Hi, all. I'm new to Workfront at the not-so "new" External Materials Review process. My team on Optum Behavioral Health is updating its educational content and we are uncertain about the process. Can anyone point me in the right direction for getting started? Thank you!

Hello,I have requirement on archiving the assets, where i need to send a mail to the folder owners before one month of actual expiry date. So we are planning to take the folder owners mail id from the ACS AEM commons generic list.I am looking for the help how we can access the generic list directly on backend without adding the ACS AEM commons on the component dialog as a datasource. If anyone knows the way to fetch the list value in the backend, kindly let me know here. Thanks much in advance.  Regards,Bhavani Bharanidharan

Hi Team, I have a usecase where I need to select a specific field from the profile schema for reading out the email for campaign. However if this field is empty then I want AJO to select some other field for reading the email. Currently we can only select one field using the execution field option in AJO. Is there some other way to handle it? I am aware that in journey its possible to override it , not sure how it can be handled in AJO campaigns. Thanks,Arpan

As part of segmentation output to destination, does AEP provide both Profile and Event details (same as what I see in dataset)?

Hello,  I have a question about the suppression list feature in AJO. As far as I comprehend, this feature allows us to add users whom we do not wish to contact. I included my personal email address in this list and scheduled a campaign to send me an email. However, I am still receiving emails from AJO, and I am uncertain whether this functionality is functioning correctly. Thanks,Arpan

Hey folks,I'm attempting to upload a 316MB package to CQ use CRXDE - the import reaches 100% and then fails with the message "Error while creating tmp file." I had no issues with smaller packages, the only difference with this one is the size. Is there an upper limit on packages for upload? Do I need to clear out some tmp files or up some memory params? Any thought would be much appreciated! Many thanks,Gordon

Hi, I got the following error with streaming data coming from an HTTP API connector:The message cannot be validated due to the data type error. Expected type: Integer, found: Double. When I looked at the failed batch, I see that the JSON field value associated with the error is 0. How is 0 not an integer in AEP?Any clues or insights on how to proceed with this error? Thanks

I've inherited a 2 page Dynamic XML PDF that has around 3,500 lines of JavaScript that was added manually to various click events in AEM Forms Designer/LiveCycle.  I've grabbed all the 'Events with Scripts' from the form and pasted them into a code editor to review. Ideally I'd like to do a find/replace across the entire codebase for the form in my code editor.  Is there some other way of interacting with code in a Dynamic XML PDF outside of Designer/LiveCycle? Can I export/import the code somehow? Having to go in and manually adjust each event is going to take many, many hours. There's got to be another way, right?

Hi, I am trying to implement Target using AEP Mobile SDK. I have done all the configuration (data stream and enabled services for AEP and Target). Also set up launch property for mobile and added all the dependencies in my android app. I was taking help of the document (https://developer.adobe.com/client-sdks/home/getting-started/get-the-sdk/) and performed all the steps which mentioned in it. But still see an error message in assurance tool. Please check the screen grab.    Regards,Deepak Kumar

Hello Community,  I'm seeking guidance regarding the Google/Yahoo Spam Protection changes coming into play Feb 2024, in particular, I'm reviewing the requirements  for 'senders whom send 5000 emails per day' and the SPF and DKIM email authentication and has a few queries I'm hoping you can help with. Email sender guidelines - Gmail Help (google.com)  - Am I correct to assume that Google/Yahoo is referring to a companies entire domain where guidance mentions 'senders whom send 5000 emails per day'? As in an entire email domain such as including internal and external email broadcasts, marketing comms, etc - Regarding the '5000 per day' - how is this defined? for larger marketing campaigns, we may send in excess of 5000 emails perhaps once per quarter which would include gmail/yahoo email addresses, so not every day, but occasionally. In this case, is the recommendation to still set up both SPF and DKIM?  Thank you Cathy

Hello, I would like to explore the Redirection options available for one of our scenario. We have Two different AEM instances for different purposes (NOT meaning a stand-by instance here).When there is a page request to 'PAGE A' located in AEM Instance-1, we want a different page, say 'PAGE B' on AEM Instance-2 to be served.  I am aware of options like Page Redirect configurations on Page Properties, Dispatcher Url rewriting etc, Kindly suggest the most Optimal & Flexible option to achieve this redirection.Also kindly clarify if "Page Redirection" field under the Advanced Page Properties has the capacity to redirect to other page within the Same instance only ?

Hi Team, Do we have any other way to bring non-Adobe segments from Google Analytics to Adobe Target to build an audience?If yes, how will Adobe Target recognize known and unknown users?If not, do we have any other way to accomplish this?I assume bringing the segments to Adobe Audience Manager and then pushing them to Experience Cloud segments will work. Hi, Does anyone now how to deactivate a registration page once it reaches the required number? Thanks,

Quick question regarding Adobe Target. This is possible?My CMS has a live page with just a shell - I'm standing up a new page on my site, but the CMS doesn't have all the content yet (development issues).I'm using Adobe Target XT Experience to inject additional components that are not CMS ready yet, but we want to get live so we can do some AB Testing.The XT will use geo-location targeting to show the appropriate page experience.All users, except XYX geo locationUsers only in XYX geo location.I'm AB testing access to the new page via a SEPARATE AB test using Target to modify the navigation bar.Setup will be: Control: No navigation access.Variant B will have the link access.My impression is that the XT Experience will load content regardless of the navigation and the AB test will be used to control the access. No one can find the new page without use of the navigation. It's not searchable either. I'll then in Adobe Analytics be able to pull together the AB test and pull i

Hello,   Have been struggling with this issue for a few days now and can't seem to get it to work. Here is the problem:   Our website is a SPA - we implement Target through Adobe Launch. I'm trying to set up some activities for cross sells on certain pages. I.e. Target will be used to offer enrollment for certain programs on given page. A user's eligibility for a program can be determined by a local storage value that we send as a custom parameter to target.   When Target initially loads we get the value of this local storage parameter and send it in a page load request. In testing we found a defect where Target was making an offer for a program on the cross sell page even though the user had already enrolled in that program earlier in the session. When the user enrolled earlier in the session the local storage object was updated but it appears as if the latest version of that custom parameter did not make it to Target.   Upon further investigation I found that the

Hi, I'm using Launch, and I keep seeing the error message 'expected an assignment or function call and instead saw an expression' for my Facebook Pixel Code. Keeps showing the error below in red:ts):n.queue.push(arguments)_};

Hello,I have a report that is using collection to pull all issue entered for a project. An issue (with the same name) can be entered a couple times to link to other groups or assignments. Is there a way to group the same issue (name) within the text mode below to display as one rather than multiple lines? For example, 'Change to Access Security Model' is displayed twice but I would like to adjust the text mode below to show it as just one line.  Text Mode:displayname=Project Issues Nameslistdelimiter=<p>listmethod=nested(issues).liststextmode=truetype=iteratevaluefield=namevalueformat=HTML
