Hi everyone, We are having to create upwards of 250 folders in AJO Assets to hold assets for different client business units. Each of these folders needs to contain 4 sub folders under it. Is there an API available for Assets in AJO by which these folders can be created in one go? Regards,Shashank S.

Hi,  I am currently creating our company's brand-specific email template with some reusable modules for our marketers. I am trying to make it compatible with outlook desktop clients particulary the old versions. However, when creating new email instance from my template, i've noticed it has stripped off some conditional mso comments from the template e.g.    <!--[if mso | IE]></td></tr></table><table align="center" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" role="presentation" style="width:800px;" width="800" ><tr><td style="line-height:0;font-size:0;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;"><v:image style="border:0;height:469px;mso-position-horizontal:center;position:absolute;top:0;width:800px;z-index:-3;" src="${hero2BgImage}" xmlns:v="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml" /><![endif]-->

We need to Enable SSO in Workfront, can anyone tell us the required steps to be configuredWhen we click on Single-Sign on, getting error message like this "An error has occurred and we are working to resolve the issue. "

Hello, I am currently investigating server side tracking, in particular, its ability to overcome Safari's ITP for cross domain tracking. Could HTTP response headers be used to set the MID on domain one and then retrieve it on domain two? There is a similar solution that can be used in Google Analytics using FPID and FPLC cookies but I cannot find any documentation for this specific server side tracking use case for Adobe Analytics/Launch. For example, users on my website go through a quote process on domain A (quote.com) and then the application process is held on domain B (application.com). I currently use client-side cross domain tracking via link decoration to retrieve the MID from domain A on domain B to make sure the sessions are stitched. However, due to Safari's ITP, this cookie expires after 24 hours. Having done research on server side tracking and HTTP response header cookies in particular, it seems like a valid option to circumvent ITP's cookie restrictions and ens

What is the best way to remove a character from a string? Currently I am using this implementation to remove a comma from a string. Does the emptystring variable leave unexpected characters?

Hi,I am new to learning Marketo. Need help understanding the relevance of "Change Program Success" flow step and also to clarify a doubt regarding the same. Question : I am running a smart campaign in a program having a channel with the following statuses :Opened, Clicked, Engagedwhere I am trying the "Change Program Status" and "Change Program Success" flow steps to have a better understanding on these concepts.  If using the  "change program status" I am giving the status as "clicked" (which is not a success step) and in the "Change Program Success" flow step , I am giving success as true then Isn't it wrong as clicked is not a success for this program. When I go and see the status of a lead in the members tab the status is clicked but the success is also captured. Help me understand its relevance.

Hello Community, I am looking into creating either a project, program, portfolio, or dashboard view that allows me to see all my projects and assigned tasks in one view that my manager and view/edit as well. Is this a project that has been previously discussed here or anyone worked on before? Even if you didn't succeed, it would be nice to know if this is a fruitful endeavor or not. Thank you for your time

We have been having issues with our larger projects (50-100 tasks) freezing up when we make small edits. All the dates will get greyed out after making a change. We are seeing timelines freeze up for over an hour sometimes which makes it very hard to make multiple updates and is slowing us down.

Hi all, I think hard bounces are automatically excluded in email deliveries. However, I would like to exclude them in my query beforehand. Is there an easy way to do that in a workflow? Until now I used the exlusion logs. But when the email address of a profile changes, the profile is still excluded. So I  have to compare the email address that bounced with the email address of the profile. Thanks,Lara Vlasblom

I have 5 projects for one brand being managed separately (different work streams, diff channels) and they will continue to be managed separately, however, my manager would like to have them all rollout up into one project for visibility, a "summary" type of project.  As changes occur on the 5 projects, the idea is that any changes would be reflected in the summary project as well. Is there a way to connect the 5 separate projects to have them roll up into a separate overall project? Thank you!

Does anyone know why some SVGs in the AEM repository have preview images/thumbnails and some do not?It seems like if the SVG has a raster image embedded in it, it doesn't generate the preview. At other times, a specific image won't update properly or generate a preview properly, but if we wait a day and upload again, the same graphic works fine.

Workfront used to offer a tier of contract /pricing plan that included a dedicated System Admin from Workfront to manage your instance, if your company didn't want to maintain the system yourselves. Is this still something Adobe offers, and does anyone know the approximate cost?

When a requestor completes the custom form, all fields are initially visible and completed correctly. However, upon converting it to a project, one of the fields becomes empty, leading to inconvenience. How we can resolve it?

I have about 2 thousand ad campaigns as my dimension, and ad views, clicks, and click-rate as my metrics. I want to sort the data to see the best click-rate, however, there are lots of high percentages due to low view amount (e.g. 1 view and 1 click amounts to 100% click rate but the click and view numbers are too low to even consider putting them in a report). I wanted to filter the ads, so only the ads with more than 5000 views show up but I was unsuccessful in doing so. How can I solve this problem?

Is it possible to create a Typeahead dropdown list that queries an external data source? When the user chooses a value from among typeahead options presented, we'd like the selected value to execute a query that looksup related values and returns them For example ... You have a Typeahead field on a form called "State". User types in string "CA" and the field looks up the external datasource column for State to populate typeahead suggestiongs User Gets typeahead suggestions of "California", "N. Carolina", "S. Carolina"... & selects "California". This executes a query to a "geo" database using California as search parameter to return the related values for Country and Continent. The following 3 fields are populated on the form: State: CaliforniaCountry: USAContinent: N. America Has anyone accomplished this type behavior on a form? We do have Fusion FLOs that execute upon Request or Project update *after

I had made several updates to a Custom Form on 7/22, using the new builder.  Applied/Saved.  On 7/23, I'm demoing those changes to a business partner of mine.  An hour later, I'm demoing those changes again to a few other people.  I was going back and forth in between browsers and the form.  I close the form and open it up again and all of a sudden the old Custom Form builder is there.  And, the changes I had done the day before were gone.  I know this sounds bizarre, but Workfront reverted the form back to an older version.  I'm wondering if it's because of the old builder showing up. I closed out the form and brought it back up and the new builder was there.   Apparently, I was the last one in the form, but how is it possible to roll back?  That's not even an option in the form.  And, is there a place that you can see who made the latest update? One more thing:  If two people are editing a custom form, wo

Does the fields does not show up in audience creator unless there is some data in dataset attached to them?

Hello,Could someone please explain why am I seeing 2 different number here? and explain why?For example, if I create a visualization using this view (yellow) SEO is from Dimension Item "SEO" while the (blue) SEO is from segment screenshots above. We see 2 slightly different number for exampleYellow: 1,312,000Blue: 1,320,000the number difference is minimal, but I would like to understand what the reason for this could be. Thank you!

In our Hybrid model setup, following the OS upgrade prompted by an EOL issue in the production environment, we have encountered an unexpected malfunction with the SFTP account. This issue has not been observed in the UAT environments. The main distinction in the production environment is the utilization of the latest OS version 8.10. We suspect that a bug is impacting the connection to the SFTP account, which is hosted on a Windows server. Although a similar issue has been previously reported to Adobe, it is uncertain whether the required fix is available in the RPM provided by Adobe for RHEL 8. X version. In the workflow, we are encountering a timeout error after 5 minutes of waiting. Please find the log below. On the SFTP side, we can observe a successful login from the campaign side, but no further activity is occurring thereafter. 06/26/2024 2:38:55 AM Workflow finished06/26/2024 2:38:55 AM fileTransfer CRL-290002 Download error in cURL06/26/2024 2:38:55 AM fileTransfer T

Hi all, I am migrating an otb "asset update workflow" which has few custom workflow process steps such as metadata modification, property renaming etc. What is the best way to migrate these custom workflow process steps to AEM Cloud such that post the processing of the assets by the microservices these process steps are executed? your opinions would be appreciated @arunpatidar, @estebanbustamante, @aanchal-sikka, @h_kataria, @rohan_garg

Is there any option like /etc/replication/treeactivation.html(which was there in the Classic version) under Cloud Service of AEM? If there's NO direct link/url, is there any way to achieve this? Thanks,

Hello, I've tried updating a profile in a journey and I'm able to use the updated data in a condition in the same journey. However this data cannot be used in other journeys. This updated value can only be seen on the profile and not in the dataset. Is there a way to map this change to the dataset or any other way to use the data in another journey? Thanks in advance! Iswaren

Is there a way to implment the WebSDK XDM without having to create a data element for each node / item of data  on the XDM schema and a rule for every event?  We don't use an event driven DL rather our rules are driven by DIrect Call Rules. The way that Adobe is suggesting we would need 100s of rules and data elements to maintain. Is there a way that I could use custom code to add data directly onto the XDM schema before I use the sendEvent? I would like to use the WebSDK extension as much as possible - but just be able to manipulate the XDM schema directly if possible. PS: I am familiar with the AA via AEP Web SDK extension, but would rather not use a third party extension.

Hello my lovely Community! I'm currently setting up some Custom Activities for the first time (I love an opportunity to learn something new in Marketo!) and one of the fields I need to add on several of the activities is a URL capture. There is no URL field type in the options: Of course, I dived right into the Community to check out what I could use as an alternative and came across this post where @darshil_shah1 notes that a URL field is best for storing information that is ONLY a URL and @sanfordwhiteman noted that a Textarea field would be better for entire URLs because URL fields are limited to 255 characters. However, there's no Textarea field either so my only option appears to be a String field (which also has a limit of 255 characters). I also checked the Custom Field Type Glossary and Field Types where there are a lot more fields defined than there are available for Custom Activity fields - are options intentionally limited here or
