Hello Everyone,We’re planning a campaign in which users fill out a form to request a product trial for their customers/prospects. Since a single partner can submit the form multiple times (each time with a different prospect’s details), we need a way to track and separate each submission per partner.Requirements:The form captures prospect details (Name, Company Website, Company Size).A single partner may submit multiple entries for different prospects. We need to track which prospects belong to which partner for reporting.Questions:What’s the best way to track multiple form fills from the same partner? How can we store and report on multiple submissions per partner? What triggers and flows should we use in Marketo to log each submission separately and associate it with the right partner?Would love to hear how others have tackled similar use cases. Any insights or best practices would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, we are gathering data on all workflows in our Adobe Campaign instance and wish to include the execution schedule for workflows which have a "scheduler" activity, e.g. "Triggering at 9:00:00 AM, Daily". Please see attached screenshot. We have been unable to identify a field in the workflow activities schema that provides this string which is shown in the "scheduler" activity.

Our users are not able to see the next page option on the widgets on the home page. Is this happening to anyone else? is there a way to resolve this? you can click on that almost hidden dark spot and it shows up for a second and then slides down before you can click anything. help!

Hi There, I am having an issue that I kicked off one test email to send with one profile, but its action failed saying by the 24 hours reportError reasonErrorsNo email address found in profile1 That's strange because it's populated by looking via profile option with specific namespace and ID. My thought is if emailaddress field was created by my tenantID in schema is properly connecting to email campaign.  please advise.

Dear community leaders!@parthasarathy  Around 188,000 recipients are coming from inbound transition. From these recipients, we should target 20,000 recipients on Day 1 to Day 3 (3 days), and 168,000 recipients on Day 4 to Day 8 (5 days). From Day 1 to Day 3, the data for 20,000 recipients should be sent—11,200 to Gmail users and 8,800 to other email users. From Day 4 to Day 8, the data for 168,000 recipients should be sent—94,080 to Gmail users and 73,920 to other email users.  Please help to resolve this issue.

I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to track retainer hours that are specific to user role that is assigned to a specific Portfolio.Right now this is a manual process We have a custom field on a Portfiolio that we manually adjust based on the addition of new Freelancers Ideally what we would want is – if we onboard a new freelance – say 200 hours – this would automatically update the specific Retainer based on the Portfolio the Freelancer is being assigned – to reflect the additional hours. 3 - Followup to this – is there a way to create a report:Is there a way to automate tracking a business line’s retainer hours, and then create a combination chart to show against hours burned?

So I am looking to use Microsoft Power Automate to refresh Adobe API Credentials every 13 days to mitigate a Power BI Refresh Failure every 2 weeks. Is this possible? Ive done the following steps, but it appears it doesnt work successfully when the credentials actually expire.Steps to Automate Adobe API Credential Refresh with Power AutomateUnderstand the API Requirements:Check Adobe API documentation for how to authenticate and refresh tokens. Typically, this involves sending an HTTP request to an authentication endpoint with necessary credentials (e.g., client ID, secret, and refresh token).Create a Power Automate Flow:Log in to Power Automate and create a new flow.Select a "Scheduled Cloud Flow" to set a recurring schedule.Set the Recurrence Trigger:Set the flow to trigger every 13 days. Use the "Recurrence" action and configure the interval accordingly.Add an HTTP Action:Use the HTTP action in Power Automate to send a POST request to Adobe's API authentication endpoint.Include

I am working to utilize workload balancer for my team. Our projects are all built from custom templates. Is the best approach to update the number of hours each task takes at the template level, and then it will update on the workload balancer tool?

What is the specific role of reference-adjustment-service in AEM, and in what scenarios does it get triggered? How is workflow-process-service different from reference-adjustment-service in terms of functionality? Are there best practices for monitoring or debugging such issues in Cloud Manager, especially when logs are no longer available?which logs can be refered for this debug on cloud manager .

I have a dimension that gives me search queries, most of which are one word ... but I want to find all those that are 2 or more words.I used segment builder to create a filtering on "contains" for " " and ' '.The end result is the system delivers only queries that contain either ' or "  - interesting that this exists but absolutely not what I wanted.Any ideas????

Hi all, I am reading migration of AEM On Prem to AEMaaCS. The differences between AEM On Prem and AEMaaCS are clear to me.But for DAM what differences exist ?And how to prepare to migrate to AEMaaCS is not clear.I read Micro Services, Asset Compute Service and doing away from WF Launchers.Should we create Micro Services on our own for all DAM updates in AEMaaCS? Appreciate all your responses. Thanks,RK.

Hello all, I'm using the Data Object to set eVars to send to Adobe Analytics for reporting purposes. Inside the Data Object, I want to set all the variables using a data element to return a JSON.  My Data object is set to the following.  var dataTest = { "eVar1": "%dataelement1%", "eVar2": "%dataelement2%", "eVar3": "%dataelement3%" }; return dataTest;  However, when I check Omnibug to see the values that are being returned, I see this instead of my expected values:events[0].data.__adobe.analytics.eVar1%dataelement1%events[0].data.__adobe.analytics.eVar2%dataelement2%events[0].data.__adobe.analytics.eVar3%dataelement3% Inserting the JSON directly into the same area as the Data Element also returns the correct values instead of the data element names. Did I miss something in my setup, or is it even possible to set these via Data Element and have the values be dynamic? I'm guessing that if a data element is used, it will retu

Hi everyone, I am trying to set up an email notification for a specific task. I've created the notification and assigned it to a task in a test project, but the assigned user is not receiving any emails. The notification is supposed to be sent as a reminder 3 days before the task is due. Has anyone experienced this or have any suggestions on how to resolve it? Thank you!
