HiOne of our clients have stopped receiving E-Commerce tracking on their site. The checkout url that it was on has since changed. We have the Adobe Analytics tag on the page but there is still no data being captured. When looking at the Data LAyer javascript file this is showing as 404 pages. Being quite a newby to Analytics and DTM is there any way the data layer can be re-created or shown?

Hi all,I'm trying to interpret the lines regarding segments in the New Person activity. Here's an example:For example, the line "Change Segment (key=1021):     1131"It looks like the "key=1021" is the ID of the segmentation, which you can see in the URL when looking at the segmentation in the Database area: https://app-sjh.marketo.com/#SG1021A1 I assume the "1131" must be unique identifier for the specific segment the lead is being sorted into via that segmentation, but I don't know how to match that number to the segment.Any ideas?Of course, I can look at what their current value for that segmentation is and whether or not it has changed, but it would be nice to trace it back to the creation activity.Grant

Is there a method within 6.3 to support use of SVG assets in the Assets Panel similar to how raster-format images work? Eg preview, drag and drop? Not finding anything specifically about allowing/enabling other image formats there.

I have a form where I need the below questions answered, but only one of them is required.Training Session ADay 1Day 2Day 3Day 4Training Session BDay 1Day 2Day 3Day 4I don't want to make both of these fields required, because we don't want them to have to choose a day in both sessions. Just one of them. What's the best way to do this while still having the two questions exist? Thanks

because of a whitelisting issue, we are force to disable EEC for now.I am trying to find out what features do I lose by disabling EEC but getting nowhere. The "best" one I found is this vague statement:"When you use the Enhanced Experience Composer, the website is manipulated behind the scenes by a proxy server that updates all link urls to make them work in the proxy."from this page Visual Experience Composer Best Practices and LimitationsThank you

Word of warning...  Before creating a dynamic content campaign, be sure that your Sales Force team doesn't want each and every email available in different languages in Sales Insight.  These dynamic content campaigns do not segment properly in Sales Insight, and it is a daunting task to go back and re-create everything in a separate language after the fact.  Lesson Learned.  No more dynamic content campaigns!

Hi everyone!I was wondering if it was possible to share packages outside the organization to the general AEM community through the AEM package manager, or if this is something that only Adobe can do. If so, is there a process and what are the requirements? I've been looking for a few days but have found nothing on this. Thanks a lot for your support!

Hi,Does anyone know which storage engine, if any, AC uses?I know we can purchase FDA (Federated Data Access) which, I assume, switches to a Federated storage engine, but which default storage engine does AC use, if any? Thanks.

I'm testing and experimenting with Email 2.0 and am using the Iceberg template as a starter. My problem is as follows:I used the Iceberg template as a starter and saved it as a Email Template in the Design Studio and called Event TemplateI created an email asset using the Event Template, added content and approved the assetI also created another email asset using the Event Template and left it in draft mode  My issue is that when I go back to the in the Event Template in the Design Studio and make changes to the HTML (due to fixes needed from testing) and approve it, the changes are not reflected in my email assets above (even after I approve the new draft). To see the changes I have to create a brand new email asset to see the new HTML. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? At first look the email assets are not updating themselves with the new template HTML and are keeping the original old HTML (even after approvals). The bigger problem is that generally we have 1000's of email

Hi Marketo Community,This might be a newbie question, but I'm wondering something on Email Blast programs. We're having two different numbers between the Audience tab and the Member tab :People in Audience : 2k (it is the accurate number)People in Members : 6kWhere is the members number coming from ? Is it related to the amount of people that received our previous email blast campaigns ? Or from a previously copied program ?When activating the program I want to be sure it is going to our 2k list, not on the 6k one.Thank you all for the precisions,

HiIs there anyway to change the thumbnail while creating new content template (Adobe Campaign ->  Resources -> Content templates).Default templates are provided with custom thumbnail image. Thanks,Prem

I have children pages that I would like to display in rss xml using page.feed.rss.xml.  I placed the /feed.jsp and /feedentry.jsp from /libs/foundation/component/page into my /apps/[project]/component/page and to change the defined atom:link and atom:publish.  However, the rss feed is not picking up the change.  It does not appear to be pointing to the feed jsp under /libs/foundation/components/page which the sling resource resolver for /page.feed shows /libs/sling/servlet/default/feed.jsp.  I have even tried creating feed.rss.xml.jsp in my project page component with no success. Also the sling servlet resolver referenced com.day.cq.commons.servlets.FeedRendererServlet and I wondering if the returned atom xml goes through this render to get the resulting xml page.feed.rss.xml.  If that is the case, I would I go about making changes to the atom:publish and atom:link.

Hi,We are working on a welcome journey program and we have created a workflow where it uses 2 wait activities with each 48 hours wait time. As of now everything seems to be fine. We were able to get the real time results accurately. But, as per few discussions, I've heard that wait can only be used for few minutes or hours of time. If that is the case, Can someone please explain in detail why we shouldn't use wait activity for such amount of time? Thanks,Krishna

Has anyone else seen huge gaps between tracking codes in AA and numbers being reported from Mailchimp or an equivalent?  We've consistency seen 10x differences between the two (with our emailing client being higher) and are fairly confident AA is underreporting.

Hi What could be the reason? How can I restore these alert types?Regards,Priyanka

We're in the process of upgrading from CQ 5.5 to AEM 6.1 and we're working with existing code that we have. We've recently run into an issue on some of our upgraded servers (can't duplicate this locally on a fresh AEM 6.1) where servlets that we have configured are accessible just fine via an anonymous connection but when a user is authenticated (even on Publish which we require) then the same code acts like the Servlet doesn't exist when calling it.I wasn't aware of any changes in AEM 6.1 that required additional changes to the code or at the OSGi Console level with regards to how a Servlet is accessed. Here is an example of what our servlet code looks like with names removed.@Service@SlingServlet(paths = "/bin/abc/abc123", methods = { "POST" }, metatype = true, label = "Description of the Servlet")public class ClassName extends SlingAllMethodsServlet {Here is part of the jQuery Ajax request we've been using:                $.ajax({                    async: false,                    ty

Hi,I am trying to use the SDI in AEM 6.2 (no service packs). I've installed the Sling Dynamic Include bundle (3.0.0) on my publish instance and configure all the required parameters. However, its generating the <!-- SDI include (path: /content/geometrixx/en/services/_jcr_content/par/title.nocache.html, resourceType: geometrixx/components/title) --> but its not generating the the <!--#include virtual=""--> markup as shown in the in this demo.Any fix for this? Thanks.
