Hi,Kindly address the following Questions, that I came across, while starting to learn AMO:1. What are 1st, 2nd, 3rd Party Audiences?2. What are Inbound/Outbound Campaigns?3. What are Search, Social & Display?I am aware that Search refers to the Search Engine Optimization techniques, that will enable the web site to be listed easily by the search engines, like Google Search.Social is Facebook, Twitter, etc.Thanks.Rama.

1. We have a field called lead.Potential_Contribution_Margin__c that is populated with a number (eg: 12887062). This is actually currency. But it was pulling in as: 2. So to get it to add a $ and a comma and a decimal pt., through some online documentation I found this coding seemed to make that work as a Script Token ( which I called my.My Currency Token ): $number.currency($${lead.Potential_Contribution_Margin__c})3. However, this broke the Default Value (if the lead.Potential_Contribution_Margin__c didn’t pull anything in. )This worked when I didn’t have the Script token code: But this is what it does now: Anyone able to help me figure out how to get it coded to enter the Default Value if no number to pull in exists?

Occasionally we gather leads (either through Marketo forms or API uploads) without the company name and/or the leads last name. When synced to SFDC, these fields default to "Unknown." This causes a number of problems. For example, we end up with "Unknown" inserted as in emails an landing pages when we use tokens. Or, these fields will not display for known users in forms that are part of progressive profiling.Does anyone have a solution to clean up this data? I'm curious what, if anything, anyone else is doing about this issue.

I'm working to prioritize the types of sales alerts our team receives and save their inboxes. For large quantities of sales alerts (ex: subscription renewals), has anyone tried subscribing their sales team to a daily/weekly smart list rather than individual sales alerts? Any significant pros or cons? Any best practices for types of sales alerts to set up? Example: perfect lead score, interesting moment, etc.

I'd like to set up a second tracking domain. There doesn't seem to be specific instructions for what the cname should look like for this. All I could find are the instructions for setting up the default tracking link:Configure Protocols for Marketo - Marketo Docs - Product DocsMy question is, if my default tracking domain's cname looked like this:pages.abc.com IN CNAME mkto-a0244.comThen could the cname for the second tracking domain look like this?:pages.xyz.com IN CNAME pages.abc.comThank you,Eben

We are trying to develop our heirarchy and folder structures for projects amongst our team. Does anyone have any resources or tips/how-tos on how to go about setting these up?

The tagcount/references do NOT show on the tag console , even though there are pages tagged with a custom tag which is not cq:tag property. Kindly let me know if there is any OOTB possible options to resolve the tag count issue with page references displayed to Editors OR solutions to overlay tag admin console to support tag count feature for custom tags. Please find the attached screenshot for reference.

Hi,I'm using Bulk Workflow Manager  (ACS AEM Commons v 2.3) to create new renditions for images and PDF. I'm running "Update Asset Workflow"It takes a lot of time.I checked error.log and found out that it is because of process sub-assets for PDF. One PDF can contain 100+ pages (sub-assets) and every page is processed as a separate asset. I don't need new renditions for PDF sub-assertsQuestion: What is the best way to skip processing PDF sub-assets?

I set up a webinar registration form and included a section where registrants can submit questions before the webinar begins. How can I track and view these responses? Thank you!

Hi guys I need some help with this:I'm seeing that sometimes the people create components with a .js file to store all the properties of their widgets, for example:use(function() {        var CONST = {            PROP_TITLE: "heading",            PROP_PAGE_TITLE: "jcr:title"        };        var title = {};        title.CONST= CONST;        return title;});And sometimes this was made with a model Java class for example://XComponent.java@Model(adaptables = Resource.class) public class XComponent {     private XComponentModel model;      public XComponent(Resource resource) {         if(resource == null) return;         this.model = resource.adaptTo(XComponentModel.class);     }      public XComponentModel getModel() {         return this.model;     } }//XComponentModel.java @Model(adaptables = Resource.class) public class XComponentModel {     @Inject     public String heading;      @Inject @Optional     public String jcr:title; }What do you think about this? The effort made in Java is

I've set a qualification rule (each lead can run through every 30 days) to a sales alert trigger campaign. Does this pertain to how often the sales team can receive an alert? Or how often a unique lead can be presented to the sales team via alert?

I have to install a AEM Forms 6.2 at a RHEL 7 Linux machine. According to documentation (https://helpx.adobe.com/pdf/aem-forms/6-2/prepare-install-single-server.pdf section "Installing Acrobat for PDF Generator") Acrobat DC Pro has to be installed for the PDFGenerator. But as far as I can see this is not possible since Acrobat DC Pro is only available for Windows and Mac platforms. So my question is: does Acrobat DC Pro exit for Linux and if not what should I do with the PDFGenerator in an Linux environment in the context of AEM Forms 6.2?Looking forward to your answer.Regards, Fin Steenbjerg

New user here.We have a form. We get X number of leads per day.Someone in marketing wants to get a list of everyone new who completed the form, once per day.Preferably we set this up as an automated send with a spreadsheet attached.Doable? If so, how do I set it up?

We are running a top of funnel awareness drip for a segment of our database and we're ready to add a new stream that provides our leads with a deeper dive (more product focused, rather than thought leadership content)... but I'm not confident I know how to do it properly.I want to transition them based on them changing lead status to MQL. What trigger should I use to accomplish the transition?

Hi,we are using the AEM-Eclipse-Plugin to deploy automatically into AEM if a file changes. This setup works fine so far, but we have still a problem when deploying components: - There is a component with the following files and structure:       /apps/foo/components/bar           |- cq:dialog           |- cq:editConfig           |- bar.html - Now change the file "bar.html" and save (auto publishing is enabled) the changes get deployed:       [26. Januar 2015 06:04:06 MEZ] AddOrUpdateNodeCommand -> /apps/foo/components/bar : JcrResult[ success:true] (112 ms)       [26. Januar 2015 06:04:06 MEZ] AddOrUpdateNodeCommand -> /apps/foo/components/bar/bar.html : JcrResult[ success:true] (95 ms)       [26. Januar 2015 06:04:06 MEZ] ReorderChildNodesCommand -> /apps/foo/components/bar/bar.html : JcrResult[ success:true] (68 ms)The problem is that this deployment not just updates the "bar.html" file in the repository but also deletes the "cq:editConfig". My filter.xml looks something like

Hi Everyone, I am trying to achieve sticky session connection using the dispatcher along with two publishers. Hi!To remove duplicates, I merge leads together. However, I just discovered that when I do so, the Created date is merged as well, and it usually keeps the newest lead created date, instead of keeping the oldest one (i.e. the first lead that came in).How can I make sure that when two leads are merged, the Created date keeps the oldest one, instead of updating it to the newest version? Thanks for your help!Emma

What is the best way to take a clone of an AEM 6.2 instance.(it could be Author or Publish instances). Is this article still valid for AEM 6.2. https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/kb/CloneInstance.htmlIf I create a new DEV instance from a 5.6.1 instance production backup (sits on a separate Data center), perform in-place upgrade, apply code fixes to support AEM 6.2. Take a clone of the DEV instance to QA, Preprod, PROD respectively. Once the new PROD environment is stable with code fixes, perform an incremental migration to handle delta content and make live traffic to AEM 6.2.  The respective users/usergroups& ACLS in relevant environments will be deployed as packages excluding the user token information. Do you foresee any risks in this approach?
