Hello,We have an issue where the sales team is manually updating the Campaign Member Status on the Salesforce side which is creating a sync issue back to Marketo.I understand that:- The progression status/program status defined in Marketo must mirror the ones in Salesforce Campaign Member Status for syncing to work without issue.-The manual update to a a status not existing within Marketo is creating the issue.Questions:What is the best case solution in this case?Should we just be prudent in not updating the fields manually in Salesforce?Should we ensure beforehand that all the fields we potentially want to use are available in both?Would a better approach be to use a custom field to indicate different information in SFDC for leads than Marketo is using in the Program Statuses?Thank you in advance to indicate different information than Marketo is using the Program Statuses

I just started a new job and I noticed that they have an Interesting Moment for "Unsubscribed from Email." This seems odd to me, as I have typically seen Interesting Moments for positive behaviors (Visited Booth at Trade Show, Attended Webinar, Visted High Value Web Page, etc). We certainly have those things too, but before I remove the Unsubscribed Interesting Moment, I am curious to hear if anyone has a good reason why it would be valuable or helpful for Sales to see. I'm a little worried it will make our Opportunity Influence Analyzer look weird too.

Hi all,Since we implemented Marketo a year and a half ago, I've tried several ways to set the acquisition program for our web content programs that are using a global form embedded on a non-Marketo page.  Even with advice from our Marketo implementation consultant and a third-party consultant, things still aren't working properly. New leads created by these programs are not getting an acquisition program name or date.  Our capture acquisition program smart campaigns are triggered off new leads created from our content registration form, then filtering on specific web content program status changes as follows.  Any recommendations on a different way to do this?  Thank you in advance for any advice! For additional background, our smart campaigns that trigger email sends and other flow steps based on what page they filled out the form from is working just fine. This is set up as follows:

We are going to be integrating Marketo and NetSuite (CRM) very soon and I want to make sure we do it right first time. We are obviously going to be using the API to do this.My team wants to send leads like this: Website -> CRM -> Marketo. Can I get some advice on what is best way to do this?

I have a product that has a maturity date somewhere in the future, it is a rolling list. I am creating a list to show who is up for renewal 120 days in the future.I am using Has share = true, constraint= share maturity date is in future 120 days. it's returning everyone that expires within that time frame, not 120 days out. Thanks for the help.Carol

Hi guys, here's my issue:I've created a guided template with a `mktoForm` field so the end user can just select the form they need w/t having to touch any code on the page but for the sake of UX and beauty I want any form that is used on the landing page to prevent the reload and trigger the bootstrap modal element. I managed to prevent the form refresh on submit using embedded forms in a page outside of the Marketo platform using mktoForms2.js but I'm struggling with doing this inside a template. So far this is my code:$("form").submit(function (e) {    e.preventDefault();    var formId = this.id;  // "this" is a reference to the submitted form    MktoForms2.loadForm("//app-sjst.marketo.com", "685-KBL-765", formId, function(form) {      // Add an onSuccess handler      form.onSuccess(function(values, followUpUrl) {          // Open thank you m

When using the activity stream component, what is the path(s) I need to include in the clientlibs embed property (e.g. forum is cq.social.author.hbs.forum)?

I've heard a lot of people saying this and I've researched,  but it is so confusing. Anyone with simplier answer? Thanks!

Hello,I'm trying to create a test on a page that is built using React.js and although I can see the changes in the VEC, when running the test, the changes are not shown.  I did saw in one instance that the image flickered, then it displayed the original content. Here's the original page: http://test.manzanet.us/account.htmlHere's the page with the changes:  http://test.manzanet.us/account.html?qa=testAI've attached an image of what the VEC editor shows, which is not consistent to what is shown on the page.  I tried troubleshooting it and didn't see any errors.  Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Ridder H. Hi,I have written a filter to check whether user is login, if not, redirect it to the login page. I am referring to this filter code mentioned in this article http://aemfaq.blogspot.sg/2013/05/blocking-anonymous-access-to-crx-in-non.htmlBut when I tested it, the filter seems not work for the URL: http://localhost:4502/crx/de/index.jspI checked the log, the filter seems not go into the doFilter method. I'm new to Marketo, and this question may have already been answered, but I have an issue using a Marketo form in WordPress. The form looks how I want it to in Marketo, but once I add the Marketo form embed code into a Code Block in WordPress, the layout of the form is changed. I have two multi-select drop downs where I want to have 4 lines/options visible to the user. It's correct in Marketo, but when WordPress renders the code, the 4 lines get compressed to a single line, with only 1 line/option visible. How do I get the form to display correctly, like it does in Marketo? Thanks in advance for any assistance!

I was wondering if anyone has had experience with moving from multiple workspaces back to 1 (or maybe 2-3).  We currently have six, each with it's own lead partition assignment.  Just looking for anyone who may have considered something like this or had reduced the number of workspaces down by over half.

Working with the program analyzer, and cannot get the bubble size to change based on revenue data. It should be pulling data based on the criteria below right? We can get it to work based on the cost of the program, but not based on revenue. Any ideas??

Anyone know what this error means? Trying to approve an alert email and it's giving me this message:

Hi everyone I have a question about including the referring URL parameters when using an Adobe Target Classic Redirect Offer. I’m testing a redirect offer and have checked the option to include the referring url.  The problem is that when the referring parameter values are passed our colon symbols are being expressed as  %3A.  Is there a setting that we can use that would keep the : instead of the %3A?  Note that we often also switch from one subdomain to another as our test content is on a different Content Management System. Example control URL http://www.morethan.com/pet-insurance-quote?utm_campaign=PPC:PET:Brand:Google&gclid=ABC123&gclsrc=aw.ds Example redirect destination with : to %3A replaced http://beta.morethan.com/landingpage-test?utm_campaign=PPC%3APET%3ABrand%3A Google&gclid=ABC123&gclsrc=aw.ds Any ideas or tips that I can try? Maybe there’s a config setting that I’m missing? ThanksRik

I'm hoping to find an index of SPAM laws by country with details on opt-in requirements and email marketing guidelines. Ie. For each country, there'd be an explanation of whether or not opt-in is required before you can email users based in the country. Does anyone know of such a resource? I searched the Community but came up short.  Thanks, David

How can I hide the information that appears at the bottom-right corner of a "Summary Change" visualization? It's overlapping with the number and makes the visualization less readable. Thanks!

Hello,I have two smart campaigns, I wish to define the smart list of smart campaign B in such a way that no members of campaign A should exist in it. This is just to avoid a member getting an email twice since the email is same for both the campaigns and the members of both are mostly the same.I appreciate for taking time to read this, please advise Harshit
