At the moment we download our list in the format  tab delimited. Afterwards we import that list into excel and have to change the format of the column with phonenumbers from number to text.    Is there a way that we can change the column format already in Marketo.    Thanks for your help

Hi, I have a hidden field on a form that populates the related product when someone fills out a form, for example Product A. Now, if that same person fills out another form related to another product, Product B, I would like to collect the information on the hidden field as: Product A, Product B, Product C... instead of having the recent value overwriting the first one. This will help us understand the products the prospect is interested in. The hidden field I have created is a string. Is this possible? Thanks a lot in advance

Hi All, Can someone explain me please how to explain me how to transfer a file from a workflow when it runs to a Google Drive folder via a file transfer or a web download activity ?Thanks

I made program member custom fields and use it for event program and the form.   Although, I could not find the result or data in each customer's detail information page. Is there any way that I can see this? Also, I would like to use this in mail as token.   Thank you.

I have a form with a few fields where my users will enter content.  It is my intent to limit the amount to text entered, but rather than add a character limit, I would like add some word count counter feature with the field.  Something like (150 of 300 words used) so the user knows they are approaching the word limit.  I would prefer a word limit over a character limit as I want to provide guidance rather than forced limitation. Thanks

Hi , Can some one provide me some guidelines on how to prepare for Adobe Target Business Practioner certification. Planning to give it in upcoming weeks. Where do i get sample questions, what kind of questions are asked , etc ? Thanks

I re-drafted my profile schema and tried to re-publish the profile schema. While preparing I am getting the following error message.SOP-330011 Error while executing the method 'GenerateCusResource' of service 'xtk:builder'.XML-110018 Error while parsing XML string ''(1:1) : Invalid document structure16384Cannot find the '' resource in the '' version API.Generating 'Profiles (profile)' resource.I even tried deleting the drafted profile schema and extend it again. But profile is not appearing in the list of available schemas available to be extended. In the workflow logs I started to see the error message "Cannot find the 'profile' resource in the 'head' version API.".

We are using AEM Forms 6.5 for document conversion. We got this error when trying to convert a docx-file - 07:46:31,337 ERROR [com.adobe.pdfg.GeneratePDFImpl] (default task-14) ALC-PDG-001-000-ALC-PDG-060-001-Microsoft Word could not set the "ShowRevisionsAndComments" property. This could happen if the submitted document is protected. We tried with a password protected file but that gave us a different error msg. Any ideas? regards Tommy

Hi All, Is there a way to process incoming emails to a particular account, it seems there is an Email Inbound Activity in Classic (https://final-docs.campaign.adobe.com/doc/AC/en/WKF_Repository_of_activities_Event_activities.html#Inbound_Emails). Anyway we can process emails from an inbox.Use case is to be able to unsubscribe profiles if they email a specific email address. Thanks

The sync between Marketo and SFDC  happens every 5 minutes but what happens if we have a new record in Marketo e.g. via list upload that corresponds to a similar record in SFDC.  How will the synch reconcile it is a record that already exists in SFDC?  Is it based on an email address match?   For example: Scenario 1: We get a new record for  Jane Smith, smith@yahoo.com in Marketo.  There is a contact called John Smith in SFDC with the same email address (smith@yahoo.com).  What happens?  Does the SFDC data overwrite the info in Marketo so that the new Marketo person/lead is now John Smith?   Scenario 2:  We get a new record for  Jane Smith, smith@yahoo.com in Marketo.   There is already a Jane Smith in SFDC but with an email smith@gmail.com.  I’m assuming nothing happens?   I think we want info to overwrite per scenario 1 because the email address is the unique person identifier and SFDC info “trumps” Marketo in

Hi all,   With the upcoming Retention Policy Change limiting the lookback period on sent/delivered to 90 days, I am hoping to pick your brains on a workaround for an inactivity trigger we have. Currently, we have a batch Smart Campaign in place where the Smart List looks for leads who are at least 180 days old, have been delivered at least 6 emails, and haven't opened any of them. From there, the flow moves them to an unengaged list.   I am wondering how to adjust this moving forward, knowing that the "Was Delivered" filter will only look back on the past 90 days, as opposed to the 180 days. I don't specifically use "Date of Activity" as a constraint but I assume it is implied. I also tried to apply the inactive example from the provided FAQ but I don't know that it applies to our situation. If it does, not sure how to adjust for our situation.    One way I did think of was adding any leads who are 'unengaged' at create date = 90D to something like a 'risk' lis

Currently we have 300,000 marketable email addresses in our Marketo Instance. We would like to send email to them but in batches. For example first we send to 50,000 users and then we send next email to those + another 50,000 users.  What is the best way to do this? Shall we create batches in random? Or what is the best and simple way to do that.

I am a new intern and I need to integrate an Adobe Sensei service into my app. I tried to call the API directly an it gave me an 'API-key invalid' error. I tried to follow this document : https://helpx.adobe.com/marketing-cloud-core/kb/adobe-io-authentication-step-by-step.html.This document asks me to integrate the 'Adobe Target' API to Adobe io. But this particular API is disabled on my account (as you can see in the attached image). Kindly give me an insight into how to solve this issue?P.S. : This is the service I need to integrate in my app : https://wiki.corp.adobe.com/pages/viewpage.action?spaceKey=SenseiContentFramework&title=Text+Placement+Service

We use the Privacy Service API to delete user data as per GDPR. Today our requests stopped working. They now report a 403 status and error message "API Key is Invalid". Our API Key hasn't changed and I've confirmed it matches the API Key within the console.adobe.io. Can you help us understand why please?

Hello, I need a help of the specialist of Marketo.  We have different forums of Marketo to treat our leads. For exemple, one form for validate lead and another to add a mission information before it can be send to CRM. Today, I have had an anomaly. I filled out one form and than I opened another form to add a mission information. In result, the information which was send by Webhook to our CRM represented the mix of information from the first form and the seconde. When I analyse Activity Log of person I see that there are information which was added from another form.   How is it possible ? I think that two forms were opened on my laptop in the same time. Can it be the problem ? Thank for any help !

Hello! I'm new to using Marketo and I currently have an interesting moment set up where whenever someone clicks a link in an email it is marked as an interesting moment. However, I need to create an exclusion in the campaign that would prevent a spambot clicking on an email link to be marked as an interesting moment. How would this be done?    Thanks for any guidance/help!   Sabrina

I need to build a form to allow people to subscribe for an event, with the option that someone can subscribe 5 extra colleagues as well. What would be the best process for this? Do I need to create sufficient fields in the backend? ( I need First Name, Last Name, email )What happens when someone has been added as extra? Will the extra person be created automatically in the database as a lead? Will I be able to send some emails?   Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi,Any tips on best practices or personal experiences/challenges to share when integrating Marketo with GA? I have read through this great post on the Champion blog a while ago: Google Analytics and Marketo: Events and Forms and APIs, Oh My! It's great but there are also quite a few other posts about linking GA Client ID to the Lead ID via JavaScript to a form hidden field. What would be the most efficient way to do the linking between both IDs? Any cool solutions anybody would want to share that they achieved with the API and Webhooks?Thanks!/Erik

We are sending data from two websites to the same report suite and this has caused issues with marketing channels, as we need two sets of marking channel rules for each website in the report suite. I was told to set up a virtual report suite for one of the sites but it doesn't seem I can set up new marketing channels in a virtual report suite. What is the best way to fix this?  Should I set up classifications in the new virtual report suite?

Hello everyone! Hopefully, someone knows the solution to this, or could at least lead me in the right direction. We have forms throughout our website whether that be webinars/promos etc. What we want to do is have a "known visitor" form if they've filled out one of our forms in the past. Since there is GDPR want to make sure we're covered by adding an opt-in checkbox for email. I read a few discussions already and seemed to still be having issues trying to get this to work in the way I want.   So we have this regular form:   What we want to happen is more like this once we know they're a "known visitor" (yes, I photoshopped this haha):  If anyone can help with this, I'd be forever grateful!    Thank you for your time and effort 😄 -Michael
