Hello Community Team,We are using AEM 6.5.20 on-premises version for our implementation and the ask is to leverage communities for managing User Generated Content.Specifically the comments, ratings, reviews, blogs etc. needs to be captured and curated by Admin/Author before it gets published to the world. I got to know from some of the forums that AEM Communities will be End Of Life and Adobe is not recommending or selling the communities license to their customers. In this situation, what would be the best solution for managing the communities in AEM. There are many cloud tools that are available, but the ask is to have on-premise community tool which can be easily integrated with AEM. Any help in this regards would be greatly appreciated.

I have a large number of contacts (250K+) that I need to pass through a trigger campaign. If I send them all at once, it causes a backlog in the Campaign Queue.I was thinking I could use Random Sample in a series of Request Campaign flow steps to send a chunk at a time.Something like this:Request CampaignChoice 1: If Random Sample is 25%  - Request Campaign X (otherwise do nothing)Wait 1 hourRequest CampaignChoice 1: If Random Sample is 25%  - Request Campaign X (otherwise do nothing)Wait 1 hourRequest CampaignChoice 1: If Random Sample is 25%  - Request Campaign X (otherwise do nothing)Wait 1 hourChoice 1: If Random Sample is 25%  - Request Campaign X (otherwise do nothing)Would that effectively split the large list into 4 parts and send one group per hour?

I am building out a guided landing page, trying to pull in a custom font to overwrite the entire page. I have uploaded the font into Design Studio. I am calling the font on the page:<style type="text/css"> @font-face { font-family: "Metronic Pro Black"; src: url('https://go.autoshopsolutions.com/rs/180-DGD-014/images/Mostardesign - MetronicProBlack.otf') format("otf") } body { font-family: 'Metronic Pro Black', sans-serif !important; } </style>I have also added it to my CSS I am calling:<link rel="stylesheet" href="https://go.autoshopsolutions.com/rs/180-DGD-014/images/tire-style1.css"> body{ font-family: 'Metronic Pro Black', sans-serif; font-size:12px; line-height:18px; color:#000000; font-weight:normal; }I am not sure if I am calling it wrong or some other issue is causing it not to pull. Any insight would be great!

Hi All,I want to save some credentials(assessKey/SecretId) for some third-party authentication, But not want to save in code or config files as it will be visible to all developers.  I saw one blog  where the credentials get store as java System properties variables in start.bat script file like below and try to assess it in code using BundleContext.getProperty("aws.accessKeyId").I want to know 1. Hi All  We are using Akamai CDN, and my content is served from the dispatcher cache. However, I’ve configured the headers at the dispatcher level to set Cache-Control to no-cache and no-store. How is it that the dispatcher is still serving cached content instead of Akamai?   Thanks KNan

hi folks,I want to delete old packages so I created this osgi configuration for my servercom.adobe.acs.commons.packagegarbagecollector.PackageGarbageCollectionConfig.xml I entered the following XML, intending to delete the packages in my_packages group older than 30 days every hour.<jcr:root xmlns:sling="http://sling.apache.org/jcr/sling/1.0" xmlns:jcr="http://www.jcp.org/jcr/1.0" jcr:primaryType="sling:OsgiConfig" scheduler="0 0 0/1 1/1 * ? *" maxAgeInDays="30" groupName="my_packages removeNotInstalledPackages="false"/>However, after the code is deployed, the hour has come and gone and no sign of any INFO statements in the logs indicating that it has deleted the packages.(https://adobe-consulting-services.github.io/acs-aem-commons/features/package-garbage-collector/index.html) All I see is this.*INFO* [JcrInstaller.1] org.apache.sling.installer.provider.jcr.impl.JcrInstaller Registering resource with OSGi installer: [Installa

Hi all, I'm opening this thread because I'm searching for a simple solution that will allow to set a minimum password length on AEM 6.5 On Prem for Author user without doing any kind of custom logic. For example, the request is to have a minimum of 14 characters (no worries about what kind of characters are alloweed, it's just about length) instead of the default value. Is there any way to achieve this result? If no, do you have any suggested solution to made it in a custom way? I've found many thread on the community but no one answer directly to this simple question. Thanks in advance for you help! Regards,Simone

I have a bundle which was deployed successfully, but when I checked the bundle console, the status was still in the ‘installed’ state. Upon verification, I found that the bundle has a dependency error stating: ‘javaslang, version=[2.0,3) – Cannot be resolved.’ please help me out here.

We need to access a data attribute (or a hidden element with some value) from component's HTL inside a clientlibs which loads only when dialog opens. We need to perform some check based on a configuration which is available in HTL and we are able to provide it via data attribute or a separate hidden element. Since we cannot access any page elements from dialog clientlibs, we are unable to access this value as well. Is there a way we can access this value from HTL or another way to pass it to clientlib on dialog open. We have tried window.parent.document etc but this doesn't give component's HTL. thanks.

Hi there, We have one app surface that has both android & iOS configured, and we prefer not to split them up to different app surfaces. And I am wondering if there's a way in Campaigns and Journeys, that we can target only specific device types (iOS/Android).  In test mode, I've tried entering one single ECID, and it fires a push notification to all my devices (Android/iOS). So I am wondering:1) Is there a way to send push notifications only to a specific ECID2) Is there a way to send push notifications only to Android or iOS devices Thanks,

Hello Community,I would like to know if anyone has implemented Adobe Analytics using Google Tag Manager. Can someone provide me an easy understandable article or a document that shows step by step procedure to implement various evars/props/events via GTM ?

Dear Team,The client requested an audit of their video tracking due to some issues. After reviewing the setup, here are my findings:1) They are capturing the video title in eVar19 as follows:1230674401112:abc basierter GentransferIt seems that both the video ID and video title are being stored together in eVar19. Is this considered a best practice? If so, could you clarify why?I also noticed that the video title is not present in the page view source or the data layer—it only appears on the video screen, not within the content itself.2) In addition, I observed that they are not tracking video pauses or video mutes. Is it beneficial ?Could you also provide a list of additional information that should be tracked, which would be beneficial for the client?Thank you!

Hi, I’m currently testing Email On Acid's Analytics feature, and I need to add a tracking code snippet to my email for it to work. However, when I paste the code into the HTML source editor and click save, Marketo automatically removes the <style> tags. Is there a way to prevent this from happening? Unfortunately, I can't use the 'Edit Code' option to insert the tracking code because my email template contains dynamic content that cant be removed this is why I'm trying to add the code directly through the HTML source editor. Thanks you in advance 🙂

How do I automate repository sync between customer managed git repo (we are using git hub) and AEM Cloud manager repo.

Is it possible to have folders show a numeric value/count on how many assets are within that folder? For example, we have a lot of folders that are currently empty however it isn't possible for a user to know that unless they click into the folder. We may just delete these folders for now if we can't show a numeric value/count on the folder level.
