Hi there,When you enable pathing for a prop, Entry and Exit dimensions become available to use in Analysis Workspace.In this situation we have a prop that records what section of our help section you are on, it's called FAQ/Help Article Action and can have one of 4 values:view_article, browse_topic, escalation_request, startpageWe enabled pathing for this dimension and now have Entry FAQ/Help Article Action and Exit FAQ/Help Article Action.My question is, when we use these Entry and Exit dimensions, will they only return values that are entries and exits to the site or will it return values that are entries and exits to the path too?When I breakdown Entry FAQ/Help Article Action by Entry Page, I get entry pages which can't have fired at the same time as the Entry FAQ/Help Article Action as they are in two completely different sections of the site which leads me to believe the value given for Entry FAQ/Help Article Action is the entry value for the path and not just when it is an entry

Hi- I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing very slow load times of Analysis Workspace using IE11?  When I use Chrome/Firefox, things seem fine.  This is an issue that my client brought up, so if anyone knows how to fix this issue, it would be appreciated. Thank you,Jonathan

Hello,I'm setting up the marketing channels in Adobe and I'd like to be able to use reffer_type=social network as criteria in the channel rules rather than typing manually all the social network domains.Any advice about how to do that?ThanksDavide

Greetings,  I'm new to this forum.  I'm a Solutions Architect at JW Player and am building a Javascript adapter to connect JW Player events to the Adobe Heartbeat SDK and have a few questions about Heartbeat event ordering.Consider the scenario of a pre-roll ad playing before main VOD content.  Which scenario should events be fired? Should TrackPlay come before TrackAdStartBreak or after the ad break is over?  In one spot the docs say TrackPlay comes on the users 'intent' to play the video, and another place it says that TrackPlay should be fired on the first rendered frame of the main content.  Which is it? TrackSessionStart, TrackPlay, TrackAdStartBreak, TrackAdStart, TrackAdComplete, TrackComplete, TrackSessionEndTrackSessionStart, TrackAdStartBreak, TrackAdStart, TrackAdComplete, TrackComplete, TrackPlay, TrackComplete, TrackSessionEndWhen should the trackEvent(MediaHeartbeat.Event.AdBreakStart, adBreakInfo); and trackEvent(MediaHeartbeat.Event.AdStart, adObject, adCustomMetadata);

I am doing segmentations in Adobe Campaign but the actual campaign is being sent out of another system (EPSILON). I want to leverage the performance data like open, click, channel etc. information from the other campaign system (EPSILON) to generate OOTB URL Clickstream reports out of Adobe Campaign. Theoretically, what I understand is if I use the Direct Mail component to generate my segment lists to push to other system for targeting it will automatically generate respective keys in the Broadlog table but how do I map the tracking logs from other campaign system to generate the OOTB URL Clickstream reports. Any help would be highly appreciated. Sid

Trying solve a custom case where I need to submit the form (AEM 6.4 Adaptive Form) to store the fields in a database and then email the same set of fields as an email. What would be the optimal way to do this using forms?1. Customize "Form Data Model" Submit type (/libs/fd/afaddon/components/actions/fdm) ?2. Invoke a workflow from the form submission?As first trial tried to customize /libs/fd/afaddon/components/actions/fdm (taking Adobe Experience Manager Help | Writing custom Submit action for adaptive forms as the guiding article).The question came up was if inheritance is possible for submit types.So used sling:SuperResourceType="fd/afaddon/components/actions/fdm", but seems that didnt work (the dialog properties are not populated from parent, if the cq:dialog is empty)So went ahead with copying /libs/fd/afaddon/components/actions/fdm under /apps/<project>/formActions/fdm. I changed the description and submitService on the node property as "Submit using Form Data Model And Ema

This thread started as a result of the outcome from this previous thread: How to get a token script to display information from Opportunity Object?I am creating a template that includes several tables, which has tokens from the lead object, and needs tokens from the opportunity object. The number of tokens required exceeds 40 tokens - the limit in a given email.My first workaround was to use formula fields, but discovered I can't use custom tokens created from the opportunity object in formula fields.My next thought was to create a custom token with the content of the formula field - script a table and put all the needed fields within it. How would I go about having a velocity-scripted token recognize HTML, though? In our example case, let's say I want my one custom token to have the code for one table. The table has 10 rows and 4 columns. Half of my field values would be based on the lead object, while the other half are based on the opportunity object. How would I script to include t

Hi Everyone,We currently have a gravity form built out in WordPress and I'm having trouble setting up something on the Marketo end to capture the radio button response (Client:True or False) and to also capture their choice from the appointment time drop down menu. Ideally, I'd also like to merge those responses into an alert email as well.Screenshots below.Thank you!

Hi Experts,We’ve setup the Cold-Standby for AEM 6.3 Author environment. Everything is working well – content segments/binaries synch up, logs are ok etc. Main Author server is in Primary mode, Secondary Author is in Standby mode. Have I’ve below BAU deployments related question and need your experience/feedback -Use Case: Say there is a Release1 happened on Primary Author, the same needs to be deployed on Standby Author to keep both servers in sync in terms of code as well.Question: - We are using some shell scripts (which internally uses curl) to upload and install the packages in AEM from backend. Can we do the code deployment on Author server when it running in Standby mode?  Cold-Standby syncs the content through TarMK segments which can be content/code – Do we really need to worry about code deployment on Standby or this will also be synced automatically? If above #1 and #2 doesn’t hold good – Do we need to restart the Standby server in Primary mode and deploy the code build every

Hi Everyone,I submitted a ticket with Marketo, but thought I'd ask the community as well. Having trouble with LinkedIn Matched Audiences. Previously when the integration used the private key setup, we didn't have any issue pushing audiences over to LinkedIn via Ad Bridge, but since the service was changed and now utilized an individual's login as the credentials we are unable to push audiences and receive an error message when trying to do so. Error Message Received: Request failed with code 400: {"message":"Argument parameter 'account' value '' is invalid. Reason: Deserializing output '' failed","status":400}The credentials used to login have admin access to the LinkedIn account we're trying to push the audience to... Anyone else deal with this or is it really just a bug?Thanks!

I'm currently try to find the way how I can restrict the using "source mode" for RTE only for administrator.So I need to get a current user in js. I found out that for Classic UI we can use "CQ.User.getCurrentUser(). What is the way to get this User on Touch UI?Or it will be better to use Java API for this and then make ajax call from jquery.Thanks in advance!

Hi Adobe, I am trying to add a new tab to the recipient input form which has worked great. However I want to add a pop up box for more details on the row selected in that new tab. I have added in zoom="true" which has enabled the pop up box but I keep getting the error in the title. What is the cause of this and how can I fix it?

Is there a way to curate a project with a restricted date range? I know you can curate time breakdowns, but is there a way to lock all the project data so that data outside of a certain date range cannot be pulled in?

Can "Last Interesting Moment Desc" can be pulled from the Lead records via API? If so, so what are the REST API names for this field and its related peers (type, date, source)?

I have an RSVP landing page for an event and we only have limited space available.  I want to trigger acceptance emails to the first X people, wait list emails to the next Y people, and RSVP declined emails to the remaining Z people.  FYI - the RSVP's are coming through an integration with Instapage, so they are getting added to my Marketo instance via a static list.Does anyone have a solution to this?  Maybe you have some ideas @Grégoire Michel??

Hi I cannot build for Dev. I do not get any messages explaining why in the edit library screen. I have tried adding every resource to the build and just a single data element with default variables. It failed. I also tried deleting the library and adding it again. How do i get more info about what is causing Launch to fail the build?
