Solved

I've seen this discussion: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/workfront-questions/project-finances-allocation-dat... but it doesn't quite tell me how those dates are determined.   We have a Project (Financial Data) report where the planned completion date of the project is in March 2026, but the report is showing allocation dates stretching out through August 2026.

I am looking for ways to prevent users from re-entering same journey again. From AJO docs, Incremental load prevents users who have previously qualified; However, if a user's profile changes and they drop out of, then later re-qualify for the audience, they may still re-enter correct? How can we make sure that they never enter the same read audience based journey?

Hi team,We’re exploring how to track and reconcile message feedbacks (delivery, bounce, etc.) with the original API triggered transactional message send requests in Adobe Journey Optimizer.According to the feedback webhook documentation, the webhook payload includes a requestId field, which uniquely identifies the transactional send request. However, when we query the AJO Message Feedback Event Dataset, the field requestId doesn’t seem to appear — even though the rest of the payload closely mirrors the webhook structure. What’s the recommended way to tie a feedback event in the dataset back to the original send request? Would really appreciate guidance or examples on how to correlate feedback dataset records with the original transactional requests. Thanks in advance!

Hi Team, I have posted a similar question before, but this time its different slightly. We have managed to render DoR from adaptive form using outputService.generatePDFOutput, with merged data. The adaptive form fields are binding with XDP template fields, by associating XDP with Adaptive form (xdpRef property). The question that we have is, is there any way to render PDF with merged data form adaptive form, without XDP associated to it. We are trying to understand if there is any possibility of creating an adaptive form directly on AEM, and rendering the PDF with data, by not using XDP template at all in future (to prevent the use of designer). Is there any way to create template within forms in AEM 6.5? Please also consider the fact that, PDFs have specific templates, which are currently maintained using XDP template. Thank you.

Hello,After the daylight saving change, our Audience Evaluation scheduled batch time is running one hour earlier than expected, which is causing mismatches in Audience results. We need to adjust the scheduled batch time for the Evaluation Summary. Please help me to find the correct id to change the Audience Evaluation scheduled batch from the https://platform.adobe.io/data/core/ups/config/schedules API call response. Please refer to the attached screenshot for details. Thanks in AdvanceSheejo Rapheal

So I think I know the answer to this one but thought in case it had appeared on a development roadmap since I last explored it, it was worth asking. I'm building a "basic board" in Workfront where I don't have a need to link the cards to issues or tasks at present, its just helpful to have cards, task lists, comments and statuses against tickets. Am I right in thinking that, because cards are not standard elements of the Workfront structure of tasks, issues, projects, etc, it's not currently possible to produce any reporting based on unlinked cards? Thanks!

I'm trying to create an issue report to show the average time between entry date and actual completion date per month. I cannot get any issue duration field to aggregate to show an average in the grouping. I've tried text mode to calculate the date difference, and I've also tried creating a calculated field. Neither is working for me. Is this even possible? If not, does anyone have a good way to show this type of data in Workfront? Thanks!

One of my users asked how their supervisor could be notified when they're added to a project, to which I responded that was built into Workfront's notification settings. However, when looking in the "miscellaneous" notifications for that manager (and all users) I can no longer find any settings related to people on their team. Has anybody else noticed this?

Client is a professional sports team and often has last-minute lists they need to email. They have a stand-alone AJO (no RT-CDP or CDP connected to facilitate real-time audience evaluation). Example use cases could be:1. Same-day ticket purchase there were not capture at data refresh from warehouse, or at ticket-purchase event (configured but limited). 2. Communicatsions that need to go to people not typically in the database - such as family members of players/staff, and/or lists from sales-teams for certains games, our group sales members. We are hoping to receive details on whether list imports and/or real-time evaluation is on the roadmap for stand-alone AJO and highly suggest this functionality as marketing automation platforms fulfill this need. We have provided workarounds to get the client as close as possible, but are looking for input from other users and Adobe team. Any specific details greatly appreciated!

Dear Community,Greetings! I have setup an event that triggers the journey. The event has the 'accountNumber' and 'phoneNumber' attributes. Now, I need to find the 'email address' associated with the 'accountNumber' or 'phoneNumber' and send out an email to the user. Account Number is the primary key here. How can we accomplish this within the journey? Thanks in advance.

I have almost clear whole dam via script and tested. Sites are working fine. all dam folders and assets added by users are deleted. and then run 1. java -jar oak-run-1.8.4.jar checkpoints crx-quickstart/repository/segmentstore2.  java -jar oak-run-1.8.4.jar checkpoints crx-quickstart/repository/segmentstore rm-unreferenced3.   java -jar -Dsun.arch.data.model=32 oak-run-1.8.4.jar compact crx-quickstart/repository/segmentstoreafter compact however it freed the size of 35GB. but my aem total size was around 865GB. and I was expecting to reduce more used size. however I haven't deleted the sites which were using these assets. The dam size was quite big in 700+GB.Can someone guide me how to clear the size of application?Server used is Rhel 9.

I am looking to develop a detailed table that focuses exclusively on those web pages that have received more than 1,000 visits within the last six months. Is there a way for me to create a specific filter or segment to isolate and display this data effectively?

Hello everybody!I'm discovering AJO and got stuck in understanding on how to create a Profile. Can somebody explain for me please!

Hi,I have a test program created in the year 2018.Today Imported program members via bulk API with program member status as "Member"  and set program member values.API returns status "Queued" and import completed without errorsI do not see any program member when I clicked on program "Members" tab in Marketo UI.ironically, I saw all emails when I exported program members data.Program type is default, channel is emailI can see program members in Marketo UI if I import emails via .csv file manually. Can you please help me to understand what's going wrong Thanks,Babu

Hi everyone,I'm integrating external database lists into Marketo, and part of the business requirement is to create new static lists in Marketo automatically from that external source. The database API requires passing a folder ID or program ID where the lists should be created. However, in the Database section of Marketo, there are only folders and lists, no programs. Also, folders in the Database don’t display any ID in the UI.How can I find the correct folder ID to use in the API request, so the integration knows where to create these new lists within the desired folder in the Database section? Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi,We have 2 websites on separate domains, that we want track with a single Marketo instance. Site 1Munchkin tracking codeMarketo forms Site 2Munchkin tracking codeSalesforce commerce forms Our plan is to submit the munchkin tracking ID along with the Salesforce form, which will then be used in a Push Lead API call  to associate the visitor activity with the lead after it is synced to Marketo. However, if a lead first fills out a standard Marketo form on Site 1, and then fills out the form on Site 2 (triggering the process above), what will happen? Will the lead become associated with the munchkin ID of Site 2 only, and Site 1 activity will no longer be tracked? Or does Marketo maintain the association of multiple tracking IDs? Thanks,

Hi! I'm trying to create a filter (I believe it might need to be a text filter). I'm working on reporting and dashboards and trying to build a dashboard for a specific subsector of projects within a portfolio. Right now I have a report filtered by program name (ID) where I typed in the word "talent" and just selected all of the programs with the word talent in the name. However, this doesn't automatically update because every time a new program with the word "talent" get's entered, I would have to go back in and add it it the filter. I'm assuming the best way to go about this is to add a text filter that filters every program with the word "talent". Could anyone help with what this text mode filter would look like? Let me know if there's a better way to do this.

Could using the same subdomain for both SMS and email impact my email sending reputation? For example, if my SMS channel generates a lot of spam complaints or opt-outs, could that negatively affect the reputation of the email subdomain in any way?

Hi All , Is there any way to find list or details of all workflow which have update activity used anywhere across all workflow on instance. Thanks

How to define/personalize an if-else condition in an AJO API Trigger Campaign email template to return the values of {{context.make}} and {{context.model}} only if they exist(true). If only one exists(true), return that one; if both exist(true), return both.{ "context": { “make” =“true”,"make"= "a",  ”model”=“true”, "model"="b" } }

Hey folks, I have an absurd issue on my custom ui testing build - The logs are building out the URL https://publish-p111111-e1492222.adobeaemcloud.net/hello/test/hi?nocache=trueThe actual URL should be adobeaemcloud.com and not .netI have set the URL in environment variable and in my cypress.config.js but yet the above one gets logged. The above URL gives Apache standard response It works and thereby fails my custom tests.cy:request ✔ [object Object]Status: 200Response body: <html><body><h1>It works!</h1></body></html>cy:command ✔ STEP HTTP Status: 200  Anyone knows why that is? Thanks,Nagesh
