Does anyone know which of the new access levels allows a user to generate a proof? I ask because Standard, Light and Contributor all have "Edit" access to documents per this overview: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/administration-and-setup/add-users/access-levels/access-level-overview Does Edit access permit Light and Contributor users to generate proofs?  Thanks!

I'm working with a variable in Adobe Analytics that captures multiple values separated by hyphens. I'm looking for the best way to visualize this data in a heatmap. The goal is to split these delimited values into individual components and represent their frequency or intensity visually, allowing for easy analysis of patterns or trends. Any advice on how to achieve this effectively would be appreciated.  Dimension X captures:  Equity Compensation-Retirement Planning-Executive Financial Planning-Financial Education-Nonqualified Deferred CompensationExecutive Financial Planning-Financial Education-Nonqualified Deferred CompensationRetirement PlanningRetirement Planning-Financial EducationI would like to see my dashboard show each value independently and provide counts of how many instances it showed up. For example: Retirement Planning = 3Equity Compensation = 1Executive Financial Planning = 2 Is it possible to do this without using a list.var?

If I use audience as attribute in another audience. Do both audiences have to have same merge policy?

Hello! I am wondering if there is a setting to allow members of the team to edit custom form fields in the backlog view. I have set up the view to include custom fields and need them to be able to update from the backlog view. I am able to do it as an admin, but my planners are not able. They have to open the issue, open the custom form and edit.

Do you think its better to configure this one on a:- campaign level (js checking in activity)- web sdk event

Hello, I've come across information online suggesting that it's possible to restrict Marketo Landing Pages to specific IP addresses through the Admin settings. However, it seems this configuration applies globally to all landing pages. Is there a way to apply IP restrictions to just a single landing page—so that it only works within our office network?

Hi AllAEM Linkshare functionality when multiple assets within a folder is shared and downloaded, the assets are inside another sub-folder instead of all assets directly inside the parent/root folder. Is this a recent change in OOTB Link share functionality? Is there a configuration to download all assets in the same root folder instead of respective sub-folders?For example, DAM folder /content/dam/test has assets a.jpg & b.jpg, when folder test is shared via Share Link functionality to an author and downloads the folder, then extracts it to find folder with name a.jpg and b.jpg inside these folders, assets a.jpg and b.jpg exists. The expected result is directly inside extracted folder test, the assets a.jpg and b.jpg must be available. Is this possible?

We found a range of IP addresses in Workspace that has 99% bounce rate. Further investigation showed that the user agent looks extremely suspicious with some of them being "HeadlessChrome" or using Windows 10 and an extremely outdated version of Chrome. We're convinced they are bots.I would like to add them to the Bot Rules as an IP address but cover the whole range. This is not the real IP address that will be added but just an example. If the IP address starts with "15.12.", will it work if I enter 15.12.0.0/16 in the Bot Rules with IP Address selected in the dropdown?

Hi, I understand that we can implement push notifications with AJO for a Flutter mobile app. However, the documentation isn’t very clear to me. From what I’ve read, it seems that we don’t need native code to initialize the SDK, but we do need to add some native code to pass the Firebase token, for example on Android:MobileCore.setPushIdentifier(token); After that, we should be able to listen for messages in Flutter using something like:List<Message> messages = await Messaging.getCachedMessages(); Is my understanding correct? I’d really appreciate some guidance on this.

Hello Community - I searched for a Diff Checker utility but perhaps there's another term to use.  I'd like to see, line by line the difference between published libraries, attempting to track down what appears to be a rather deep issue.  I've pulled each build's corresponding files manually and popped them into a diff checker one by one, but that's tedious.  If that's the only way to go, what diff checker recommendations do you have? Thanks -- MitchellTe1 (MitchellT)

You can give a Teaser, like the rest of the core components an arbitrary ID, which also shows up in the data layer. This is useful for identifying the things you'd like to track. Unfortunately this only happens at the component level. For something like a CTA that can be added to a Teaser component, an ID is generated. You can see an example of this on wknd.site. If I inspect the teaser on the first slide on the home page.....you can see its ID, "teaser-2122a9f81a-cta-6b28b693be"The first part, teaser-2122a9f81a" can be arbitrarily changed by adding an ID to the teaser in question. But can the second part be altered somehow? If I look at the even generated in the data layer when this is clicked, I again see this ID.But this doesn't seem like a great ID to identify an obvious clickable item; an arbitrary, intuitive ID would be much better. What are people doing when a site owner comes and says they want an analytics report for the View Trips button clicks? Does a developer have to do

Hello, I am exploring using Adobe report builder extension to stitch multiple reports into  Power BI. I get "additional purchase may be required", does anyone know the associated cost? Kind Regards,

Hi, I've set up a 'request' approval process that triggers on a status change of a request The approval goes to a 'role' - and there is only 1 person who performs that role. The probelm is - that person doesn't get an email alert about their approval being needed. They DO get a notification. I can't see anything in email settings - both under system/Email/Notifications  or the users personal notification settings that could be blocking this. Can anyone help ? Thanks

Metadata schema where we are using the Generic list to load the drop downs . A generic list with all options was created. Pasting the generic list path in the schema settings under “Add Manually” populates all options correctly.Problem: After saving the metadata schema , options do not persist vanish.Observation: Issue occurs only when the dropdown contains more than ~1,000 options. Smaller lists work as expected.Visibility and choices rules can only be configured after the dropdown options are populated and saved. Please assist me how I can save more than1000 value in list

Hi, I am trying to remove spaces from values and concat them into a new field with Fusion such that we can easily provide information. This has to be done with Fusion because some of the information is on a higher task or even project level and are custom fields, so doing this with a calculated field is not an option. For now I have 5 fields that I want to concat into one field such that:Field 1: 1112222Field 2: CollectionField 3: Product DescriptionField 4: Volume in MLCombines into the field that shows: 1112222-collection-productdescription-volumeinml I managed to create the concat and also make it lower case using the lower() function. Now I tried to use the replace function by doing replace(fieldname;" ";"") but that does not seem to work. How can I get rid of all the spaces such that the name is just one string of text?

Hi Team,I am having a requirement, such that I should be able to select multiple values from a drop-down in Content fragments in AEM.I tied as is from this blog, but was unsuccessful :https://blogs.perficient.com/2021/05/27/how-to-extend-content-fragment-model-data-types/  Can you look at the blog and say, if anything is missing from the post. Or can you give any recommendations / solutions.

Does anyone in this community manage to set up their AEM/ Assets 6.5 Managed Service Shared Link? Any tips?

I’m trying to understand experience fragments and how I can use them on our customer portal site. Our content authors would like the ability to build them in our main site authoring environment that is on AEMaaCS. The portal site is Ionic/Angular and has different CSS and JS than our AEM site.Where I’m having difficulty is understanding how the clientlibs of our main site can be used. Is this something that needs to be handled by the link rewriter for experience fragments based on a specific experience fragment template so that the correct domain is used? Something like what is discussed on this page about Target offers? Or am I overthinking this?https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/implementing/configuring-and-extending/experience-fragments#default-link-rewriting

Is there a way to use Asset Renditions ( mobile, tablet or custom) in Image component  AEM Authoring( instead of uploading assets for each breakpoint in the component)Trying to optimize the authoring process here. Please share best practice.

Hi Community,I’ve restricted access to /content/dam/secure/ using ACLs, which work fine on Author, but after replication the assets are still accessible on Publish via direct URLs.What is the recommended best practice in AEM as a Cloud Service to ensure DAM assets remain secure on Publish - ACL replication, CUGs, Dispatcher filters, or another approach?

Hi,Can we use Microsoft OpenJDK11 with AEMaaCS  for our local setup? Does this have any issue with the long term code run or its safe to use?

Hi All, I could see a clear difference between html page source and current DOM structure of the same html page. I need to fetch current DOM structure (mouse right click and inspect option in browser) of the page. Would like to know if there is any API in java or FE js?I tried making http call but all those are giving html source of the page. Any help is highly appreciated.  Thanks,Pradeep

We're researching ways to automate our event participation certificates and it seems to me that a Marketo Landing Page could work, but I'm wondering if others have used this in the past with success. We're tracking our event registration and participation through a Marketo Program currently, but when someone attends, we're sending an alert to someone to manually generate and send the participation certificate.Has anyone used a Marketo Landing Page to serve up a participation certificate? We would need it to include the person's name, event name and date, but all of these already live on the Program level as Tokens. My thought is we could send them the landing page link in a thank you for attending email and when they click they would be able to view the personalized certificate on a landing page via Tokens.
