Hoping to get some additional help/insight into how Total Sales (Control Offer) is determined for a brand-new test. Do we need to run the test for a few days ahead of the full test to get an idea of what the control offer generates? Is there best practice guidance into how this is done? Any help here would be appreciated!

Hello,I have a couple questions about how the Dispatcher performs load balancing and penalizes unavailable renders.Hopefully someone here will have useful insight. The documentation for the dispatcher "statistics" and "unavailablePenalty" are a little ambiguous as to how the load balancing is actually performed.Here's the documentation: https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/dispatcher/disp-config.html#par_168_66_0011Is there any documentation that details what information is kept in the "statistics" and how this information relates to prioritization of renders for load balancing. Is the algorithm documented anywhere?The issue is, without knowing how the dispatcher performs the load balancing, it is difficult to configure and tune it. Specifically, the "unavailablePenalty" property is of interest to us. The documentation simply states that the "unavailablePenalty property sets the time (in tenths of a second) that is applied to the render statistics when a connection to the render fails. Dispa

Is it possible to associate an Image/Images with a ZIP to generate its thumbnail? That would help marketers identify the zip more easily.

We have version JS-2.26.0-LDQM. Is that the latest and where in the documentation so I can find it next time?

Hello! Im looking to see if anyone has some best practices around experience event schemas, specifically around a single event schema with multiple sources or datasets. Use case: we have 3 paid media partners that we'd like to ingest engagement data back into AEP using source connectors/HTTP API? If each paid media source has 4 event types (conversions, impressions, clicks, video views), how would you leverage a single dataset for each paid media partners if fields such as timestamp needs to be unique to each event type source? Does there need to be a dataset for each event type per paid media source? Thanks!

I have an adaptive form with a single submit button. When the form is submitted, I'd like it to both (1) POST to an external REST endpoint and (2) send an email. I tried creating a workflow to perform the two actions, but found that to be far less straightforward and beyond my current understanding.

I'm working on a project where I need to create a masonry grid component that can dynamically add rows, with each row displaying different types of components. For example, if an editor adds a row and selects two components, the grid should generate two side-by-side containers, and each container should be capable of having additional components added inside.The issue I'm facing is that when adding containers using data-sly-resource, the containers end up with the same ID, which causes them to behave as if they are cloned any components added to one container appear in all of them.Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have any advice on how to properly manage unique IDs for these containers to ensure they work independently?<div class="cmp-masonryGrid bootstrap" data-sly-use.model="com.xxxx.core.models.MasonryGrid" data-cmp-is="masonryGrid" data-cc-name="ctaevent" data-cc-componentname="column" data-cc-componentgroup="content"> <div class="container"

I'm wondering if there has been anyone out there who has leveraged the JIRA modules and run into the the error I have attached to this question and if you have had any luck in getting around it?  I have a simple webhook that runs when a project is updatedIf the task is marked for update in JIRA it runs a JIRA Cloud moduleThe module can be set by manually selecting the project/project key and then updating the project fields in JIRAIssue - the fields to update won't load in the moduleThanks in advance!

Hello! how can i achieve this statement startDate since <= Today and endDate >= Today when building a custom rule for an audience in AEP? Thank you!

I've been asked about three scenarios for linking activities and identities: 1. One person uses multiple devices2. Two people use one device3. Two people share two devices I'm aware that two and three are edge cases, but the client wants to know. My understanding based on reading about how Identity Service works is that: 1. Identity service will understand this is the same person and link activity to the same Identity Profile2 and 3. Logged in activity will be properly attributed to the right identity, but anonymous activity, no idea what will happen. Will it get linked to both identities? Will it go with the most recently logged in identity? What the heck happens?

What AEP is doing if we send for example more than 20GB batch data in one hour? How is it queued? Or if we exceed number of requests?I went through this guardrails but customer has additional pre-sales questions - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/ingestion/guardrails

Hello, Working on vetting an AEM cloud workflow. We have a blueprint -> Live Copy set up due to having long approval times for content on our site. We also have a Preview and Publish instance configured. I currently have a Publish to Preview workflow that publishing content / dam updates directly to the Preview instance. What I would like to know is if I can add steps to that workflow that once the content is approved that I can trigger the next steps to Synchronize / Roll-out the changes to that pages Live Copy? And then Publish to the Publish(Live) destination? Example of our set up:staging-country/page1.html Live Copy -> live-country/page1.html Content team will edit the page staging-country/page1.html and initiate the workflow that publishes the changes to the Preview destination for approvals.Once approved we manually take that page and use the Synchronize function to push the changes to the Live Copy live-country/page1.html and then Publis

Hi all, I'm trying to work out this expression to display a value (FY25) if a date in a picker is between Oct 1 (24) - Sept 31 (25) Works when I use the first part > than:IF(({DE:Event Start Date}) >= 01/10/2024, IF(({DE:Event Start Date}) <= 30/09/25, "FY25", "-")) But not when I add the second section < than. Also tried the following: IF(({DE:Event Start Date}) >= "01/10/2024" && ({DE:Event End Date}) <= "30/09/25", "FY25", "-") Any ideas out there?Andy

Hello, Everyone. In our project, We use an external accout for Google BigQuery Data Connection.There's no problem to use this one by administrator right.But,  There's data access error if no admi operators try to use it. Error message is like following :You do not have access to data in the data source 'ncdm-p-pii-reader@kone-platform.iam.gserviceaccount.com:kone-platform@C:\Users\acadmin\Desktop\ncdm-p-pii-reader_20231219.json'. We try to change key file directory or directory access permission,created a user was created with all named right except administrator and the user was added to the external account folder. Campaign Operators does not have to have Admin right but need to use bigquery data access.It's critical for us. Is there anyone who have similar problem?Could anyone share any clue in this kind of problem?
