Hi,Our AEM application is running on 6.5.3. On system overview dashboard, under Sling Jobs, we can see large number of sling jobs either failed or cancelled. Please find below attached image. We need to analyze these jobs in details. Where we can find these sling jobs details? Is there any logs which are specific to these sling jobs?

I'm trying to find out the list of reports that may be available in Adobe Campaign Classic OOTB which shows various metrics related to Push Notification Channel (Campaign Performance, Delivery etc). Would you be able to help point to the associated documentation or share the details? Thanks,Archit

Hi there, I have an XML file which, among other things, contains a list of images (URLs for where they are currently stored).  Is it possible to setup an automated process to load this XML file into AC, pull the images and then upload them into the AC Public Resources folder? Thanks in advance.

Business need is to track UTM parameter details on non-Marketo landing page and to achieve this we have created one time process mytoken as well as used system campaign token. Now, our stakeholder also want to capture email name in the UTM parameter but they do not like mytoken approach as it is need to update every time when new email or program is created. Does anyone have alternate solution for this use case?

How can I know where a my.token is used?   I would like to delete a my.token but I'm getting alert that the token is already used. However I cannot find any occurence in any of my local assets. Is there a way to locate where the token has been added?

Hi,   I'm new to Marketo and trying to edit an email template. I'm getting this error when trying to edit the code, "Limited Access: You do not have sufficient privileges to perform this action."   Anyone know how to solve this?   Thanks,

The form loads on other computers in all browsers, but for some reason on this specific computer (2009 macbook pro) we're getting a 403 back from the request. If I copy and paste the Request URL into the browser it works. If it was just this one computer we would let it be, but we recently received some feedback from a customer saying they had issues with the form not loading on their mac too.Anyone have any ideas?

hey everyone,   I'm running into some racing issues between Marketo <> SFDC sync. We have our programs and campaigns sync'd and SFDC is handling all assignment of leads. I'm having issues specifically where new leads are sync'd "too fast" from Marketo to SFDC and thus assigned to a rep before all the necessary info (for lead assignment) from Marketo is populated and are sometimes being assigned to the wrong rep.   Any idea on how to remedy this?

Hi,    We have a 2-part webinar planned and users will have the option to register for one date or both dates. I understand that Marketo does not support recurring webinars from Zoom, so I would love your advice on how to set this up?    The ideal user journey would be: 1. Sent registration email 2. Visit LP and chooses the dates they want to attend by filling the form 2a. If chooses only one date - receive confirmation, reminders etc for that date only2b. If chooses both dates - receive confirmation for both and reminders for both   Looking forward to hearing if anyone has built something similar in the past.    Thanks!

Hey everyone,    Had a question for you all. If I'm trying to create a suppression list of all contacts at accounts who have had an opportunity created (won/lost/open - don't care) since Jan 1, 2019  - it seems to me the best way to do it is:    Has Opportunity = True Was added to Opportunity on or after 1/1/2019   However, that only grabs the contacts on the opportunity, is there any way to expand it to all contacts at accounts with an opportunity created after 1/1/2019?   **I don't have RCE**   Thanks

Hi All,I am trying to create a report template of our latest uploaded articles' performance. What exactly I would like to see on the report is that those articles that were published, let's say last week, how they performed. Is there a way to create an automated latest article module or shall I keep track of the latest articles and manually select them in the report? Thank you very much in advance.

Hello, I'm trying to develop some custom attributes in the workflow and delivery tables as well as modify the forms to include the additional input fields. For each set of attributes there is an extension to the schema. The custom workflow fields are added to the forms and behaving as expected; however, the modifications to the delivery schema/form do not. Using the form successfully updates the record in the table; however, when I reopen the form after saving and closing the window results in the custom attribute values not appearing in the form. This behaviour is difficult to model, but what I've gathered so far (not sure if this helps isolate the issue) is:the fields appear correctly when generating a new delivery (newDelivery form), with default values in place of enumerated fieldsthe fields are never shown whenever viewing the form of a delivery templatead-hoc deliveries created and opened in a workflow have the values showing until logging out and back in  The

For import, my custom MTA is dumping the data in text files, which I map to corresponding fields in adobe for insertion in broadlogrcp table. But I didn't find a way or option to have import / insertions in multiple tables at the same time. Could someone please let me know the steps or attach a snap pic for better understanding.

Delivery summary report is showing 30% messages were rejected by exclusion rules.Which aspect of campaign needs improvement ?whether a Segmentation or Channel selection?I found this question on internet.Stuck between above two options. What would be the right choice?

Hi Team, I'm upgrading my core components to 2.9.0, is it mandatory to have 6.5.4 service pack for it?As per documentation https://github.com/adobe/aem-core-wcm-components They mentioned , system requirement as 6.5.4+ , I've 6.5.3 installed and i couldn't find any issue so far with 2.9.0 core component. Can someone confirm if it's fine to proceed?

I have developed tabbed module component in AEM 6.5.When I have selected the bullet point  in any text then it has appear in the dialog but when clicked the save  then bullet points are not rendered to the page. PFB Screenshot. When I clicked the save button bullets points not rendered to the page.node structure of rte-Config:When I have seen this rte-Config node here externalStyleSheets presented and when I went to this path (/etc/design/microsites/clientlibs/editorial.css )no editorial.css presented.I think styled property has applied in editorial.css but from where I found this file.In above image(inside clientlibs) no editorial.css folder presented.

My knowledge of Sling and AEM is improving, but I'm still confused about a lot. I have components and templates that produce HTML using JSP. The last part of the path looks like this in CRX/DE: something/jcr:content/contentnode contentnode has sling:resourceType=foundation/components/parsysjcr:content has sling:resourceType=/apps/myapp/components/siteoutput/default/topicpagesomething has jcr:primaryType=cq:Page If I click on something, html is loaded into the browser with the last part of the path being something.html So is the html only created when someone loads the node something into a web browser, or is it stored somewhere? I mean aside from any web server/web app caching.

Hi,Does anyone have an idea how the getMirrorURL() expression can be used? located under category "Other".It requires a value as parameter to be passed with it, trying to figure out what that would be? which could result into giving individual mirror urls for n number of records in workflow. Thanks in advance!
