Hello, I am using the Content Transfer Tool to migrate assets from AEM on-premise to AEM Cloud. Is there a way to set up a destination folder to define where I want the assets to be migrated? So far I only saw that you can set the environment and that the assets will be migrated under the same folder structure as provided in the content set configuration. If this is not available to be configured in the tool, what other alternatives are there to accomplish this use case? Many thanks,Ana

New to using Boards and am looking for some suggestions here – I am stumped! We are currently dealing with 2 scenarios for our Video team’s board… With a key piece to keep mind, we must have it connected to Workfront so that we can have reporting around this work.  SCENARIO 1: Connected Cards are manually entered to the board once there has already been a project created. We connect to task(s) which generate individual cards for each video needed. This displays the connected project on the face of the card that we can easily navigate to view the whole project, the assignees and status are synced, etc. PERFECT!  SCENARIO 2 (our problem child): Requests are submitted through our Video Request Form, which populate in our Backlog column. From here, we are converting this to a project. However, I cannot figure out how to be able to display that converted project as the connected project on the face of the card like scenario 1.. It just shows the name of the req

Hello, I created a status task report and think it would be great to pull in the last update that was made.  I'm using text mode from the 2017 Reporting cookbook, but it isn't working correctly.  Furthermore, after I copy and paste it in text mode, the sequence of the code changes. Code from cookbook. displayname=Last Notequerysort=lastNote:entryDatetextmode=truevalueexpression=IF(LEN({lastNote}.{noteText})>140, CONCAT(SUBSTR({lastNote}.{noteText},0,139),"...(openfor more) -- ", {lastNote}.{owner}.{name}," on ", {lastNote}.{entryDate}), IF(LEN({lastNote}.{noteText})>0,CONCAT({lastNote}.{noteText}," -- ", {lastNote}.{owner}.{name}," on ", {lastNote}.{entryDate})))valueformat=HTMLwidth=250usewidths=true Code once pasted into WF. CONCAT({lastNote}.{noteText},"=-- ", {lastNote}.{owner}.{name}," on ", {lastNote}.{entryDate})))displayname=Last Notefor=more) -- ", {lastNote}.{owner}.{name}," on ", {lastNote}.{entryDate}), IF(LEN({lastNote}.{noteText})>0,

Hi All, I'm trying to create a filter on my fusion scenario that filters out all newly added documents that do not live in a project folder labeled "Weekly Production Report".  There is nothing native in the options that I currently see.  I attempted to use "folder:name" as a condition to my filter but that didn't seem to work. any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to figure out how to add users to a project using Fusion. I have tried a Custom API call: Post and a Create Record for Project User. Neither work and produce a 422 error: [422] PRTU is not a top level object and can't be requested directly. I am trying to add a few users that will not be assigned to tasks to the new project and at the same time I need to remove the owner of the request from the converted request and add them to the project. Any help would be extremely appreciated!

Hi, We have discovered an issue where even after rolling out a folder from global level to livecopy, status is successful but content fragment in folder is not updated with the content of global content. Before rolling out, all the folders in the live copy were installed from dev to uat using package manager. Post that, we observed below details. AEM Cloud UAT Environment Content fragment global path - content/dam/project/language-masters/en_us/brand-copy/address/activationLive copy path - content/dam/project/en_us/brand1/address/activation Global Content fragment - Created on Feb 28, 2024 and Modified on August 28, 2024Live Copy Content Fragment - Created on Nov 19, 2024 and Modified on November 8, 2024 My query is are the above timestamps causing the content not be updated in live copy due to the fact that live copy date modified is later to that of global?Or is there any other issue when rolling out content fragments using stand rollout config

I've read through documentation and the documentation at Solved: Difference between Channel (email) and Email Ident... - Adobe Experience League Community - 687008 and cannot find a precise answer for these two scenarios. Scenario 1: The List Unsubscribe Consent Level is set to Identity and an email recipient opts out. If the customer changes the email address associated with their account, does the opt out status persist after that change?  Scenario 2: The List Unsubscribe Consent Level is set to Channel and an email recipient opts out. If the customer adds a new email address to their account in the future, would that email address also be opted out?

Hello everybody,I know that the external users will be moved to the admin console, for example from hereDo external users migrate to Admin Console? - Adobe Experience League Community - 720388 But there's an aspect I have to understand to do the proper communication with these users:our external users are approving documents in a simple workflow where they get an email and a link to the document to proof. So they never have to sign in. Now, when moved to the Admin Console, they will receive an automatic email stating that they need to create an Adobe ID to authenticate. My question is: is this necessary in the described use case?Thank youKind regardsSébastien

Does anyone utilize Workfront for checking out equipment either as a resource or for maintenance purposes? For instance, our Studio and Tech teams often require specific types of equipment for various projects, and we are looking to implement KPIs to manage this process.

I’m trying to implement tags in Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS) with the Universal Editor and I’m running into some challenges.Questions:How does EDS handle metadata like tags within the Universal Editor? Is there a recommended way to store and retrieve tags dynamically? Are there any best practices or examples of implementing tagging functionality in EDS?Any guidance, documentation links, or code examples would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone, I’d like to get your thoughts on this scenario: how would you handle notifying one team when another team misses their task deadline? Here’s a bit more context:Let’s say Team A is responsible for uploading a file by this Friday. If they don’t complete the task by then, I’d like a completely separate team, say Team B, to receive a notification, either via in-app alert or email on Friday (the due date). I’m aware that Workfront allows setting up reminders like a 1 day before due date alert, but in this case, I specifically need a notification sent to a different team on the actual due date if the task remains incomplete. Has anyone tackled something similar, or is there a simple solution in Workfront I might be missing? Thanks!

How to create nested sub task in Workfront by using fusion?

Hi,I am new to AEM forms, hence asking for directions. We need to generate interactive PDF from Adaptive forms with form data. The PDFs needs to be downloaded on the user machine and not saved in AEM as it will have user and customer data. I can understand from the below documentation that DoR can be generated in three ways:How to generate a document of record (DoR) for AEM Forms? | Adobe Experience Manager 1. Could anyone suggest the best possible way to generate interactive PDF without using XDPs from Adaptive forms, as we      need to get rid of XDPs in future.2. How to make the generated PDF from Adaptive forms accessible?  Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
