Is there a way to have a token field  and then have another token that's +30 days from the previous token field?  For example, I have this situation in an email: Your membership expired on {{lead.Membership End Date:default=end date}}; however, if you renew before <<GracePeriodEndDate>> we'll be happy to extend your  USD renewal rate. The "Grace Period  End Date" is 30 days after the lead: membership end date.  Is there a way to create a token for Grace Period End Date that is 30 days after the lead: membership end date?  Thank you

Hello All,I have successfully utilized the sort table function within a dynamic table using the John Brinkman Sales Report file. It works beautifully, the magic is in the Variables script. It would be amazing to take this one step further and update the code to always list any blank rows at the bottom of the table no matter if the sort is ascending or descending. John's script does not account for this so if anyone can help me tweak this code to make that happen, I would be eternally grateful. My Designer PDF is located at the link below.https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Qhz-DNYM40ECzUGEl2w34egEzhKBaaoV?usp=sharingThank you in advance!

Hello, Our current set up within Marketo is that we have 'preference' (Boolean) fields for our different email lists/communications. Our unsubscribe process within the system is that we have unsubscribe/opt out forms per preference that are linked to from our emails, with the form dependent on the preference the email was sent under/to. We've recently realised that unsubscribes as reported in the Email Performance Report do not include anyone who opts out via the form, as it only includes those who have Marketo's unsubscribe field turned to true. We think the people we see doing this are unsubscribing directly from their email client (e.g. Gmail's unsubscribe link).   Is there any way to get this action (field turned from true to false via form) into a report, or is a smart list the only way to do this? We are currently using the below, is this the most reliable way to report on the opt outs?  Clicked Link in Email (email is send, link is unsubscribe link) Filled out form is

Hi, We are experiencing cases where the links we add to our emails are navigating to pages (on our website) with multiple .html.html.html extensions and the error on the page is "Err_too_many_redirects". In most cases  that I've seen these broken links we are adding web links to our own website, but I cannot speak to every case as I only provide technical assistance to our email marketing team. A few details to include on the links - we are including link tracking and the mkt_tok checkbox options.   Any thoughts and suggestions would be greatly appreciated!   Here is an example of a broken link: https://www.lumen.com/login/?mkt_tok=eyjpijoiwmpwa1phrtbprgs0wlrjnsisinqioijxv2qrrtfdrkvezufurlp4sflttkdwuju4y3dic2pitghouelzuw5qkznrs25jvejiy05cohdev3hnchfpdtjps0lutuh3nm9rnevwrdnnxc9vuuxoyke9psj9.html.html.html.html.html.html.html.html.html.html.html.html.html.html.html.html.html.html.html.html.html.html.html.html.html.html.html.html.html.html.html.html.html.html.html.html.html

Hello,On our websites product pages, visitors have the ability to view, download or share various types of resources/reading material.  Resource Types include Catalogs, Installation Documents, Part Drawings, etc.  What I'm trying to do is capture the Resource Typed that is clicked after a visitor clicks view, download or share.  (examples below) I created a data element to capture the value for the resource typeI also created a rule which is structured as:  IF a visitor clicks on one of the three resource options (view, download, share).  THEN set an eVar to capture the text of the resource type.   When I went to check this rule, I noticed that the data element being recorded was always the first resource type listed on that page.  So in the below example, "Catalog Cut Sheets" are listed first, but if I clicked on download a Catalog, the data element would see that as a Catalog Cut Sheet.   I'm sure there's a way to captu

So, you can actually copy an ENTIRE website, irrespective of number of pages and content, and make a new site?  And when I watch the video about touch screen. Is the only way to do this to actually use a touch screen?

If I add a clientlib files under my component package, will that get automatically picked or do I need to call it in my html/js files?

Hello everyone, Knowing that : "Content" is the value put in mediaID (a.media.name)"Content Name (variable)" and "Video Name" are the value put in "name" (a.media.friendlyName)"Content" and "Content Name (variable)" are eVar, where as "Video Name" is a classification. My question : Is "Video Name" a classification based on the eVar "Content" or "Content Name (variable)" or another eVar? Thanks Martin LegrosMontréal, Canada

We are currently developing a translation connector based on the example implementation (https://github.com/Adobe-Marketing-Cloud/aem-translation-framework-bootstrap-connector) and using the translation API documentation (https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-2/develop/ref/javadoc/com/adobe/granite/translation/api/package-summary.html) as a help.We are using AEM 6.2 and struggling with implementing the optional scoping request path as shown in this diagram:https://files.acrobat.com/a/preview/32824bd9-6cc6-41b4-bc7b-8e7c4d2c7d65Our problem is that the “createTranslationJob” method on the TranslationService Interface (com.adobe.granite.translation.api) is called twice for the same translation job project. The first time when the user clicks on “Request scope”.  The second time when he clicks on “Start” after scoping is complete. Moreover, the translation objects are only uploaded to the first job and not the second one.We would have expected that AEM calls “createTranslationJob” only once

e.g. user A searches something from Google, then landing to URL https://www.domain.com and started his/her visiting journey.then:Scenario 1:the user keep active longer than 24 hours, then the hits afte the 24th hours will be counted as a new visitScenario 2:the user keep inactive, then start active at the 31st minute - the 2nd visit starts Will the 2 visits in Scenario 1 all be counted under referrer: Search Engine: Google? Will the 2nd visit in Scenario 2 be counted under referrer: Search Engine: Google? Background:Asking this question is because we are on our SEO projects, we suddenly found, starting from 2 weeks ago, the Visits from Search Engine growth% is more than click increasing% from Google Search Engine.I understand some said never compare Click data from Google to Visit data from AA, but this has never been happened in the past full 53 weeks.if the clicks +5%, visit never increased over 5%.but now, we found clicks +1%, visits increased 3% So, the question came

We have a number of forms that were created using Adobe Livecycle and when moving to Windows 10 were advised to use AEM Forms Designer, as Adobe Livecycle was no longer supported. The Adobe Livecycle forms had enabled extended features in Adobe Reader as the forms are shared on our public web site for downloading. The user completes the form (using Adobe Reader) and emails it to us.We have now discovered that when we try to edit the original forms in AEM Forms Designer that the enabled extended features in Adobe Reader are no longer supported. Please see attached message when we import one of the forms into AEM Forms Designer. We can edit the form using AEM Forms Designer but the option to save the PDF with enabled extended features in Adobe Reader is not available – it was previously available in Adobe Livecycle. Can you please advise how we can create our forms are fillable and saveable in Adobe Reader?Best regards,Martin

Dear all,I have been struggling with this issue for more than 3 months and I am running out of solutions. I am currently working on old pdf forms encoded with an XFA format that was made with the old software Adobe Livecycle. I have to correct those forms, sometimes for just a "." and the only way I found is to print the form (as advised on the Adobe site). But this completely destroys the document and suppresses all the drop-down menus. Meaning that I have to re do all the form for just a ".". If it was not enough work already since these forms are used in more than 56 languages (languages using symbols (like Korean)) are creating issues later with date format (even when clicking on the drop-down&nbs

I see the following error in the webmdl.log whenever this occurs:2021-01-25 10:15:35 WEB-530007 Error relaying '/nl/jsp/soaprouter.jsp' to URL 'http://localhost:8080/nl/jsp/soaprouter.jsp'. Hello.I am facing a problem when creating a direct delivery template.I want to add some columns to the extraction file and collect this values from the targetData. Here is a part of the extraction file:Output columns: (notice they have alias assigned:targetData: What I want to accomplish is that the targetData value goes to the output column without the need of assigned manually. I was hoping that if I create a query and add some extra fields and assigned a alias per field, this fields will auto added to the output columns (from the extraction file) without the need to assigned manually. Hope someone can help me out. Thanks

Hi all, we are working on a scenario that requires us to build personalized template blocks. An easy example for this scenario would be: we have three different audienceswe have one banner (picture with text and button) for each segmentdepending on the audience we want a different banner to be shown to the target audienceNow the crucial part: we will use the same banner on multiple sites and don't want to apply all rules via targeting mode every single timeWe are currently trying to solve this only using contexthub, excluding Target Our first idea was to create an experience fragment and apply the targeting activity there. Unfortunately targeting mode does not seem to be available there, the same goes for the offers editor.  In reality, we will not have only 3 but over 60 different variations for the banner which we would need to apply to every single instance. Is there a workaround for this request or an alternate solution? We would be happy for any ideas

Hi, I would like to display every day during a  specific Time Frame i.e (from 6 am to 4 pm) a modified Form Filed design experience, vs the current one running all day. How should I set up in Target, the timing switch functionality within the new variation experience? it's the A/B the ideal activity to use in this case?  Thank you so much for your help.
