be shared with in CSV. I am trying to query my data feed to exclude entry pages, but am coming up with a discrepancy and would appreciate any advice. The result of the code below is 125229. This matches the hit depth dimension shown below.select count(distinct( case when visit_page_num = 1 and post_evar4 like '%account.box%' then concat(post_visid_high,post_visid_low) end)) FROM `adobe.adobe_data` where date_trunc(date_time,month) = '2025-02-01' and exclude_hit = 0 However, when I change the query to visit_page_num <> 1 (exclude entry), I get a value of 195904, which is very different from 105,959.select count(distinct( case when visit_page_num <> 1 and post_evar4 like '%account.box%' then concat(post_visid_high,post_visid_low) end)) FROM `adobe.adobe_data` where date_trunc(date_time,month) = '2025-02-01' and exclude_hit = 0 Account.box Segment = Contains 'account.box' (hit)Entry Page <> account.box Segment = Exclude hit where entry page contains account.box Can a

Hi All,I'm trying to search for Assignments using the Custom Workfront API Call module. Is there a way to somehow flter on the custom field value of reference record? E.g. when searching for assignments, can I filter so that only assignments are returned that belong to a task with a certain custom form field value?I tried adding query strings like task:parameterValues:DE:FIELD=foo, task:DE:FIELD=foo, task:FIELD=foo, but all of these returned an error. Thanks,Tibor

Hi friends! We have a milestone path we've attached to certain projects. I've gotten a request to create a board where the milestones are the columns. I've searched some, I've played some, but I can't seem to figure it out. Is this possible?

Hi. I know that deleting a custom form also deletes all custom data on the objects associated with the form. But does that mean it deletes ALL data that a particular field holds across ANY custom forms where that field may live? For example, if a have "Custom Form A" that uses a field that records which department is making the request. And "Custom Form B" that uses the same field. What happens to the data associated with that field for "Custom Form A" if I delete "Custom Form B."  Can I delete one custom form and still keep historical data for other custom forms that use the same fields? Hope my question makes sense.

Hi everyone,I'm working on a use case in Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS) where we send emails on behalf of multiple people using a singular delivery. I need to dynamically change the sender name, from email address, and reply-to email based on recipient data stored in the Profile dimension. What I've Tried:Using personalization fields like <%= profile.customSenderEmail %> in the advanced parameters of the email delivery.Creating a custom content block with similar code to those of the default content blocks,e.g. Default sender name: <%@ value object="branding" path="mailParameters/sender Name" %>e.g. Custom content block: <%@ value object="profile" path="customSenderEmail" %>" in this example changing the object to look at the Profile targeting dimension rather than the branding object configuration.Questions:How can I modify the From Email Address, Sender Name, and Reply-To Email dynamically using data linked to the profile, utilizing content blocks or personalizat

ContextWe are implementing a hybrid implementation with AEM + REACT using AEM as a Cloud Service. We are having our REACT code coverage in *.tsx files under ui.frontend module. We have configured "@types/jest": "^29.5.14" and "test:coverage": "react-scripts test --coverage --watch all", in ui.frontend/package.json. We are using npm run test:coverage to generate coverage folder under ui.frontend which has lcov-report, coverage-final.json, clover.xml, lcov.info. The path to the lcov.info has been placed on the project root pom as -<sonar.javascript.lcov.reportPaths>${project.basedir}/../coverage/lcov.info</sonar.javascript.lcov.reportPaths><sonar.dynamic>reuseReports</sonar.dynamic> ConcernREACT code coverage is not reflecting on SonarQube 9.9 LTS Instance or on Adobe Cloud Manager Quality or Deployment Pipeline Code Scan Summary report. QueriesHow do we reflect this REACT code coverage report/result on a SonarQube 9.9 LTS instance project

Hi all,I'm looking for someone with experience with the AEM + Campaign assets integration. In the documentation here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/campaign/campaign-v8/connect/ac-aem#assets-library the last step claims that "Your asset is now uploaded to your email delivery." Does this mean that when using this interface to select assets Campaign is actually copying and loading the image to it's own resources server for the delivery?
