Hi all, I'm working on a form that based on what a user enters they want a gauge to show where they are. They would like these gauges to populate on input of the field. Here is the page I am testing on: https://go.schedulinginstitute.com/Hyg-iPad-Test.html    Does anyone know how I can grab the input value from a form field?    Thanks!

Hi Team, I have a process that calls a wsdl of a document sevrer using web service component in AEM Forms 6.5. There are multiple web service components configured in that process which works but it fails to invoke a partcular operation of the document server. The same process is working in ES4. One of the variable in that SOAP request is a string. That string data is a base64 value of a pdf document which is passed as a string in the SOAP request to the document server.Not sure if it is causing this issue or something else. I have also tried adding <?xml version="1.0"?> in SOAP request but still the same error. The workaround is to pass all the input values of the soap request making it hard coded. In this case, the web service gets a response when invoked. But i need the data to be dynamic as the data has to be filled by the users in workspace. Below is the snippet of the error: 10:16:00,776 INFO [com.eviware.soapui.impl.wsdl.support.xsd.Schem

Hi All, May I know if it is possible to record the number of unique events occurs within a session? For Example:- I am using event1 to record client applied a filter in a search result- I would like to know how many visits have the event1 triggered e.g. If a visit applied the filter twice, I would like to count 1 May I know if it is correct for me to use the Event1 as the dimension and Visit as the metrics to count the above? Thanks

Hi WF Community, I have an Hour report set up to display in the matrix format. I want one of the matrix groupings to be by role name; however, role id is the only available option. Looking at id's in a report isn't user friendly. Wondering if there's a way to show the role name while still in the matrix format. Thanks.Nick

I try to create an adobe access token in a headless action. first I tryed to use aio-lib-ims but this fails to include in the action (maybe an issue with the core library and their dependencies?) is there any easy way to create an adobe access token having all data in the .env file?

background info: we are in the process of upgrading to 6.5 on an AMS hosted environment. They provided a sandbox area for us so we can test our custom code.problem: After merging our 6.4 and 6.5 code base, I cannot add components anymore.When clicking on a component, all I get is this:I also cannot drag-and-drop components anymore.I'm looking for suggestions on what files/configs to check.1. I checked the error and project logs but nothing related jumps out.2. I fixed an NPE error in our custom code (which seems to be unrelated) and reinstalled the new package and it didn't fix it.Thank you. edit1: I started encountering this issue in local which could be related to the issue with the AMS sandbox environment.edit2: Seems my local and AMS sandbox is fixed after reinstalling the package. The weird thing with local is that if I had to restart my computer for whatever, I get the problem but if I reinstall our custom package, it starts working again.

Couple of our members cannot log on to the desktop app, but they can access the web browser version. Kindly advise how to fix the issue

Is it possible to be able to add something to the field headings in a View whereby, when you hover over them, helpful guidance appears? For example, I have created a number of custom fields to a View. Some of them are obvious but for some, such as Arix Score, for example, it would be useful to be able to hover over the field heading/name to get an explanation as to what this is.

Hi there, Every time I move a new single page in AEM to a different folder, a list of pages in the logs are showing the following message. Do you guys know what triggers this, because am only move just one page here. 29.01.2021 07:02:45.028 *WARN* [10.214.102.5, 10.62.21.45, 127.0.0.1] [YBOzEg710xAEMLc1sSe7SAAAAVc] [10.62.21.62 [1611903764330] POST /bin/wcmcommand HTTP/1.1] com.day.cq.wcm.msm.impl.LiveCopyManagerImpl LiveCopy parent and child at /content/mysite/mypage moved to same target /content/mysite/mypage Thanks in advance

Hi all,I'm trying to start the inMail module from Linux console with the following command: nlserver start inMail@myInstanceName -verboseHowever, I get the following error: Application server for Adobe Campaign Classic (7.0 19.1 build 9032@efd8a94) of 07/01/2020Launching task 'inMail@myInstanceName' ('nlserver inMail -verbose -tracefile:inMail@myInstanceName -instance:myInstanceName -detach') in a new processCritical error: could not launch 'nlserver' with parameters 'inMail -verbose -tracefile:inMail@myInstanceName -instance:myInstanceName -detach' after a fork (errno=2)Check the path When I start ACC with inMail autoStart set to true in serverConf, the process is starting fine. It's just failing when I want to start it from Linux console.ACC version is 9032 and hosted on premise. I'm not able to find any information on this anywhere. Can someone give me a hint how to fix this? Thanks and BRSebastian

I’ve been trying to crack this for ages, but I feel like I’m getting more confused and further away from a solution the longer I go. I always get a ‚ÄòCustom Expression Invalid’ error when trying to use WEEKDAYDIFF. I expect it to be something like the below: =IF((WEEKDAYDIFF({DE:POSDELDATE}, Today) <= 7),”Please allow 7 days for delivery” I’m super new to the platform and have very little relevant coding experience. If anyone fancies taking pity on a newbie and pointing me in the right direction I’d be incredibly grateful. When I get my head around this thing I’ll be sure to pay the kindness forward. Thanks!

Which adobe feed has the lowest granular data in terms of hits(not hourly/daily/monthly). Is it dwh feed or raw feed?

Hi Team, I tried to apply the style in RTE , and style icon is not enabled in Dialog fullscreen mode.In Inplace editor style applied to total RTE content.

When creating an AEM project with new ArcheTypes(version > 22) for AEM 6.5 we see the pom files are getting generated with org.apache.jackrabbit:filevault-package-maven-plugin and biz.aQute.bnd:bnd-maven-plugin. If we try to remove org.apache.jackrabbit:filevault-package-maven-plugin from file the build fails.Is it recommended to use org.apache.jackrabbit:filevault-package-maven-plugin instead of com.day.jcr.vault:content-package-maven-plugin for newer archetypes based project compatible with AEM 6.5 version ? Similarly is biz.aQute.bnd:bnd-maven-plugin recommended to be used instead of org.apache.felix:maven-bundle-plugin for newer archetypes based project compatible with AEM 6.5 version ?

AEM version : 6.5I have created a proxy component for the OOTB Carousel Component. Now I have defined a custom parameter or a field in the cq:design_dialog. ( as shown in image given below )  Now i have authored the aforementioned parameters by editing the component policy as shown belowNow after saving this , Its stored as follows ( Please refer below image )How do i access this particular property programmatically ?I did created a sling model as given below And i am trying to access the same in Sightlypublic class CarouselPolicy { @SlingObject private ResourceResolver resourceResolver; /** The resource. */ @1961677 private Resource resource; private int carouselItemLimit; private static final Logger LOG = LoggerFactory.getLogger(CarouselPolicy.class); @PostConstruct public void init(){ ContentPolicyManager policyManager = resourceResolver.adaptTo(ContentPolicyManager.class); if (policyManager != null) {

How does content authors manage vanity URLs and Redirects in an AMS environment. Surely we do not want our AEM publishers to do the redirects.

My project has requirement to log all user activities.. i.e., what all is happening in the environment and by whom. I have enabled  audit logging feature in AEM by going to http://localhost:4502/system/console/slinglog -> change the log level of logs/audit.log to DEBUG. This solves my purpose and logs all the user activities but it doesn't log what content changes has been made. For example, if value of a property is changed from "Hello World" to "Hello Earth" I want to log both old and new values, if not both at least the new value. Is this possible? If not using audit log, can be done with custom logs or any workflows?
