It's not a question, but is it just me missing filter preview on a report page? This is result of latest update. I really miss this feature, it helped me quickly understand what I have in the report since description is not always available. Anyone else having the same thoughts?

Hi all, I am in the process of migrating the existing Adobe AdCloud tags to the web SDK. The documentation suggests that the only thing which is needed is the script below. <script src="https://www.everestjs.net/static/le/last-event-tag-latest.min.js"> <script> if("undefined" != typeof AdCloudEvent) stitchId = AdCloudEvent('IMS ORG Id','rsid').generateRandomId(); </script> Above code is in the sync tag, which which is loaded straight after the AEP base code. Validation / Debugging:Open Chrome Developer Tools and click the Network tab.Load a website page that contains the Analytics for Advertising JavaScript.Filter the Network tab by last and review two rows: The first row is the call to the JavaScript library and is titled last-event-tag-latest.min.js.The second row is the call sending the request to Adobe Advertising. It begins as follows: _les_imsOrgId=[your_imsOrgId_here]&_les_url=[your_encoded_ur

I'm facing one challenge while merging two JSON collections. For example collection1--> {"key1":"value1","key2":"value2"} and Collection2-->{"key3":"value3"}. I need output like {"key1":"value1","key2":"value2","key3":"value3"}. I tried by converting this object into an array and merging these but I'm getting an array of objects like [{"key1":"value1"},{"key2":"value2"},{"key3":"value3"}]. I need all the elements in a single object. Please let me know if anyone is facing the same challenge and if you have a solution, please share it. I really appreciate any help you can provide.

We're migrating workflow models from AMS to AEMaaCS, and some of our workflows used the Metadata Processor step which is no longer supported in AEMaaCS. In our workflow models, the Metadata Processor step is followed by custom workflow process steps to add some custom metadata properties. I saw this article which describes how to apply a workflow model to a folder, but I'm a little unclear on what exactly needs to be done to replace the functionality of the Metadata Processor: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/assets/manage/asset-microservices-configure-and-use#apply-workflow-model-to-folder To replace the functionality of the Metadata Processor, would we need to create a Metadata Profile with out custom metadata properties for our custom workflow process steps to work? Or would auto-starting the workflow on a folder be enough for our workflow models to work as before?  Additionally, is there a way to

Hi Team: We had successfully implemented AEP adding Schemas, Data streams etc., We can see the mapped data flow through on the Platform Debugger tool. The issue we are seeing is that there is NO clear direction on how to configure Geo data on AEP. We are trying to get Lat, Lon, City, State and Pincode information flow through. But, having trouble configuring it and need help in direction. Thank you,Sam.

Hello, I am working to create a visual fragment to use in email templates that has conditional content to show English or Spanish text depending on the profile's language preference. It seemed easy enough after creating a condition for Spanish and having the default be for English. But, when I go to publish this fragment, I get this error:(The attribute's title is "Written Language", but the actual attribute name is mailingLanguage)Has anyone experienced this error before and know how to solve it? This seems super basic, so I am not sure what the problem is. I have used this attribute (and other attributes that also create this error) in templates before without the use of the Conditional Content window without issue. I can do a workaround of pulling the conditions out of the Conditional Content window and embedding them in the HTML, but that tends to not look clean and blow up the visual in the editor.Any help would be amazing. Thank you!

Hi,I have 2 env. one is dev & other is test . I am using Arial Narrow as a font in footer section. But while generating the pdf through output service from Test env. am getting different font not Arial narrow in resultant pdf output. Quick back story, our site is largely "members only". So the majority of our content is traffic from known people and we track their demographic info.We have a rule in our configuration sending data to Adobe Analytics. We set a lot of evars on "every page load" that includes things like page name, account name, userID, zone and group information. We also have added things in this "every page load" rule for things like "on the search results page" add the keyword searched to an evar. We had a suggestion from a team member to remove that keyword search from the every page load an only load it on the search page, but we would also be duplicating all the other evars in that new search only rule so we don't lose the other evars we are tracking on the "every page" which would become every page except a few..." I've heard that too many rules triggering on a page impacts performance, but does the number of evars in a single rule also impact performance? If there is a rule that trigge

Hi community,  i am working on a custom process step that fetches the administrators group members emails and send the custom email template , i am able to fetching the members mails and template but getting the error org.apache.commons.mail.emailException:Invalid message supplied. The below is the process step code i am working on and the smtp configurationspublic void execute(WorkItem workItem, WorkflowSession workflowSession, MetaDataMap metaDataMap) { ResourceResolver resourceResolver = null; try { // Obtain ResourceResolver from the session resourceResolver = getResourceResolver(workflowSession); String payloadPath = workItem.getWorkflowData().getPayload().toString(); Resource resource = resourceResolver.getResource(payloadPath); // The workflow is triggered due to a specific metadata change, so no need to check if the metadata changed if (resource != null && resource.isResourceType("

Hi everyone, I want to do some modifications to some properties on Adaptive Form and Adaptive Form Fragment (AF from now on). Right now, if I open the properties of an AF I'll see something like this:The values I want to change are for: Author Name and Created/Last Modifiy/Last Published. For Author Name I want display the UserName instead of the UserID and for the Dates I want to show it like it is right now but also add the User Name to know who created the AF, who modified last and the same for the publish. Something like this. I'm kinda new on this environment so I don't know if this is hard or not, but the issue I have is to find the actual file that render this page with that information, so I don't know where to change it. Any help is good help! Thanks in advanced,Luis.

I am an AEM developer with some experience. Since it's been more than 6+ years since I worked on this product, I am looking for taking the developer Certification to refresh my knowledge and keep up to date with the current version.I found this below certification while trying to book the Exam.AD0-E123 Adobe Experience Manager Sites Developer ProfessionalBut this is not listed in learning.adobe site.can somebody confirm if this is a valid Exam? I have taken AD0-E116 a few months back and couldn't clear it. Hence decided to go with a beginner-level exam to gain some confidence.

I have added the OOTB Lock and unlock payload steps in my custom workflow in AEM cloud but it is not locking the page. Is there any configuration I need to do in order to make it work. I have already enabled the flag for "Enable lock and unlock WorkflowProcess" in Adobe Granite Workflow Configuration Service and checked the permission for workflow-process-service user. it has full access for content path. Same issue with the OOTB create version step as well, it is not creating page version. Is there something else I am missing here?

Hi, I currently have my custom table "Contact Us Submissions" linked with my Recipients table using just the "email" field as seen here:<element externalJoin="true" label="Contact Us Submissions" name="contactUsSubmissions"     target="cus:contactUsSubmissions" type="link" unbound="true">     <join xpath-dst="@email" xpath-src="@email"/></element>I want make sure they are linked together by "email" AND another custom attribute, "brandOwner"How would I make sure my table is linked together based on the combination of "email" and "brandOwner" attributes as reconciliation keys?

Hi Team, Recently I created a custom metadata schema and applied it to a few folders within the DAM. It seems to be working as expected on my account and a few others. One thing I observed is that it is not visible to all the users within the same user group. I tested it with a new user and with a user who had been added to the DAM-Users group from a while back. I can confirm all user accounts (new and old) have the same access settings as they belong to the same user group. However, a few of them do not see the new metadata schema - they only see the default AEM DAM schema. At first I thought it may have been cookies related, so we cleared cookie history and also tested via incognito mode and via admin account impersonating the one that is glitching. No luck. Also, a lot of users lost access to the folder with the applied customised metadata schema - why is that?Question - is there something else that needs to be done when applying a custom metadata schema onto the folders? What

Hello folks, Quick question on Marketo forms: Couple of forms that have been created under design studio needs to be tested by creating a dummy landing page and adding this form into the landing page to see if leads are getting captured. I specifically need to check if leads are capturing time stamp info. How do I go about this? Since the forms reside under Design studio. Do I have to clone these into "marketing Activities" in order for me to test them? Thanks in advance

Hey everyone!I am currently using this text mode on my project reports to pull a collection of who is assigned to tasks.displayname=Tasks Assigned Tolistdelimiter=<br>listmethod=nested(tasks).liststextmode=truetype=iteratevalueexpression=IF({numberOfChildren}=0,CONCAT({assignedTo}.{name}))valueformat=HTML But I'm wondering if any text mode gurus know of a way to take this to the next level and only show names if their job role is Graphic Designer ({user}.{roleID}="5519cc8500268d3218df43252bc5c135") or Digital Designer({user}.{roleID}="5579b4500070c1f6e13374b692ba9895"). Also for extra fun, is there a way to pull the collection of assignment users instead of the assigned to?

I have a scenario that ends in a custom API to do a POST call. It's throwing an occasional "[422] Invalid Parameter" error. Apparently, some users are pasting control characters (namely TAB) into task names and when fusion throws them into the JSON response it's failing.  I've tried using the ascii() function, which seems to strip the character out, but the error is still being thrown, which I don't understand at all. Thoughts?
