Some of us have opted for the social boost add-on in our subscription.  Due to the fact that there has been no innovation or new features added for years, we're probably going to cancel this when our contract is up for renewal in August.  One of the other turn-offs of this is the disclaimer window that pops up when someone wants to share content/landing page.  As a user, I would not allow a company to update my profile or follow new users on my behalf.  In fact, I question if Marketo can even do this.  And if so, why is it even included among the language in the disclaimer:Can someone from the Marketo product team please chime in here?  I'd really like to see this page modified that doesn't scare the pants of our users.I understand the reasoning behind having some sort of disclaimer (so that enhanced tracking capabilities can be included in Marketo).  But IMO, this is too excessive and probably why there's so few customers that actually use the social

trying to send off a smart campaign. This trigger is not working for some reason. I am putting together a presentation on Email Deliverability, mostly from notes I had down from Marketo Summit. I can't remember who presented on this subject! When I search the sessions list, I can't find the topic. Any one have a clue?Thank You!

Hi! I'm building an online ad that has one form to start with, then an additional link at the bottom if a person chooses to click will send them to another form to get that different asset. When I'm building the smart list the "fills out form" is a trigger so I wanted to make sure it would pick up on the lead if I build the ad with both forms so seeing it as an "or" function and not an "and" function and not flow the lead through the system if they don't fill out both forms. Does anyone know?

In error, I removed a set of leads from Stream 1 to Stream 2. If I move them all back to Stream 1, will I risk those leads receiving emails they were already sent?

Hi all,I work in Higher Ed and we're attempting to use Marketo forms to manage our campus tour bookings. I have created a form with a date field but the issue is that we do not offer tours on Saturday or Sunday. Would any of you know a way to either restrict Saturday or Sunday from being chosen OR sending an email notifying them we do not offer tours on that day if they do choose a Saturday or Sunday? Thanks for your help!

I am looking for alternatives to our current data enrichment partner (less than 50% accuracy on email alone) and would like to know who everyone uses and/or recommends. I have reached out to NetProspex and Reachforce. Who else should I talk to? We are integrated with SFDC.

Pardot has a feature where you can post something to linkedin and it will post to multiple users' feed (from your company) if they have opted in. Is there anything like this available with Marketo?

I am trying to personalise the subject line. However, I also need the following sentence to be different depending on whether the name field has a value.I know the basic option is: {{lead.First Name}}, have your say on the new Evaluate website but without a name I end up with ",have your say on our new website."What I want:Personalised: Steve, have your say on our new website -Non personalised: Have your say on our new website.I'm sure the answer is simple but I can't find it anywhere!

Hello! We are hoping to run a report on the number of people who attended one of our webinars (live or on-demand) during a certain time period (like current week). I have a Program Performance report set up for the Webinar channel, but I don't see an option to change the time period on the report setup tab, even though the preview of the list of filters says "all time." Is there something I'm missing? Or would another type or report be better for this? Both live and on-demand attendees are counted as successes, so the report could be based on program success or program status. Thanks in advance!

Is there a way for Users in Salesforce to adjust who the Sales Insight email comes from? Our employees work in teams, and would benefit from Admin Assistants being able to send Sales Insight emails for another user, or it would be great if we could set all Sales Insight emails to come from the Lead Owner. We set up all of our Sales Insight emails with Lead Owner as the "from" email, but when they get added to Sales Insight, it ignores that rule and sends from the specific user who presses send. There is this drop-down in the admin section which seems like it would give us the option to specify who the "From" name is on Sales Insight emails, but the drop-down only has one option and we can't figure out how that drop-down gets populated:Admin > Sales Insight > Edit Settings:

Is there a way to pull a report in Salesforce that doesn't just pull the "Last Interesting Moment" but rather all interesting moments?I tried using the "History" reports but it doesn't seem like Salesforce keeps track of changes in that field. I suppose I have no choice but to run a report in Marketo? If so, what report would be best?

When using Layout Templates, I am having an issue where the last collection I had opened automatically appears rather than the selection "Import Collection". So I am unable to select the correct collection I need to view or change. This first happened when I was using Safari. So I logged out and wen to Chrome. The issue didn't happen in Chrome until after a few times of editing a couple collections.

Recently I discovered that my Marketo user in Salesforce is also updating accounts. The product docs for crm set up says that account syncs are always from SFDC -> Marketo. Then why is my org getting updated by Marketo?

I inherited my company's Marketo instance from a coworker a while ago and just discovered through Facebook that she had set up a landing page with form on Facebook. The problem is, I cannot find the form or page anywhere in Marketo. I created a new page to override the one she had set up, but I can't seem to get the Thank You page to work. When I submit the form, I get redirected to the company's Contact Us page on our main website. I've tried multiple times to set the Thank You page through both the form and the landing page, but it won't work. I had a coworker try it out on her computer, but the screen just froze for her. The information she inputted in the form went through to Marketo like it should have, but she would not have known that. Any ideas?

Hello, is it possible to test a flow of a smart campaign without having to clone the whole program and run a test list through it? I'm experimenting with some new flows and it would give me peace of mind to be able to test them with a single email address. Thanks, Louise

I'm trying to set up a new Experience in Target Premium that uses an HTML offer. However, the script tag and javascript is being escaped. How can I prevent this? I have read in multiple places that it is possible to use javascript inside an HTML offer. Here's the code I am inserting into the html offer:<script type="text/javascript"> var jvUser = "returning"; </script>Here's the code that is rendering on our page:var mboxCurrent=mboxFactories.get('default').get('target-global-mbox',0);mboxCurrent.setEventTime('include.start');document.write('<div style="visibility: hidden; display: none" id="mboxImported-default-target-global-mbox-0">');document.write('<!-- Offer Id: 100474  --><script type=\"text\/javascript\">\nvar jvUser = \'returning\';\n<\/script>');document.write('<!-- Offer Id: 9024  --><script type=\"text\/javascript\">window.ttMETA=(typeof(window.ttMETA)!=\'undefined\')?window.ttMETA:[];window.ttMETA.push({\'mbox\':\'target-globa

Is there any way to kick a visitor out of an experience if their cookie changes (based on mbox parameter) after they've entered the campaign? It seems like once you're locked into an experience you will always get that experience even if you no longer qualify for the mbox parameter designated in the audience for campaign entry.
