Solved

I'm just beginning to learn AEM Adaptive forms. I'm trying to manually implement the same layout that comes with the Basic reference template. I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the Form Title and Panel Titles to display. They're not listed in the component structure, and I don't see any configuration options. I am on AEM 6.5 if that makes a difference.

I want to get the crx nodes in my local Intellij software without downloading and and copy paste. Something like pulling data.

Hi guys, we have a campaign (so called Content Hub) on our website, so we have created a hit segment just to track visitors, who were part of this content hub on our website and not the whole website. So what i want to do is to show the return visits/visitors and the first time visits/visitors just for that Content Hub. How can i do this? Because the standard segments in analytics won't bring the right result. As you can see on the right site in the picture, we have 643 Unique Visitors for that campaing, who generated 749 Visits. So it is not possible that 591 of these Visits are Return Visits for that campaign. How do i get just the first time visits and the return visits for that campaign? Because i think what in this case First Time Visits and Return Visits are showing is how many Users have generally return visits but not just only for this specific campaign on our website. Thank you 🙂

Hello,About the "Single Page Visits" calculation, the doc says:This metric counts the number of visits where the 'Page' dimension item contained (1)only a single unique value for the entire visit. (2)If a visitor reloads the page or fires link tracking calls, it still counts as a single page visit. As soon as the Page dimension changes to a second unique value, the visit no longer qualifies as a single page visit. In fact, the above description seems very clear, however, I still have a few questions:1. How to define "a single unique value" in (1)?My assumption is something like "Select DISTINCT(PageName) From XX". Is it correct?  2. Based on (2), "If a visitor reloads the page or fires link tracking calls, it still counts as a single page visit. As soon as the Page dimension changes to a second unique value, the visit no longer qualifies as a single page visit.", I define 4 test cases and execute them today, the following are my expected and actual results:[TC1] Visit1:

Hi,  Our systems dispatcher.log file size surges suddenly. Even after nullifying the file, it increases upto 500mb/min. This file eats all the disk space in the dispatcher server. Can anyone advice how to resolve this issue.  Thanks in advance.

I need to submit a form in Adobe with AEM 6.3. My Adobe account does not have this upgrade and I do not know how to obtain it.

Hi. I'm a beginner to Analytics and have been studying for it. Does anyone know the answer to this case study below? The question might not be exactly it but sounded something like this. Question:When the PDF document is downloaded on a certain page, it is recorded in the "event".  What value will be taken when the "pagename" was not taken in eVar? Options:None / Other / Unspecific/ blank

HiWe are planning to use algolia as search in our project. As it is new no much docs available online were helpful.Any support with AEM or implementation?

I have an image and video dropdown based on which the following field for video or image link is displayed.. I have a requirement to save the value from the selected field to a single property in jcr. i.e If the video was selected the link property should be video link and the next time when the image is selected the link should be updated to image link. I have a sling model using which this data is exposed as json and final json should have only one value for the link (image or video) .

Hi @1905403,I am trying to establish a connection with my Solr server zookeeper. I have taken reference from https://lucene.apache.org/solr/7_5_0/solr-solrj/org/apache/solr/client/solrj/impl/CloudSolrClient.Builder.htmlI am using following line of code snippet:final List<String> zkServers = new ArrayList<String>();zkServers.add("zookeeper1:2181"); zkServers.add("zookeeper2:2182"); zkServers.add("zookeeper3:2183");final SolrClient client = new CloudSolrClient.Builder(zkServers, Optional.of("/solr")).build();I tried using localhost instead of zookeeper1,2 and 3. As all three are in my same PC.But I get following exception every time:java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/zookeeper/KeeperException at org.apache.solr.client.solrj.impl.CloudSolrClient$Builder.build(CloudSolrClient.java:460) at com.bdb.aem.core.servlets.SolrConnection.getConnection(SolrConnection.java:36) at com.bdb.aem.core.servlets.SolrConnection.doGet(SolrConnection.java:29) at org.apache.sli

In AEM 6.5 does assets transform have the capability to take aspect ratio into consideration..Currently we use web renditions which supports that. Is there a simple workaround for it to consider aspect ratio while transforming images?

err:TypeError: rtServerInfo.extAccount[0] is undefinedWe have been using an API/URL call to a dynamic javascript page for the last 4 years. Our last update was in February. But I added some new code and ran a test and got this error. This is happening in our STAGING area and a new staging area that was stood up earlier in the yearthat we are migrating to.Funny thing is - Production is FINE. What the heck?

Does anyone know where I can find a list of common Adobe Campaign Classic vocabulary definitions?

Hi there, I was wondering what best practice would be to bind a servlet to a custom path based on a config. This servlet is an API endpoint, so selectors won't help us too much. For example, I have a servlet at /bin/foo/files, and I'd like to be able to configure that path to be at /bin/bar/files, or even /bar/files, based on an OSGi config or something similar with the path inside.

I have created two projects based on maven archetype 22. Project A and Project B. In project A - I have created an interface HelloWorld.java and implemented it - HellowWorldImpl.java - in this implementation - have created 'sayHello' method with custom log message - "Message from sayHello method - version 1.0.0"In project B - I have created an interface HelloService.java and implemented it - HelloServiceImpl.javaAdded project A's dependency with version 1.0.0 in Project B's pom.xml and consumed HelloWorld service by calling 'sayHello' method. After clicking on project B bundle "Refresh Package Imports" in felix console manager - observed "Message from sayHello method - version 1.0.0" in the logs. Later increased version of project A from 1.0.0 to 2.0.0 and updated custom log message to "Message from sayHello method - version 2.0.0". However I didn't change project A's version in the project B's pom.xml. i.e. retained 1.0.0 version of Project A.Now upon refreshin

Hello there!I'm trying to modify the default validation of a Datepicker, to avoid the following situation:If I write down something like "blabla-404" when I change the focus to another element, the content is automatically transformed into "0404-01-01 00:00".What I need is the content to be cleared.I wrote a validator that looks like this: (function (document, window, $) { "use strict"; let DATATYPE_REGEX = { 'date': /(\d{4})-(\d{2})-(\d{2})/gm, 'time': /(\d{2}):(\d{2})/gm, 'datetime': /(\d{4})-(\d{2})-(\d{2})\s(\d{2}):(\d{2})/gm }; $(".advancedDatePicker__base").each(function() { let picker = $(this).find("coral-datepicker"); $(window).adaptTo("foundation-registry").register("foundation.validation.validator", { selector: picker, validate: dateFormatValidator }); }); function dateFormatValidator(el) { let picker = $(el); let dataType = picker.attr("type");

if i have opened a onten page in editor mode for each component a <cq> tag is gettig generated due to which my carousel component which is using owl carousel creating cloned items with the <cq> element wrapperd in it. this <cq> doesn't appear or render in the preview mode? is there any way so we can disable the <cq> tags in edit mode?

When creating new recommendation tests, criteria logic is showing status of “Results not Ready”. As per adobe documentation it takes around 30 mins to 24 hrs for algorithm to complete initial run and showcase recommendations with new status as “Results Ready”. However, in our case we are unable to see “Results Ready” status even after 48 hrs and recommendations are not shown. The issue happens even if we are using existing criteria in new test. Can some please help us understand the reason behind this behavior and if there is a way to reduce this processing time.

As listed in the docs https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-65/assets/extending/mac-api-assets.html to access assets using API..https://[hostname]:[port]/api.jsonhttps://[hostname]:[server]/api/assets.jsonis there a way to change the path of the default "/api/...." to be something else? Our implementation need to call (external) services that are mapped as https://<server>/api/services  (where <server> is an aem site). and when internally calling assets' api's (to access content fragments) in code, we're having issues since they the external and internal api path.  Couple solutions we can.. but can avoid if we can change the path. 1. Create a servlet to catch `/api/assets` calls and process2. Add dispatcher rule

OS. CentOS 7 (via Windows Subsystem for Linux).HostOS: Windows 10 .AEM Version: 6.4. Need a "PDF" button to save form as PDF. (Forms.exe won't start...likely needs Acrobat) My co-worker has this working in Windows 10/AEM Forms. I can migrate to that, but looking into a solution for WSL/CentOS/headless. Thanks so much,-Joel

HiI can see a number of rules within a typology, but a lot are set to have an execution order of '50'Where this occurs, is there any logic to which order these will be processed in, or will that order be random?ThanksStephen

AEM forms 6.5 (Centos) Using Decimal, num{z9.99%} does not show percentage after decimal. Input is 0.6503. Should show "65.03%". Shows "65.00%", Docs https://help.adobe.com/en_US/AEMForms/6.1/DesignerHelp/WS92d06802c76abadb-56c02439129b8b00ebc-7ecf.2.html  Say it should. I can use a JS solution, but that kind of defeats the purpose.i.e. (Number(num/100).toLocaleString(undefined,{style: 'percent', minimumFractionDigits:2});) Suggestions? Thanks...Joel
