Solved

I am using the REST API to clone programs, update tokens, and activate batch campaigns and start trigger campaigns.   I would like to update flow steps within a program.  For example, I implemented the recommended approach to generate recurring webinar series.  So I have one master controller program connected to a landing page/form.  The visitor selects from a drop down field, selecting the date they want to register.  The campaign flow step evaluates the date and requests the weekly campaign. The weekly campaign lives in another program and manages the webinar registration and reminder emails. I add to SF campaign using a flow step and would like to update the campaign name and status of the flow step using the API.   I see the id for the flow but do not know how to get that and update it. Has anyone done this?   Thanks, Dennis

Hi everyone,We performed upgrades of regular DTM properties to Adobe Launch via the "upgrade to Launch" feature. Now, we would like to use private extensions with those upgraded properties but they do not have availability of "development" by default. It seems that this cannot be changed once the properties are created (upgraded in our case).  How can this be solved? Are there any alternatives?  Thank you.

Hi All,We're trying to configure OAUTH server in AEM however, all the online tutorials are all about AEM 6.4 of which most of the APIs in package com.adobe.granite.oauth.server are not available any more in AEM 6.5 uber jar. Can anyone suggest if there's an alternative implementation/configuration in AEM 6.5 and guide us? Thanks

I am trying to add a new column using Enrichment activity. The new column should contain the corresponding row number. Is there a way to achieve this in Adobe Campaign Standard. Thanks,Rahul

Hi All,I have written a python script to update one of the property for all assets under a folder using assets http api. It's a PUT request to update the property. The script works fine for PNGs, PDFs but not for tif assets, it is throws a Resource Not Found, 404 error. For example: http://localhost:4502/api/assets/skm-local/Capture.PNG works and I get 200 back. But http://localhost:4502/api/assets/skm-local/test.tif does not work and I get 404 return. I get the same result when I try this requests in postman. Even the GET requests via postman return the same results for above URLs. The png gets returned fine but for tif I get 404. Is this a expected behavior for tif files? Does assets http api not support tif formatted assets? Thanks & Best Regards,SKM

Hi, If I create one form in design studio to use on multiple pages each for different actions (content offer, trial offer, etc), how does the form fill on page X direct the user to 'thank you page X' vs page Y (with the same form) directing the user to 'thank you page Y'?   Thanks!

We can drag files in to AEM, but when we quick publish or manage publication and publish the files do not go live. Also, image files are not showing previews either. The system is saying that the files have been successfully published, but the address is showing a 404 error.

Hello, I'm running into an interesting issue that I was wondering if others have had.  In our implementation, when we have Adobe Target library load & page load request fire, we've noticed an issue where the Adobe Analytics tracking server gets reset to the default “[rsid].112.2o7.net" value, even though it is set in the Experience Cloud ID extension & Adobe Analytics extension.  When this happens (primarily for new visitors who haven't had a mid set for them yet), it results in most of the page view data being unspecified in the beacon.  It appears to be a timing issue of some sort that is resolved when using "Send s.t() beacon" action, but with that approach, we are not able to capture some data that we need to wait for in data elements.Has anybody encountered a similar issue? Thanks!

Hi all,I'm having an strange issue with the LiveCopy sync configuration node.Basically we have a master site (Blueprint) and then we have severals live copies. We also have several custom rollout configurations with their live actions. These rollout configs are configured on the pages under the master site and then are inherited on the live copies. The synchronization and rollouts config are working fine. But we are having a strange issue when an author save some changes on the page property in a live copy. For example the author change the page title. When the change is saved a new cq:LiveSyncConfig node is created with the default rollout config (standard rollout config) and we lost all the custom rollouts configuration.I can avoid that issue if i manually remove the Live Copy section into the Page Properties Form that is submitted via POST request to save the changes.I also analysed the com.day.cq.wcm.msm.impl.postprocessing.ConfigPostProcessor the method process where the live sync co

Hi there I'm in the process of nutting out the rules for a data cleanse, and as part of this I will be removing inactive leads from our database. I was keen to get some insight into what your businesses define as an inactive lead. e.g. someone who hasn't opened an email from us in 3 years. Does anyone know the email best practice for this? Thanks, Katie

I'm trying to whitelist a custom attribute that is not supposed to have any value in XSS protection config so that when I enter something like <div new-attribute></div> in text editor, the new-attribute does not get stripped. But it seems like all the attributes defined in the configs need a regex filter rule and therefore the attribute in the text editor needs a value assigned in order to not to be stripped. Is there any way I can achieve  this? to have <div new-attribute> and not get stripped?

I am creating several smart list subscriptions within certain programs under Marketing Activities.  Problem is, they are not showing up under the Subscription Tab in the Database area.  If I need to manage them, it seems I need to create a new subscription under Marketing Activities, then update what I needed and delete the new one.  There has to be a simpler way...any ideas???

We were getting a ton of support form fills on our Contact Us landing page, so my team was looking for a way to automatically turn those form fills into support cases. We set up a process that automatically converted form fillers requesting service, attached them to a "Default Service Account", and then created a case.   All was working until I realized that every time someone filled out the form, they got added to the account and we lost their comany name (because their company name got updated with "Default Service Account" based on SFDC linkage). We have since rolled out a solution that creates cases without adding to the default account, so this won't be a problem going forward. However, I have 2 key questions about how I can roll back issues that were already created as a result of the previous process.   1) Is there a way to capture original company name that was put into the form so I can correct all of the corrupted company name data? The company name now says "Defaul
