Hi Experts,We are on the way to calculating entry% and exit% on specific categories pages. But when using the Entries and Exits as the metris in the column, we found some items are listed although they are not in the "Segment" defined.e.g.The segment is set to:The report exported: as you can see, the red hilighted items, the URLs are not in the segment.the table in AA looks like:This issue exists when we try to classify to a upper level report: Category, in Adobe Analytics.the table in AA looks like:Would here anyone help to let me know the reason why this is happened? And what the possible solution would be?The expected result is: only document ID in URL in the segment would be included and listed. Thanks in advance.H

Hi everyoneWe have two email fields in Marketo/Salesforce - Transactional Email and Subscriptions Email. One is used for marketing, one is used for transactional stuff related to a booking. So if we want to send a transactional email, we will need to ensure that the transactional email is in Marketo's "master" email field, and then send to that. If we then want to send a marketing email, we will need to switch the emails out ....and then send. Messy. So my question is - using the API, could we say "send this email to this person using the email value in this field", when that field isn't the Marketo master one? That would be super useful. And if not, is there another way to do this (besides the obvious of only have one email field )Thanks!

We are trying to use inbound offer interaction and want to send multiple offers, but can not find any way to do itSecondly, we have asked adobe to enable the "interactiond" proces to generate the offer proposition in the propositionRcp schema, however, even though the offer is displaying in the html page, the proposition rcp schema does not have any data. How can you change the value of a field from default value of 0 to something else.Adobe Campaign counts empty columns as 'null':...so we are placing a filtering condition to remove any 'null' values. If I'm correct, AC defaults empty long values to 0, hence:I've also placed a condition to to fetch PK that 'is not empty.'But can we also write a value where @id =! 'null'? Even though @id is a long (not string) datatype? As you can see, the @id is constrained to a long (not string) datatype:How can we create an expression where @id != 'Null'?

Hi Experts,We are thinking to replace scene7 completely with AEM only (with CDN caching). Need some thoughts on that from experts around pros and cons. We don't want to use dynamic media or any other cloud based solution. Regards,Vikas

Hi there! We are thinking about turning on our activities sync for a few different activities (ex. form fill). We are aware that this will update the SFDC activity history records for leads and contacts. We are aware there are a few drawbacks to turning on the automated activity sync.Wanted to see if anyone has discovered a way to:Monitor how much SFDC data storage is being used by the sync? See all the data that has been synched over in one place (perhaps via an SFDC report)?Let me know if you are aware of anything!Boone

Problem Statement: For unique visitors and visits in page level view, we need to total all the pages, but when we export the line item detail for unique visitors and visits, this total does not tie out to the Adobe Analytics calculated total. Adobe Analytics remove the duplicates of these metrics, but we do not know how it is being calculated. We need to know if there is a formula that calculates in the background when providing the summarized total of unique visitors and visits in Adobe Analytics?

Might be a pretty simple question, but I don't fully understand what the "stickiness" metric is all about. I know that it is calculated by: single page visits/ entries, so does this mean it measures how many visitors stay on the page and don't venture to the rest of the site?

Hi, after a nearly 10 year hiatus from using Adobe Analytics (it was just Omniture Site Catalyst back then as most of you know), I find myself using it once again. My challenges and questions for today are: 1) I'd like to view reports with a segment applied to it while I am in the reports section.  For example, if I am in REPORTS>CONTENT>PAGES,  the default view is unsegmented list of Pages and PageviewsI know that I can use Compare to Segment and see how the unsegmented data compares to whatever segment I enter. However I would like to apply a segment before this so I can just see data that is segmented (e.g. just pageviews generated by visits who have an iOS operating system)Can this be done right in the reports section (the training video on Lynda.com shows this was possible back in 2016 but its now 2018 and the interface has changed and can't determine how to do this). If it can't be done in REPORTS how do I go about doing this? Thanks in advance!

Hi,For example, I have an existing schema with 10 data in it. one of the attribute is "rank"<attribute label="rank" name="rank" type="long"/>Now i want to assign default value for rank as "3" where there is no value in it. (means rank as "3" for existing values where rank is null or 0 and rank as 3 for future updating data where rank will be blank) So if i make change as  <attribute label="rank" name="rank" type="long" sqlDefault="3"/> , all the existing values became "3". But i need null or 0 values to become 3.so what should i need to do?Thanks in advance,ParthaSarathy.
