Anyone been able to figure out how to remove/delete/change commit dates using Fusion. WF has/had an annoying habit of setting the commit date to the planned CPL date when a user self-assigns themselves to a task and it's PITA to clean up.......

Hi! I feel like there must be an easy solution for this but I am coming up short so I'm hopeful someone here might have a suggestion for me. I am building new dashboards for a group of users from the individual, team lead and group lead perspective. I am trying to make it so that the filters don't have to be manually edited any time we have a change in reporting lines, by using the wildcard filters.  Here's my challenge. If I use the assignment users home team ID equals = $$USER.homeTeamID that is assuming that the user viewing the report has the same home team as their direct reports that I want them to see data for. That's not the case, they may have a different home team than their direct reports, because they report to someone else. How do I go about making it such that in this scenario, they can still see work for their direct reports without having to use the assigned to ID equals filter and having versions for each team lead? This is what I am trying to

We have an onboarding journey with multiple email steps. A series of 6 emails are sent after some delay times between them which we have set up already. We also want to include one more email that can be sent anytime they receive their offers during this onboarding phase. For that we made an audience to check if they have offers. But we want to make sure this email is sent only once(as a user can reach this step multiple times) and write a condition such that if they have already received this email dont send to them. Is there a way in the journey we can add a step that can achieve the above?Or please let us know if you have any better approaches to do it.

Hi all, I was trying to understand few details about Form Bridge API. When we render an XDP form as HTML5 form and need an external application that is hosting this form to interact with it, it is suggested to use FormBridgeAPI.  To have these APIs embedded in the form, should we include the Form Bridge API object that is available under custom object library in AEM Forms designer ? I did not find more information on the flow. What is the pre-requisite to start using FormBrdige APIs on a HTML5 Form ? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Abhishek

Hello all! We would like to create a whole page and then move it to the existing place and URL in our sites structure at the same live site. In other words, we would like to change out an existing live site with one we have built in a different AEM location.  Is there an existing workflow around this? Any advice or potential pitfalls experienced authors can see here? (we don't want the existing site down at any point, we are concerned about impacting references of existing site, etc.) Thanks in advance!Nichole

We have users who are unable to see the Risks tab on projects. After some experimentation it seems that the Risks tab is tied to view access on Financial Data (which the access level for these users doesn't have). Can this be right? If so, this makes no sense to me.We definitely don't want these users (engineers) to be able to view financials, but they need to have access to Risks. Is there a way around this?

My colleagues are having trouble and I can't figure out what is going wrong. When I convert to Project, I am always named the owner of the project. For some reason, when they convert them, they are NOT recorded as the owner, the person who loaded the Issues/Requests to Workfront is recorded as the owner and they need to manually change it each time. Is there something I am missing??

Hi Community, Is there any way to remove or hide the "Converted To" field in the My Requests Widget? I've looked through layout templates and it doesn't appear to be an option yet. ThanksMatt

I'm working on AEM as a cloud service. I want to modify the timeline view of the content like the activity title modification or hiding some activity title. Is there any way we can do that. And also where these jsp or components located in aem crx if I want to overlay.

I can easily search and find files in WF, but how do I tell where that file is stored within a project? For instance, which project folder, task, etc? Thanks,Dave

Hello Community -- Is it possible to change the width of columns in Column View in Assets in AEMaaCS? We have lengthy folder/file names that become truncated by the default column width. We have user requests to be able to change the column width so that we can see the full folder/file names. I tried following the instructions in this post: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/tree-view-hiding-page-names-asset-names/m-p/379796 but it didn't work, and I'm not sure if the solution was for AEMaaCS.  Any help is appreciated.

Hi All, I am attempting to store contextual data within the propositionVisitor schema or, if feasible, the Visitor schema using the storage feature available in the offer space. Please see the attached screenshot for further details. Could someone confirm whether storage is possible for Visitors, or is it restricted to identified recipients only?I have extended both the interaction and propositionVisitor schemas to include new attributes, and I can successfully use these attributes for offer eligibility. Offers are being proposed successfully following this configuration without any errors.  ThanksSankar

Hi all - how we can put a validation rule in a number field in Adobe Workfront so we can prevent people from entering £0  - ideally, we need to flag and not allow the user to save the custom form.  any ideas?  @moniqueevans not sure if you already answered this on the chat of one of the WF community calls (can't access it anymore) 😞 any guidance will be much appreciated! Kind regards, Priscila

Dear Community, I have created an ExperienceEvent Schema and tried to ingest data into the dataset. However I have ran into a problem during batch data ingestion. We went back and recheck both the file and the schema and still we were unable to resolve the issue and still get the same error. Image attaches below are the error that we are facing. Please guide us onto how we could resolve this issue. Please let me know if you need anymore information.Sching

Hi - I am following the below documentation for setting up an API connection from CJA to PowerBI using PostgresSQL. I am using the expiring credentials for now to test what I want to see in Power BI before setting up the non-expiring credentials. When I try to connect the PostgresSQl to PowerBI, I keep receiving this error. My credentials are not expired. Has anyone received this same error message? If so, can you please provide what steps you took to troubleshoot? I have tried to troubleshoot myself and have not been able to figure out what to do.

I am looking for suggestion if anyone has implemented the associated API call for non-Marketo form. What can be the workaround to fetch the cookie value from the website when user fill-out non-Marketo form so that I can call lead creation API as well as associated API back-to-back. The Munchkin code is already deployed across website pages.

Hi everyoneI need to clarify the difference in criteria between BOUNCE and SINGLE PAGE VISITS metrics in the Dimension component in Adobe Analytics.According to the Components Guide:The BOUNCE metric is defined as "the number of visits that contain exactly one hit." However, it is counted as SINGLE PAGE VISITS if link tracking calls are executed during the visit. The SINGLE PAGE VISITS metric is defined as "the number of visits where the page dimension did not change throughout the visit."So, for exampleWhen examining BOUNCE and SINGLE PAGE VISITS values by date:BOUNCE: Refers to instances where someone landed on a page via an ad or organic link but subsequently left the site without generating any additional hits.SINGLE PAGE VISITS: Refers to instances where, after landing on a page via an ad or organic link, the user reloaded (refreshed) the page, clicked on an external tracking link, but did not navigate to another page within the same site.If the above hypothesis is correct,For exam

Good afternoon, I have been shared some projects, when I enter the “Projects” section I can indeed see the list of projects. However, when I try to access the projects I get the following message: “You do not have access to the report suite this project was saved in. Please select another report suite.” What is the reason for this error? Thanks!

Has any one done this or something like it successfully and would you be willing to share your scenario or any tips/guidance with me? Thanks!

New to MSI so trying to understand the ins and outs.. I know the sync is bidirectional between Marketo and MSI. Do we still need to sync each individual marketo program to an SFDC program to get the membership information to sync over?

Hi, Is it possible to find an asset ID for the assets in AEM DAM? Can it be retrieved in the metadata export? Thanks,

Together with other input text, from the form, I have to send an email and add the possibility of attaching a file coming from the DAM. How can I do it?

Our IT PMO is launching a process for IT project budget management and reporting using Workfront.  This includes labor hours, labor cost, and expense, as well as budget, plan, and actual for each. Each IT role has been set with an hourly rate.We had been using one large companywide resource pool, and teams have been using Planner to manage resources - availability, planned, and actual hours.  Having only one large companywide resource pool presented a couple challenges. First, when entering a resource labor budget within the Resource Budgeting section of the Business Case, a long list of companywide roles was listed, making it very unwieldy for a project manager to enter budgeted hours.  Having only 3 months to enter data didn't help.  This would require a lot of scrolling and page turning. Second, only IT roles have rates.  Adding a budget to a role that doesn't have a rate would translate to $0. Therefore, it was advantageous to creat
