I was looking at the activity data collected by Marketo for "Visited webpage". According to the timestamps, the same person has visited multiple webpages (atleast 3) in the same second i.e. having the exact same timestamp. And this has happened to multiple people in the database.    If it was just a couple of people, I'd think its a coincidence, but I wonder how this can happen to 100+ people (out of a couple of thousands). Could someone help me find an explanation?   Is it possible that they clicked the link when internet was down and when internet resumed, all three websites were visited at once? Unlikely, I hope someone has a better explanation, thanks!

Hello! We are testing out the waters of switching our project templates Schedule Mode from Completion Date to Start Date. However, I cannot seem to figure out how to change the Start Date once you originally set the project up... Am I missing something? Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

We have a modal pop-up that we want to test on users that take too long on a page.  For example, if a users is searching a vacation destination for more than 4 minutes, this user might need some help finding what they need. After 4 minutes we want to have the pop-up display to the users. Is there a way to set up a trigger based on time on page?Thank you!

Hi there, For my fallout report,Firstly 'Visitor' container is applied,And then I insert two 'Visit' container segment as checkpoint below:One is 'Home' page, the other is 'CS' pagehere I wonder under this fallout funnel, the visit of 'Home' and Visit of 'CS' are two separate visits ? I mean is it just showing visitor who visit 'Home' in A visit and then visit 'CS' in B visit ?( So it's not including the case that visitor visit 'Home' then 'CS' in the same visit)

Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to have form prefill enabled, but exclude certain words from being prefilled. We use "not entered" on CRM imports to bypass required company and last name fields, but we want to make sure that if someone was created from a CRM import and has a last name or company of "not entered" that it does not get pulled into the form prefill. So essentially, we are hoping to find a way to exclude "not entered" from being populated on all of our forms while still keeping prefill enabled on these fields.    Thanks!

Hi Team,  I am running a SAINT classification rule on eVar, most of the time it is working as expected but for few instances is not working even though when same data is validated correctly on Test rule. Sample values: 5704396::en_us::null:null:::::gb - Test rule result is correct-1002::en_us::null:null:::::us - Test rule result is correct, however not classified when seeing the report. Rule specification: 11 fields separated with ":" & length should be less than 255 characters(eVar). Any help on this.

Hello, is it possible to capture the unique Munchkin cookie ID of a website visitor in a custom field on form fill? FYI, we're not using a Marketo form or a Marketo landing page. We do have Munchkin tracking on the site/pages. This is a third-party website builder that has its own forms.   Mainly just curious if anyone has had experience or knows how one might be able to capture the unique Munchkin cookie ID of a visitor in a custom field and if this data is even visible in the browser to be able to capture.   @sanfordwhiteman is this something you've dealt with before?

Overview: The scenario below represents an example client request to personalize the homepage carousel for an upcoming marketing campaign that promotes a site-wide sale across multiple product categories. You are tasked with figuring out a creative way to use the features of Adobe Target to make the visitor’s experience more relevant. Business Requirements: -  The default homepage carousel for the campaign will consist of 6 slides. The first slide promotes a site-wide holiday sale, and the remaining five slides promote products in each of the site’s main product categories: Holiday Sale Phones Tablets Computers Appliances Smart Home -  The first homepage view for each visitor during the campaign should display the carousel in the default order to raise awareness of the holiday sale -  After the first pageview, and on returning visits while the campaign is running, the carousel needs to be rearranged according to the following logic: -  Show the slides for the visito

Hi All,We are basically looking out to integrate adobe analytics with our loyal people customer cloud system which is CRM platform. We understand that there is a concept of data export (Data Feed, DWH) which are manual way of exporting data from AA and integrating based up on the external tool features. However, we are looking out something like integrating the AA with CRM where we can seamlessly transfer the data from AA to CRM platform (Something like POWER BI integration with adobe analytics). Please suggest if any. Thanks in advance.Thank you,Jay.

We recently upgraded to Adobe Ultimate which comes with a lot of additional features/ benefits like cross device analytics, contribution analysis and much more. Although we have documents stating these features, it would be helpful to understand a more practical approach to implement them, or best ways to make use of it in a more clearer way. Please could you share your experience or ideas related to the same? Thanks so much!

If you’re like us at Workfront, every January we start a ton of new projects. So I started to wonder what is everyone else working on in Workfront these days? Tell us all below what projects you’re working on this month (or something you finished recently) and you’ll be entered to win a $10 gift card of your choice! I’ll draw multiple winners, so multiple chances to win. Respond by the end of the day Feb 9 to enter. I’ll start‚Ķ I’m creating projects to help me keep track of developing some new programs for you, our wonderful customers, things like more Quick Tips, a Community Corner, and tracking my ad-hoc work in Workfront. All while trying to find the balance between over-engineering the project, but creating enough tasks and reports to keep me on track. Now it’s your turn! What are you working on? What are you working on?

The Summary Data source File is stuck for almost 3 hours in the server. It has met all criteria's and has no reason to not be uploaded, its the same file that is uploaded weekly. Could be a Adobe server issue

Hello! We have a "My Requests" report (see screenshot) that shows the original request, the converted project, status, etc. The status automatically feeds off of the Project status, however the Planned Completion Date (Due Date in our case) is set to the Request which is always different. If I switch it to the Project Planned Completion Date, it is not accurate. How do we create a Due Date column that pulls the Converted Project's Planned Completion Date? Thanks in advance!

Hi all, I need to hide a row from the table based on a condition and all the suggestions I found says to use .presence = "hidden", but unfortunately only the line content is being hidden and not the entire row.This is the JavaScript I'm using:data.#pageSet[0].Page1.BasicData::initialize - (JavaScript, client)if ( $record.V_FLAG.value != "X" ) {this.resolveNode("Page1.BasicData.Table1.Line2").presence = "hidden";} I also tried the following alternatives: if ( $record.V_FLAG.value != "X" ) {this.resolveNode("Page1.BasicData.Table1.Line2.Cel1").presence = "hidden";}if ( $record.V_FLAG.value != "X" ) {this.Table1.Line2.presence = "hidden";}if ( $record.V_FLAG.value != "X" ) {this.Table1.Line2.Cel1.presence = "hidden";} I appreciate any help.

Hi Team,Currently I'm trying to reduce the page loading by removing internal script inside html files.Trying to achieve it by using helper template provided by AEM. There are parameters to pass from htl to external java script. To achieve it , I'm trying to use below way.Passing parameters from htl to external js of the clientlib folder , the logic as belowInside htl <input type="hidden" attr-aa="${val_}" id="bb"/>Inside external JSvar value = $(#bb).attr("attr-aa");Problem is ${val_} is unique id. When I put multiple components(same component repeating) inside same page it is always getting same value which is on the top since this <input type="hidden" attr-aa="${val_}" id="bb"/> line is common to all the components on the same page . Is there any other way to achieve this ? Thanks in advance!

Hi, is there a way to return URLS for pages which have a component with a property of a specific value? E.g. if there are say 1000 games, and each has an overview page, and each of these pages has a game overview component which has a game ID and game name property. The client website has a list of recently played game ids, and needs to load some thumbnails which are aspects of the games overview page.

HI There!I was wondering if it is possible to retrieve the delivery code of a deliveri in a workflow and assign it to a variable and afterwards update a table with the retrieved delivery code? I have this: What I am in doubt of is, how can I retrieve the deliveryCode of the incoming delivery and store it as a variable to use when updating a table later on that we are using for analysing purposes? Also, is it even possible to do in a smart way? Would the 2 JS scripts overwrite the variable value in any case? If yes, then I would have to manually set it anyways, and it will not be very smart. I hope someone has insights to this 🙂

We do not see "Configuration" section on Live Copy tab of page properties in our non-prod and prod AEM. We are only seeing "Source" and "Status" sections. But its visible in my local AEM.Does anyone know how to bring it there?

I have integrated AEM with Target using adobe I/O. The integration is working and we can export Xfragments from AEM -> Target.  But When I am trying to create A/B activity in AEM using targeting mode, the component does not show target icon which I want to use to provide different experience in A and B.  not sure what am I missing 😞

Hi I'm trying to get ICC PRofile information from the asset, but with no luck. Is there any way to grab those fields during asset processing inside a workflow step?  I have a code like that to get an asset object (it's just to describe my problem) implemented inside a class that inherits from WorkflowProcess: ResourceResolver resolver = workflowSession.adaptTo(ResourceResolver.class);String path = workItem.getWorkflowData().getPayload().toString();if (StringUtils.contains(path, JcrConstants.JCR_CONTENT)) { path = StringUtils.substringBefore(path, JcrConstants.JCR_CONTENT);}Resource resource = resolver.getResource(path);Asset asset = resource == null ? null : resource.adaptTo(Asset.class);if (asset == null) { log.info("Asset is null, skipping metadata extraction");}assert asset != null;String layerName = asset.getMetadata("photoshop:LayerName") != null ? asset.getMetadata("photoshop:LayerName").toString() : "";Map<String, Object> meta = asset.getMetadata(

Hi Everyone,   We have been using the same form across multiple Marketo landing pages as well as the web pages. The form has a dropdown field in it and a couple of display options within the dropdown was mapping to the same stored value.   As an example please consider this scenario:   As we can see, both Option 1 & Option 3 are mapping to the same stored value and the the team has asked me to pull the list of contacts that had selected Option 1 & Option 3 in a separate list but as it was mapped to the same stored value I am having hard time to differentiate b/n the two.   Is there anyway this can be done. Thanks in advance.

Hi Everyone, I am trying to write a queryDef code where in I want to filter the records based on the internalName of the previously executed delivery dynamically. Something like below- var query=xtk.queryDef.create(<queryDef schema="nms:delivery" operation="select"/><select><node expr="@id"/></select><where><condition expr="@internalName='DM123456' "/></where></queryDef>.ExecuteQuery(); In the above code the "DM123456" i want it to dynamic to an instance/event variable which i can create before. Can someone please help, it will be great if it's possible. Whatever solutions can be provided is highly appreciated. Thanks,Akash

In the last week the number of soft bounces we've been seeing is jumping up quickly.  Is anyone else having this issue? These bounces are for mailing lists that we send to at least once per week.  In one case a smart list of about 500 went from no soft bounces in the last month to about 10-25 for each of the last few messages we've sent.  On this list we have about 15 staff members.  In each of the last few sends, 3 or 4 staff members would bounce but the others would still get it.  This seems to be the same for other domains that have multiple receiving the message.   Anyone have any ideas?
