Hi all experts, I need a suggestion from the great minds out here.I am trying to implement a way by which I can format content rendered from a third party source into my email delivery. For example, I use the following code<%@ include file="anyThirdPartyUrl" %> in my email delivery, which renders some content. But I want to format the content before it is displayed in the customer's inbox. What I tried was to call this "anyThirdPartyUrl" in a Jssp, format it the way I want and then call the Jssp URL in the email delivery like this<%@ include file="jsspInMyMktInstance" %> But this resulted in an error (failed to call/load directive). Not sure if this is at all possible, and I need some advice for the same. Some more info: The third party URL returns a JSON, which I need to format and display in an HTML block (as images, text and links), for which I tried to use a Jssp in the middle. Not all email clients/users have javascript enabled, that is why all format

I am trying to change the access level for one of our users and I get the following error: "This user has already been provisioned for proofing on another Workfront account". I believe this is due to a demo instance of Workfront that we still have running. What is the proper way to resolve this?

Hi everyone,While creating a connection with external database I am getting following error in AEM;{"jsonrpc":"2.0","id":"1592592345532","error":{"code":-32001,"message":"Could not establish connection: Could not create connection to database server. Attempted reconnect 3 times. Giving up.","data":{"exceptionTypeName":"org.apache.metamodel.MetaModelException","message":"Could not establish connection: Could not create connection to database server. Attempted reconnect 3 times. Giving up."}}} FYI.., Database at localhost is working fine but while connecting database from another IP I am not able to create a connection. Please help me to figure out the issue. I have not found any error in the logs but in the browser console I got the above mentioned error. I just checked and found that the DB user I was using to connect with AEM data-source has no access to required database. Now issue has been resolved after giving database access permission to db user but only on AEM localhost

When trying to do a hello world of a Firefly app, I am able to install the app using the Adobe I/O CLI, that works fine now.But when I run `aio app run` and open both the localhost URL and the experience cloud URL, I get the following error:   I haven't modified any code. Here are the errors in the browser console: localhost: experience cloud:

Hi Guys,Please suggest a way to make this scenario work?Flow/Requirement:1. Start workflow on a pdf .2. Added dialog participant step to either deploy immediately or to schedule the workflow.3. Added dialog participant step with a multi-field which has a path browser field in it, to attach pages/assets.Approach we followed:1. Added process step to create a workflow packager and add those attached pages/assets from multifield dialog .2. If the approver rejects the flow, the initiator needs to modify the attached pages/assets in the workflow packager.Question:1. Unable to modify the attached files in the multifield dialog participant step, as it doesn't retain the attached files which are stored under metadata.2. Any other way to resolve this issue?

Hello - This requirement is in Prod website and not in Author instance. there is a dynamic component in the page. On selection of the state drop down, The content needs to be refreshed/changed according to the selection. The component is basically a Multifield component with reference/path to the content fragment Path/variation for each state. In the JCR node level of the page, we capture only the content fragment path and states, and not the actual content of the CF.  Whenever I change the state, I have to refresh the browser to see the updated content. I am looking for ways to dynamically change the content based on selection.I know this can be done via AJAX, can someone provide some light on this or any other way. Any samples will be greatly helpful.

Hi,  I found I can see the old reference page list but can't see any new's in metadataeditor.external.html. Do you have any suggestions that how do I troubleshoot problems? 1. It doesn't seems ReferenceSearch.class issue, cause I can see the old reference page list.2. It also doesn't seems to be a path permission issue.3. Didn't change any code for this feature.Following attachments is for another asset. The usage was updated but the reference page list is empty.

Hi  I am the same guy who asked the question below: https://nation.marketo.com/t5/Product-Discussions/How-could-I-see-the-data-or-text-in-Program-member-custom-fields/td-p/301539   I accidentally put the program member to "Not in Program" once, and changed the status to "registered" right after I noticed. But now, the text in "the Program Member custom field" became empty.   Would the text in Program Member custom field be dissapear if I moved the program member to "Not in Program" like this case? It would be appreciated if someone could tell me how to see this again.    Thanks

How to built custom metric for a specific time

We are using Marketo to let people register for On-site trainings. The desired experience is that they register, then they get reminder emails 7 days before the event, then 5 days before the event. I'm using wait steps with date tokens to accomplish this, but I'm not sure what will happen if someone were to register at say 5 days before the event? I'm hoping that it will just skip the 7 day email and wait until the 2 day email?

Hoping someone on here can help me out of a conundrum. We are trying to remove all Admin sessions from our application, but are stuck with a few due to JCR Access Denied exceptions. Specifically, when we try to create AEM groups or users with a service user we get an Access Denied exception. Here is a piece of code written to isolate the problem:private void testUserCreation2() { String groupName = "TestingGroup1"; Session session = null; ResourceResolver resourceResolver = null; String createdGroupName = null; try { Map<String, Object> param = new HashMap<String, Object>(); param.put(ResourceResolverFactory.SUBSERVICE, "userManagementService"); resourceResolver = resourceResolverFactory.getServiceResourceResolver(param); session = resourceResolver.adaptTo(Session.class); // Create UserManager Object final UserManager userManager = AccessControlUtil.getUserManager(session); // Create a Group LOGGER.info("Attempting

Hi,I'm creating a workflow and using "Dialog Participant Step". As part of the dialog I've created a multifield.I want to open a dialog which display AEM Inbox (/aem/inbox) or display list of workflow items. Also I want to select WF Item and store into the field. Really appreciate any help on this. Thanks,Ritesh

I did not see a specific answer to this question.  I saw a few similar, but not exactly.  Please do not send me to adobe documentation because they don't cover this for adobe campaign classic and I've spent hours reading their sms documentation. We are sending short notification sms for home delivery updates and we are working with Netsize/Link Mobility on this implementation.  This is what a text looks like: Your Whirlpool delivery is on track for tomorrow between <%= rtEvent.ctx.deliveryStartTimeSH %> - <%= rtEvent.ctx.deliveryEndTimeSH %>. Track your delivery status <%= rtEvent.ctx.trackOrderLink %> The rtEvent.ctx.trackOrderLink is a very long link and has been configured to shorten the url with our short domain name.   So it will look something like this:   https:\\whirl.us\xyzxyz We want to tag this link so we can track the call to action (CTA).   1)  Can we add a _label at the end o
