Solved

Hey All,We recently set up a branded domain as per the instructions from Marketo's product docs. docs.marketo.com/display/public/DOCS/Configure+Protocols+for+MarketoIT set-up the new CNAME in the DNS record and pointed our new CNAME marketo.armor.com to our tracking link mkto-sjl0027.com After we changed our Branding Domain in the admin panel to marketo.armor.com all of our email links broke. We simply get a site can't be reached error on any email links.I know that a DNS update can take 72 hours in some cases but we've checked and it's propagated fully by now. Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated as we are trying to get this resolved as fast as possible.

Hi Everyone,    I am trying to see is there any way to configure the dispatcher agents either with 2 CQ-Handle options or with regex command. That way I no need to write a custom code to invalidate the cache or no need to configure one more agent to fulfill the need. Any suggested approaches for this.  Thanks In Advance.

I have a custom saml implementation with configurations in our code base for multiple publishers. Each publisher has its own configuration. When we deploy the saml authentication fails. If I go to the custom saml felix config and simply click the Save button, authentication starts working normally.Any ideas why this would be happening?ThanksTom

We have a unique use case we're wondering if you could help with. We have two products using the same marketo instance without a partition. Our engineering team has done work to separate the unsubscribe job to feed two custom fields - but we're worried about durable unsubscribes with these new fields. Is there a way to change these new fields to operate the same as the global "unsubscribe" field does as far as durable unsubscribes?

Hi Everyone,We are doing a campaign where we had to use a link (that is unique to each person) as a token in our email. When we checked the reporting, Marketo was only giving us 13 clicks on the variable links whereas google analytics was showing at least 545 direct clicks.Does anyone know if the token could be messing up our reporting or what could be messing up the reporting on the marketo side?Does Marketo not track URL's if they are in tokens? Thanks!

Hello, I am having the hard time to find the {{lead.JoinUrl}} token. Basically, after I sent the webinar registration confirmation email to myself as sample, I wasn't able to click on "Join Now" button in the email. I checked the hyperlink for "Join Now" button, which shows me {{lead.JoinUrl}}. I wasn't sure why this is not working and I want to solve this issue by understanding how did this token had been set up  and where it located.PS: We use Zoom to set up webinar. The integration between Zoom and Marketo had been set up already. Anyone familiar with webinar, token, can you please share with me some tips or thoughts? Thank you in advance, Becky

Hi hope someone here can help me. I'm upgrading our adobe analytics library to 2.5 however upon upgrading it i'm getting 'Error, missing Report Suite ID in AppMeasurement initialisation' error despite the fact that RSID was been declared.Really appreciate the help.

Here's my quandary. I've been informed by our team in China that is unusual to ask for first and last name separately in a form, so we need a single field for full name. Ideally, I would also like the data from that field to be broken up and split into the first and last name fields. I've considered a few options, but before jumping into any of them I'd like to see if any of you fine folks have run up against this problem already. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance -Andrew

Hi! Is it possible to present a Marketo email template during a PowerPoint presentation in which the email template can be edited live (i.e add content) in front of the Powerpoint audience?

Hi Team,We are unable to create a new property in launch. It is allowing us to add the property but nothing is displayed for working in the listing.

I tried posting a non-sequential tag on DTM but got the unexpected token error.  Here's the non-sequential javascript:<script async type="text/javascript" src="https://cdn.creditcards.com/shared/helix/0.1.3/helix-qa.min.js"></script>Add Comment-Robert

It looks like this is only happening to non-template v1.0 emails that have duplicate mkteditable div's in the code. The 1.0 editor has never had any issues with this so we never felt the need to avoid the duplicates. With 2.0, the draft won't even open and a "cannot load email" message shows up. This presents a big problem for us because we set up all of our email programs by cloning a previously used email program. It also prevents us from making any changes to v1.0 emails that are still being sent like autoresponders.Has anyone else run into this problem? Ideally, the 2.0 editor should automatically change the div id names to prevent duplicates if it won't tolerate them.

I have a very specific use case and I am having a hard time implementing it, maybe someone here can help me out. Let me explain my setup first:We have a type of page called a brand-as-category, this url can look like this: Category pages are real pages that live in the node structureA brand-as-category (in this example 'The North Face')  is NOT a real page that lives under a category! You might ask yourself how does the brand-as-category work:We have a BrandAsCategoryFilter (servlet filter) that checks each request for a possible brand-as-categoryIn the case of a valid brand-as-category request (we have some checks in place) the BrandAsCategoryFilter forwards the request to a pre-existing page (brand-as-category-page). This is a page that we have created on a fixed path: /content/site/language/brand-as-category-pageThe brand-as-category-page does its magic and shows the desired contentOur problem: Our content authors want to link to these pages, for example: they want to select the

Hi -  I am creating a recommendations component to display products on my homepage. I am using the 'most viewed' algorithm. Unfortunately, my site does not get a lot of traffic. Because of that, recs are not being displayed. My question is --- is there a way to manually force products to be added to the most popular list or adjust the threshold for a product to be called most popular like decrease the product view requirement to 0 or 1? Thanks! @

Hey everyone,I'm having an issue with the form pre-fill dropping someone's physical address into an open field text box that's intended for the prospect to fill out with their questions/concerns. Does anyone know why this is happening and/or how to prevent it from continuing to happen?Thanks!-Marisa

Hi GuysI'm in the process of setting up a marketing Cloud Audience that is defined by raw analytics data dimensions (ie. evar66 contains "+").This process forces you to identify a report suite, which leads me to believe i need to create the duplicate Audiences for each of the report suites where I want to use this audience. The problem is that when I do that, i get an Error message that states "Segment 'audiencName' exists with the same rule for the same data source and same merge rule." I have a feeling that although you define a report suite in the audience rules, when an audience definition (excluding report suite) exactly matches an existing one, it sees it as a dupe.Has anyone encountered this yet? Is it possible that although the Audience is defined by a specific report suite it actually transcends all report suites?ThanksMichel

Leads in Marketo are not syncing to SFDC; however leads from SFDC are syncing to Marketo. I discovered this issue a week ago when our Marketo form's email notified me that a new lead was created but I was unable to find the specific lead in SFDC. We have made no system changes in either SFDC or Marketo prior to this interruption, except for the Marketo subscription renewal. Our SFDC admin and I verified all settings for the linked user that connects SFDC and Marketo. It worked fine prior to this incident.

I'd like to send emails from a subdomain off our brand's website. We've got the subdomain created, but how do I get it provisioned in Adobe Campaign? Is it as simple as creating a new "Brand" in Campaign, and inserting the new sending address? Or does Adobe need to give us anything to implement on our subdomain? Appreciate any help/insight!
