Hello,Reading the AAM documentation I understand that changing a trait rule does not affect the population that was already in that trait. For example, if I set a trait rule: var_1 == 'x'  and after a week I change it to var_1 == 'y' Then users that were already inside with value 'x' will not be suppressed from the trait and will remain there (until the expiration in days specified under advanced options)But what happens on segments if I change the Segment rule?for example, segment rule is based on trait id = 11223344and after a week I change the segment rule to be based on a new trait id = 55667788Will it immediately exclude everyone that was originally in that segment? Will the segment population will drop to 0 until the new trait will start populating? Thanks,Sagi

Hello all,I have an implementation question for you:1) How is it possible to send a push notification to a user/device without having him/her on Recipient table? It would be sufficient to have a different TARGET MAPPING? If so, how should I configure it? Could you give an example?2) Is it possible to extend App Subscription table with additional information passed by the mobile app (in order to have a minimal personalization in the notification template)Thank you so much!SalvatorePS: exclude transactional push notification as a solutionJean-Serge Biron@VapsyAmit KumarAdhiyanAnanya Kuthiala@Garima_Gakhar

I have set up my Marketing Cloud ID service for a web property to get data about visitor ids. Where do I get the information about visitor ID's in Adobe analytics Analytics.

Hello Community,Probably a silly question, but is there a smart list filter that will send a specific email to contacts depending on their title?best, mark

I work in Higher Educational Publishing and we use Engagement Programs a lot. Since our selling season is in line with college semesters, things slow down in the summer and the winter. My team likes to take a look at any emails in our Engagement Programs that have not deployed to anyone yet once the semester is over and plan to send them at the beginning of the following semester. We have a lot of products and a lot of customers so our streams are often full of content and it will take quite a while to look through this manually. So, I'm looking for a way to run a report on emails that have not deployed to anyone yet. Is this possible?

I'm looking at some Email Performance Reports that I created last year and the numbers have changes dramatically. e.g. when I checked one particular report in November last year the total sent number was: 799,535 (now 662,867) and the average open rate was 18.0% (now 22.3%) . These reports have been untouched and we haven't deleted any programs. We cleaned our database and deleted some records in November. Would this have meant that these records have been removed from our email performance reports and changed the numbers?

Hello,I have an interesting scenario and I'm curious to see how others might approach this use case...I'm trying to set up a campaign with 3 emails in the flow. Email 1 is sent after 3 days of being in a state of "Offline," Email 2 is sent after 10 total days, and email 3 is sent after 30 total days and then the user is actually removed from our program. The tricky part is, people can come in and out of this "Offline" state, but if they come out, the whole campaign would need to start over for that user because it also starts over in our database to remove them.I'm currently thinking of setting up a "check" every day with a wait step + remove from flow if they are no longer on this Offline smart list. So, the campaign would be triggered off their state changing to an Offline status, then the flow would be:Wait 1 dayRemove from flow if no longer a member of this smart list x 3 for 3 daysSend email 1Wait 1 dayRemove from flow if no longer a member of this smart list x 7 for 10 total daysSe

To begin, I'm still a novice with Marketo, please bear with me. I would appreciate it if you explain it to me like the six year old Einstein refers to .TL:DR; Marketo is sending a single email from my batch send at random dates/times, does anyone know why? Background to the problem:I'm playing around in "Revenue Explorer" to see how my email sends are going for a webinar series. I send invites out for the bi-weekly (1 in 2 weeks) series on the Monday the webinar occurs. In doing so there, I noticed in the report that there were 1 off email sends during different times of the week. I tried looking further into these emails, some of the emails not even existing in the program that is going to be sending it the week of. I'm wondering why these emails are going off, and what is the system doing?I'd be more understanding if it was different sends on the Monday, but some of the sends seem random around the week or sometimes not even the week of the webinar. Technically, it's ok, because it is

I have a data element that captures a value from the digitalData as a decimal type and stores it in a Custom event. This value is 0.05. In AA settings > I have this event setup as a Numeric type [as the other options are counter or currency]In Cloud Debugger and AA reports, I'm seeing this decimal value converted to 0. Hi,I'm working with the DAM in my version of AEM and I've created metadata schemas for some folders in which I've added dropdown fields with different values a user can select to add to their file's metadata. I'm wondering, is it okay that these values have special characters and spaces in them? For example, we have one value has both its display text and value as, "Aerospace & Defense." Has anyone run into this issue?

Hallo together, We would like to change the Adobe Tag Manager to Launch.I have to press the button. Are there any other points ?  Thx.

I was told that Marketo limits Sync to Salesforce with "Use Auto Assignment Rules" ONCE per lead.  That this would be the reason we are having problems with our auto-assignment...if this isn't even allowed, these leads would always stay in the first assigned location. I just find this hard to believe.  The Auto-assignment rules set up in sfsc by this company are putting "New/Open" leads into a Marcom Queue, then once they are MQLd, they should be moved to a Business Unit Queue, depending on the Business Unit.  This would require calling up the Use Auto Assignment Rules more than once.  Is this possible?  Are there limitations to this? Thanks for your help here.

Marketo/Salesforce geniuses... I'm struggling with assignment rules and could use your help.Previously we had one SDR in the UK, one in the US and one which handled all other leads. This meant it was easy to specifically assign to the correct lead owner on sync to Salesforce. (e.g. When Lead Fills out Trial form....If country is US > Assign to Matt; If country is UK > Assign to Zach). We're now growing our sales teams however, and we've had to ditch the above to use SF auto-assignment rules instead. Problem is, if the lead is NOT NEW to Salesforce, but should be considered a new Sales-ready lead, it will already have a lead owner, and the auto assignment logic will mean that these leads get assigned to the existing owner rather than the appropriate SDR. We've had leads being assigned to customer success team-members, and marketing users, when they should be in the hands of the SDRs.We're thinking of introducing a sync between our Marketing programs and SF campaigns for attribution

Hi,I need assistance about Cart Abandonment trigger settings.I explain the procedure that I have made to set the trigger campaign.- I set a trigger in Experience Cloud- I created a Trigger event in Adobe Campaign on the trigger created before. I set Targeting dimension Real-time event and then I published the trigger.- I modified the transactional mail created after the publishing and I published the template.I tried to test that trigger but it didn't work. When a trigger arrived, in "show trigger report" appeared these errors:It seem that my email isn't recognized with my profile in Adobe Campaign. We check in administration>application setting > Shared data sources and there is the Delered ID data source that use declered id as reconciliation process. We change the priority of Data Source to 1 respect the Visitor ID Data Source but it didn't work.In the trigger report (attached some rows up) in Data Source ID appears the Visitor ID ID and not the correct Declered ID. It seem that

Hi there,I am trying to convert my components over to the HTL/Sightly instead of JSP, and I'm running into a road block.I'd prefer to do the HTL using Javascript-Use API instead of Java-Use because I am more familiar with JS.My new JS code below errors out:"Can't find method com.myproject.aem.util.GlobalUtils.userCanReadRedirectTarget(java.lang.Class,org.mozilla.javascript.Undefined).Any ideas why?In the old JSP, I have this:boolean isUnlocked = GlobalUtils.userCanReadRedirectTarget(resourceResolver, linkPath);if(!isUnlocked) {    // do something here} In the new JS file, I have this:"use strict";var GlobalUtils = Packages.com.myproject.aem.util.GlobalUtils;var ResourceResolver = Packages.org.apache.sling.api.resource.ResourceResolver;use(function() {        var linkPath = properties.get("linkPath");    var isUnlocked = GlobalUtils.userCanReadRedirectTarget(ResourceResolver, linkPath);            return {        isUnlocked: isUnlocked    };    }); Thanks in advance!
