When the nurture program's status is set to '2 Engaged - Success', does the campaign members progress through the flow and receive the rest of the emails form the track? Say for instance there are 4 emails in the nurture track and the contact did some activity after they receive email 2 that marked their program status as Success. Would they still be receiving email 3 & 4?

Are there any requirement on how the KEYWORD's for SMS auto replies should be configured in the ACS external accounts for SMS channel.Auto replies are working for keywords like STOP/START & SUBSCRIBE/UNSUBSCRIBE but not for OPT-IN/OPT-OUT.is it because of the hyphen in the OPT-IN/OPT-OUT keywords?

1) My understanding is that in order to send an email using Dynamic Content, the template has to be built within a  Workflow in order for the DC to work. Is this correct?2) When I try to send a test email from a template in a workflow, I never receive them (even though the summary says they're delivered). Why is this? I don't have this issue testing regular templates.3) When I have my dynamic content template in a workflow, I need to build the audience based on A) an imported list, or B) data in the Account table. Neither of these come up as an option in the build query node. Why is that and how do I access it?  It just seems that when I put my template into a workflow so that I can use dynamic content, I am then faced with other limitations.

Hello everyone, I am comparing Approx count Distinct Visitor that is calculate on Customer ID with Unique Visitor. When I compare these two values I expect a Unique Visitor > Approx count Distinct but in some cases, it is smaller. Any suggestion? Thanks

When I call the API, all I get is this error:{ "error": "server error" }In the console of code editor, I seeinfo: 500: server error Logs aren't updating too. Is there anything I can do to get more information on the error ?

I have created a Adobe IO runtime project based on firefly template. I have added Adobe Analytics API in my console.adobe.io. While creating the project thru AIO, it has created a sample action which fetches collections from adobe analytics. Problem 1: When I open this app using localhost:9080, I get this error in ForwardRef($f01f0d1066865f7027d77d32f5de6fe$var$Picker) (created by App) in ModalProvider (created by ForwardRef($bc3300334f45fd1ec62a173e70ad86$var$Provider)) in I18nProvider (created by ForwardRef($bc3300334f45fd1ec62a173e70ad86$var$Provider)) in ForwardRef($bc3300334f45fd1ec62a173e70ad86$var$Provider) (created by ForwardRef($d618213cd07bac427c632ce5c90d7$var$Form)) in form (created by ForwardRef($d618213cd07bac427c632ce5c90d7$var$Form)) in ForwardRef($d618213cd07bac427c632ce5c90d7$var$Form) (created by App) in div (created by ForwardRef($f9fee2c1db386bde8f28b36a814d1eb2$var$Flex)) in ForwardRef($f9fee2c1db386bde8f28b36a814d1eb2$var$Fle

Our team want to update bulk lead via custom API. what will be correct JSON to update lead based on dedupe field as email address.

Hello there, First, here is a little bit of context for you. We have a product where we can see some tickets coming from the back-end system. Each ticket contain an information that means for how long the ticket has been in the system in minutes. When the ticket has been handled, we close it using a button (tracked with an event). Now, i've been asked if it possible to know the average time it took to close a ticket in our Adobe Workspace.  So, at first i was thinking that using a Calculated Metrics wich could be some thing like that := ((Dimension value = 1 * number of occurences of that value)+(Dimension value = 2 * number of occurences of that value)) / Total of occurences  The thing is that dimension could return me an infinite (ish) numbers of value (as we can have ticket solved in 2min or in 2880min (2 days), and if we look at the calcul that i thought about, i would have to create 2880 items in my calculated metric (No thanks!). Do you

I have added a new property of digitial assets to indexed. To force re-indexing, I had to manually update the damLucene node and set reindex to true. If we want to deploy this change on a cloud services application, we will need to ask the node to be manually updated. Is there an admin utility to force re-index without need for the manual node udpate?

Hello All - Following clientlibs are getting loaded in publish eventhough it is not added as part of our project specific clientlibs. Becasue of these clientlibs loading, it is causing issues with project specific clientlibs. is there a way to restrict these clientlibs in publish. /etc.clientlibs/clientlibs/granite/jquery.min.js/etc.clientlibs/clientlibs/granite/jquery/granite.min.js/etc.clientlibs/foundation/clientlibs/jquery.min.js

Hello All - I am using experience fragment in AEM 6.5. Below files are not required but they get added in the publish instance even if it is not part of my include clientlib category. Will need to make an email blast for the Account/Company list that we have identified for the campaign. I have been asked to pull the top 5 contacts associated with every Account/Company list that we are targeting. We will be identifying the top contacts based on the behavioural score which is a measure of how well they engage with our marketing assets. Please advise, thanks.

I have created an experience fragment template(editable) by inheriting from the "cq/experience-fragments/components/xfpage". However I am not using scripts from the parent component in rendering. Everything looks good in the final html page source while I preview in a disabled mode.  However when I export this to Target, I can see the content has got the below client libraries present and I have found that this is coming from the /libs/wcm/foundation/components/page/headlibs.html which is the parent of "cq/experience-fragments/components/xfpage". I am able to get rid of the client includes by overlaying this file and omitting the line <sly data-sly-call="${clientLib.all @ categories='cq.foundation-main'}" />. Now it is a lot cleaner. <div><link rel="stylesheet" href="http://localhost:4503/etc.clientlibs/foundation/clientlibs/main.css" type="text/css"><script type="text/javascript" src="http://localhost:4503/etc.clientlibs/clientlibs/granite

Session session = getRequest().getResourceResolver().adaptTo(Session.class);UserManager userManager = getResource().adaptTo(UserManager.class);Authorizable auth = userManager.getAuthorizable(session.getUserID());userId = auth.getID(); So I have the code above to get the  currently logged in username in my local AEM instance.  In my testing, session.getUserID() = auth.getID(). I feel that using session.getUserID() should be sufficient in trying to get the username of the currently logged in user. In our stage and production environments, we have SSO setup and we're using Okta as our provider. Is there anything I need to change in my code to make it better? Thanks

Hi , We have requirement in our project (6.3)to create a form with fields like singline text, multiline text, selection, submit, reset and captcha along with email action(triggering email after submission). Currently we have AEM sites license. And I am able to create adaptive forms in my cq server with above fields without having form license.Could anyone please let me know do I need separate form license in order to create form with above fields. And without the extra license can we acheive the above form requirement with core components or OOTB form components ? Please share your thoughts on this.

I have a custom multifield in page properties which is saving values as json. I am working on AEM 6.3. I am able to add the values in dialog , and on save, it is getting saved as expected in crx/de and reflects on page properly. But next time when I open the dialog, the values are not getting populated with the latest value authored. The dialog is working fine if it is added as component dialog. This is happening when it is a part of page properties.  However, when I hard reload the page, the dialog gets updated with the new values. Please share you thoughts on this or if anyone has faced such issue.
